It took them a couple of months to actually come out and take measurements for my sign, when they did send a guy out he seemed impaired, slurring words almost falling off his lift on his truck...several times...asked to borrow a sharpe marker and did not give it back. A year later still no sign. Would not recommend this place to anyone....ever.

We Used Mr Neon today for a job that needed to be do be done quick so we could continue installation and meet a deadline. He was great to work with, reasonable prices. And fun to watch work . Thank you so much.

Doesnt communicate

He may do awesome work but hes NOT a man of his word. I called about a custom sign for my girlfriend for Christmas, he said he would send me an email to give me some prices and details. He never emailed me or even call me back.Thats just disrespectful and not good business at all. In my book a person is as good as their word. And he knew was to be a Christmas gift on top of it!!!!
