I am a lifetime resident of Indialantic. I have used this location various times over the years. I had an oil change almost I year ago. The service lights were not reset and I had to go back twice. Al said he would give me a free oil change which was very kind. I just went back to have this done and was told he had passed away. They honored the free oil change. I am sorry for the loss of this kind man. Please wear masks in businesses to be respectful to those working and their families. It is a matter of manners and respect to others.
Id leave no stars if I could. Do not take your car here for service if you value it. The mechanics here are either lazy, or dont know how to properly diagnose whats wrong with a car. They wrongly told us what was going on with our car, charged us a few hundred dollars to fix it, only to have to car stall out again on the way home because they didnt fix or diagnose what was really wrong with it. Now we are stuck without our car still because the original problem hasnt been fixed. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!
I dont normally write reviews but Im so very pleased with Tire Kingdom in Indian Harbour Beach that I had to. I needed my tire patched today because I had two screws in it and I was stressed out. Im so very grateful for Dave and Geff. They were both so very kind and explained everything to me and went out of their way to help me today. If you need tires or work done I totally suggest checking them out you wont be disappointed. Thank you Dave and Geff.
My wife brought her 2013 Honda CR-V in for an oil change. Her CR-V has a protective oil drain lid (aluminum plate) held on by 4 bolts. I securely fastened the lid last time I changed her oil, so much so the I could not get the bolts off this time since I had no way of lifting the car. The lid bolts on tight; it cannot come off or come loose on its own. I had my wife bring her car in to Tire Kingdom to get the oil changed. When she returned home, I checked under her car and the protective oil drain lid had not been replaced. My guess is they were too lazy to replace the lid and discarded it and the 4 bolts. $27 to purchase a replacement lid and 4 bolts.
Called a week ago. Ordered tires and parts for car. Given appt for today to have tires and parts put on. Nobody ordered the tires. They Had no clue what was going on. Even the district manager was there. Walked out went to Firestone. Tires I needed were in stock and taken care of.
Stay Away! Called to make an appointment for an oil change and picked a time as offered. Arrived at designated time (11am) and told guy I had a ride to pick it up at 2:30 so they would have it for 3.5 hrs. Came at 2:30 and they had not touched my car yet. I had no ride home and asked the guy why. Told they were all stressed out and understaffed and jwas ust handed my key. But there was a lady who dropped her car off before my turn in line to pick up and he took her keys and asked if she was going to wait. Was she going to wait 3.5 hrs?Tire Kingdom is a mess. Appointments are useless I guess.

Al and his team at the Indian Harbour Beach Tire Kingdom are the best in town. From tires to oil changes to batteries to major repairs, they can do it all. Trust me, Ive been there for all of the above since moving to town. Service is fast and prices are always fair and competitive! They understand what good customer service really means. Go see Al!
Apparently they let trainees do work with no supervision & they have no clue what they are doing & dont notice they are damaging every single rim while putting on new tires. Their offer at compensation is a complete joke so this is being submitted to insurance & escalated to corporate. This places is pathetic doing thousands of dollars worth of damage & barely offering 10% compensation for damage they caused that was 100% avoidable if someone who actually knew what they were doing did the work. Do no go here! We were warned & didnt listen & regret it

Totally flat tire, (Rim skimming the road) kids in the van and David at the front desk was able to explain the options and help to get me a new tire quickly before the kids became unruly! I went in to change 2 tires and while they were doing one of the tires they broke one of the wheel studs and cross-threaded another on the same tire, and when I called to see if they could you know fix the issues they had caused, the guy (whose name I never got) sounded very unhappy and had absolutely no desire to try to help me with my issue, he told me they wouldn’t fix the wheel stud they messed up unless I paid like $130 or something and only then they would also fix the cross-threaded lug nut. They also took my phone number down wrong(same guy) so obviously they couldn’t call when an issue arose or when my car was done, I am very displeased with the services received.
Employees were very gently and paid a lot of attention on everything. I took my wife’s vehicle for a brake checkup and Albert was very honest saying nothing wrong was found and no service is required. I will definitely service our cars there again.

Wish I could leave a good review. Took my truck to get the oil changed, they said I needed new rear brakes so I had them replace them. The next couple of days my truck was leaking oil so I took it to another shop. They said the drain plug was probably cross threaded and put on with an impact wrench. I took it back to tire kingdom and they replaced my entire oil pan. I thought it was great that they took ownership of the problem and made the repair at no cost. I’m currently in another shop because tire kingdom FORGOT TO FILL MY TRUCK BACK UP WITH OIL AFTER THE REPAIR!!!!!!
Al was a great help; honest with what my vehicle needed and told me what it DIDNT need contradictory to what I had asked for, thus saving me money and helped an elderly lady with her vehicle, walking her out to her car and helping her get in. Amazing service and will definitely be coming back; if not just for the values I watched in that waiting room.
Times have been real tough lately and its nice to know that these guys treat their customers fair and honestly.. I just left there and Al took good care of my truck. It now runs perfectly, straight as an arrow down the road! Thank you guys

We had to replace shocks, windshield spray nozzle and patched two tires with holes in them today. Our original price was in thousands but the manager, Al gave us a special discount and significantly reduced the cost. We have been a royal customer since we moved to this area in 2017 and Al has been so good to us. This is why we always come back to this location. Its very difficult to find a trustworthy company in this industry. Youre greatly appreciated!
Had two flats in a short period of time with two vehicles. Zack and Al were great in making sure I could get my car before closing so my wife could drive the kids in the morning. Went above and beyond with no additional cost or up selling . They have shot me straight when purchasing tires. Great service
These guys did an unusually good job on my BMW 530i. After several mechanics were unable to get it fixed, these men replaced the alternator without delay at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Super nice!! We were in a rental car headed back to catch our flight and ran over a piece of metal that got stuck in one of our tires! 😱 We pulled in and they stopped what they were doing, found the problem and put the spare on us for free!! I always hate to get the car serviced but I was pleasantly surprised by this store. Despite the busy environment, Donald was super friendly and took all the time needed to explain my options for new tires and offer his help.We ended up with a larger repair than initially anticipated but they took the time to show us the worn parts and explain how they had caused the premature wear on our tires and alignment. In the end they helped us with the pricing and provided top-notch repairs; I highly recommend this location.
Got 4 new tires installed. They didnt have the tires I wanted but Dave was able to give me better tires for the same price. After I got home I noticed some scratches on my alloy wheels. I contacted Dave and Tire Kingdom paid to have the wheels repainted and they look better than they did before. I was super impressed at how they handled the situation and highly recommend them for their honest and top notch service.

Good spot to get tires. The selection they have on hand isnt extensive but they can order almost anything and have it shipped in if it isnt in stock and your not in a hurry. I was really looking for a different model of tire but after speaking with the staff and conducting a search on tire rack I settled on what they had. They were on time and on target for the estimated time my vehicle would be ready and there were no hidden fees or high pressure up-sale tactics that you get at other franchises Ive shopped at in the past. Best of all I didnt have to leave beachside to get tires. I would recommend giving them a try if you are looking for tires.

Very honest and highly recommended at this Tire Kingdom in Indian Harbour Beach. I went in for new brake pads, however that was not needed for another year. They also topped off my fluids and all work completed today was for free. Always a pleasure to go here with the excellent quality of work, at a fair price for only the work that is needed. Thanks also for the management there for providing this excellent standard. Its nice not to have to worry about our cars being worked on. Thanks for the manager Nick!

Good: Store manager: Al, very courteous and professional to all customers while I was there. I was there at 7:30 sharp took the car in right away, I did not have an appointment. Service to change 4 tires was aprox 1.5 hours. Tire price was reasonable. Went in next day for oil change in and out in less than an hour. (see below ).Cons?:Did not explain anything about the 40,000 mile tire warranty, I had to ask if that meant they were prorated if they fail within that mileage, the reply was yes. No road hazard warranty offered. In fairness no one has ever offered this information to me without asking first.Charged me for lifetime tire rotation, good nation wide, without asking if I wanted it. But not a bad deal at all for $4.00.Other: A customer came in complaining of tire weights coming off a wheel, one laying in his driveway, they went to check it immediately I have no further details, only mentioning this because I had seen this in another review.Saw a reminder for oil change on the credit card reader while paying, when I asked how much I was informed there was an oil change special $15.00 that weekend, had he known I wanted it he would have done it then, so now I must go back tomorrow for it, a slight inconvenience, but glad he would do it first thing the next day.Overall a good experience, the ride with new tires is great. I would definitely go back again.
Dropped of car, said needed a tire plug, gave the service advisor my number 3 times (had been in before) Advisor finally found me in the computer when I returned to pick up the car they had put a new tire on without authorization their answer was to me bring the car back and they would take the tire off and put the old one back on not a way to do business I won’t be back
Had paid for 3 yrs worth of alignments and made appointment for one. Person at desk asked me why it needed aligning and I told him Im going on a road trip and it feels funny while driving. After a half hour, the guy came out and told me the alignment looked good, but it is probably my brakes and they will put it on the machine just to see. Another 1/2 hr later, he came out and told me the alignment is fine, but I need brakes. I asked for the test sheet for the alignment and he said they did not do that anymore. When I asked why, he said it had something to do with the printer. I think because Im a woman and the alignment was no charge, they didnt even bother.
My husband and I go here frequently, him for the service work on his work trucks, me for my truck and the two kids cars. Chuck is the person we deal with the most. He is always very attentive to our vehicles even the ridiculous things with having teenage drivers. I highly recommend this place. We have never had any complaints. Krista and Steve
I strongly believe that with any business, in order to be successful you need to start with strong leadership. The store manager Al, has consistently raised the bar when it comes to building customer relationships and providing world class customer service. I can assure you that he and his team value customer loyalty and satisfaction, and that he will always give you fair and honest advice. He genuinely cares about the consumer and thats why I will continue to do all my work there ( they have kept my Ford running now has 200k mi ). They have gained a customer for life and I strongly recommend those guys, they always take good care of their customers. Great job!
I found that theyre a little pricey on there man hours I brought the part and they charged me $100 to install it, I think Im going to go back out to Murphy Cadillac and see what they have to say about my brakes they said I needed new brake pads at Tire Kingdom. But overall nice people its close to my house I just wish it was more affordable for me Im a single mom to girls 13 and 15 and its you know I got a pinch every penny I can.
These guys were so good to me. A hurricane was coming, and I was evacuating. They closed at 4 due to evacuation. They replaced 2 new tires so I could evacuate with my family by 3:50p.m. Really great service and much appreciated.
Oil change Friday 10am.Picked up car Saturday 6:30pm.Unlocked the car with FOB and it did not beep, car was unlocked and engine was running for over 30 hours! And passenger window was open, I was so mad I left and will never go back here again. Was it a disgruntled employee or someone new that does not know push button start cars?Gas tank was almost empty and temperature gauge half way, can not be good for a car idling for such a long time.

I came in to have a tire plugged and the service tech was so helpful in explaining my dash warning lights and my abs system workings, normally not a problem for me but I have a problem with my prius that no one has fixed in 3 attempts. I live across the state and he explained it so well I now can tell my mechanic what the problem is. He also fixed my tire as agreed with no issues. Great service.

I actually give them only half a star. First of all, it needs to be mentioned that they get commission, so they will try to make as much money off you as possible and its a kindness to say their customer service is poor. In fact is is absolutely non-existent. They refuse to actually help you or do anything to fix your situation. Avoid them and go to a local business or somewhere who doesnt treat you like youre just a few bucks to be made.

Weve been going here a while, but not anymore. My Jeep had a coolant leak, and I paid for the diagnostic and for the fix. I was told when I picked my Jeep up that it was fixed and good to go. Well, it was not fixed, and if anything it got worse. So I brought it back in and told the guy Chuck that I was told everything was fixed, and I will not be paying again they need to fix it. He said that the report looked like they had fixed it but it wasnt a guarantee that I wouldnt have to come back. What mechanic shop half-ass fixes a car and then says oops it wasnt actually fixed? So then he said hed take it in and see whats wrong with it, but I would have to pay. I told him Im not paying because I was specifically told my car was fixed when it wasnt. Chuck then sarcastically said then you can take it somewhere else, and tossed the keys on the counter towards me. I have gotten in touch with corporate and will NOT be paying for my car to be fixed again from there.
I love this place!! I dont understand why people give bad reviews! Every time I have gone here the customer service has been wonderful and the mechanics did a great and fast job. I recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs.

These guys are always great. Today the manager replaced a faulty valve stem for free and replaced all of my valve stem caps that were damaging my stems, also for free. Where else do you get 30 mins of work and parts for a handshake? They have had all my previous business and I will definitely continue to come here as my retailer of choice. Best place on the beach!

Dont know what the fuss is about. Ive never had a problem here. Ive compared their prices to other local shops - they seem well priced. Ive gone in thinking Id certainly have a few hundred dollars to spend and theyve come back saying everything was fine but in a few months Id need some serious work. They couldve sold me on it then, but they were honest.

Got a good deal on 4 tires mounted but was difficult to get them to honor the online price. Lots of pressure trying to sell me extras plus they kept changing the price, even when the work was done. Told it would take 60-90 minutes but it took 3 1/2 hours. I turned down the road hazard warranty, rear tire had a slow leak after leaving and I found a nail in the tire. Balancing was done poorly, my 2012 truck now rattles my teeth out at highway speed. Ill have someone else re-balance the tires. Giving them 2 stars just based on price, otherwise it would be 1 star.

My 2 experiences with Satelight beach tire Kingdom were awful.I called to have tire valve stem replacedwas to both had to be replace and cost would be $100 give or take .seemed crazy, took to tires plus for second opinion and they replaced all valve stems did oil change and rotated tires for $19.95My 2nd call to tire kingdom was to read and clear codes from my vehicle so it would no longer be stuck in limp mode (1st gear), i was told to bring it by, after driving in 1st gear more than 10 miles, i was told they cant just clear the codes unless they do all service required. Their prices are exorbitant and push services not needed, lack integrity, honesty and knowledge!
The store manager here is great. I wouldnt go anywhere else and Ive never had such great personal customer service than this place.

Overtightend oil filter causing small leak, placed a coil in to fix the damage and didnt tell me about it, stripped oil pan screw causing another small leak, lied about rotating tires after watching them not do it and having tires marked prior to going there for that reason, lied about air filter being changed because the original manufacturer one was still in place. Over all lied too, charged for things that didnt happen and mishandling of parts that caused damage. All for a oil change and tire rotate.

Al Krieger, the manager was extremely rude, walked over and got within a 18 of my face (Im sure it is on video) because I complained about his sarcastic attitude on the phone. They charged me $119. 00 to diagnose my AC on a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country (Tires Plus charges $24.99) and when the service writer called to tell me what it would cost I asked for the total. It included the $119 which is outrageous, you would think all or part of it would be credited if they do the repair. So the service writer, Nicholas, who is very nice put me on hold to ask the manager if he could credit some of the diagnostic fee. Al picked up and opened the conversation in a sarcastic tone with So you signed for a diagnostic fee and now dont want to pay it, correct? I said OK, I dont need your attitude Ill come pay it and leave with my car. So I went in and paid, asked to speak to him and I told him I didnt appreciate his smarta** attitude. He approached me, still with a bad attitude, close to my face and denied it. He is lying. I told him I was going home, leave a bad Google review and contact his district manager which I am going to do. I then took it to Tires Plus only to find out their diagnostic fee is $95 less than Tire Kingdom. The Chrysler dealership charges $90 for diagnostics but credits it all if you have them do the repair. So Tire Kingdom is ripping people off.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.. I was told that they couldnt change my oil or do any service to my vehicle because my oil level was very low... They blatantly lied to me because I recently checked my dipstick and it was not low.... What a bunch of crooks. Stay away from Tire kingdom in general.

What an awful experience my family and I just experienced and we are now undertaking here at Tire Kingdom in Indian Harbor Beach Florida. Our happy holiday has now had a wrench thrown in to it and added chaos into our lives. Never have we been so disrespected, we are appalled at the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge here at Tire Kingdom Indian Harbor Beach Florida. The attitude of the manager Albert Krieger alone was enough for us to never want to go back. We took our Mercedes Benz ML in on December 29th 2017 at 4pm for an oil change but when we picked it up at 7pm that same day we were hit with the news that we now had an un drivable vehicle. That somehow in preforming a basic oil change the power steering pump fell out... we have been advised by mechanics with over thirty years experience that there is no possible way for this to happen. When we went in last night to pick up our vehicle we were told it was un drivable, that they had somehow broken the power steering pump. Why were they working on it in the first place? And could this be from pouring the wrong fluid in? Although this morning we were approached with a new story; that the power steering pump fell out all on its own and that I was responsible for $600 to fix it. When we took our vehicle in it drove fine and had no driving issues. The car was in over all good shape. If not wouldnt they have refused service? All we asked and gave permission to have done on the vehicle was an oil change. We were never contacted regarding anything to do with the power steering pump. Even when we went in at 4:45pm to pay we were told everything was good to go and all that they had done was the oil change and new whipper blades. Now we are down a vehicle which severely effects our life. The owner of the vehicle will not be able to drive back to their home in North Georgia Mountains as planned to do so and they will not be there for opening day of the company they work for. Numerous lifes are effected in this hectic mess brought upon us by Tire Kingdom. This sweet holiday present of a simple oil change has now turned into unfortunate event that will cause a sequence of damage to our life. We were told by the manager Albert that there was nothing that can be done until Tuesday when we can call corporate. He offered no help, support or knowledge. We wanted to make this as simple and painless as possible for both parties but sadly that can no longer happen. By Tuesday we will be having our attorneys contact the corporate manager and negotiating terms. We are at a loss for words as to how this happened and how Tire Kingdom can be so disrespectful of its customers.Forewarn never use Tire Kingdom for any services.

This is the WORST place to take your vehicle. Called first, then went down for an alignment, the guy said no problem, an hour to an hour an a half and he would call my cell when it was done. This was 11:00am, since I had things to do, and never received a call; at 3:30pm I went back. The truck hadnt moved, they were all goofing around in the shop and I asked about my truck, one lame-O says we need to do an alignment on this truck. Then the service writer came in and I asked, How am I supposed to feel? No Call, No work done, Give me my F keys and I will never come back nor recommend you for such a simple task and then lied to.
They messed up on the weights used to balance the tire. I had them fix it and the weights flew right off again as i was leaving. I was so disappointed in this place that i didnt even bother to go back. Just go somewhere else.
I went in today for an oil change, and it was a nightmare. After realizing that I needed two new tires, the counter person had me sign an estimate for $79 for the two tires and the oil change. (I thought a great deal!) After about an hour, they called and suggested a two new belts (one was just replaced), two axles, and a valve corner for over $750. I declined and started to head down to pick up my car. When I got there they were starting a service that I declined at the point of sale. I said I did not want it, but now that customer service rep (who I guess is angered at me) said you just wasted your money on those tires and hands me a bill for $98 after signing a $79 estimate. Avoid these people.

While im waiting, he calls me over because he was well aware that he was being sneaky.. He says, ok, your total will be $189. i said..thats a lot of tax....he says well its 139, plus tax, plus our shop fee..So basically he knew he was being deceptive so he totaled me out prior to repairing my car so i couldnt argue with price.In my opinion it was very deceptive, and if i did that in my business, i would be in jail for deceptive business practices. Why cant they be honest from the beginning?They lost this customer for life. I will not give my business to someone that pulls that BS.
