Love love love this store’s customer service! I know nothing about cars and was hearing weird noises coming from my transmission. The staff was so patient, understanding, and respectful with my time. They clearly explained to me what was going on with my car and gave me options on what I could do. The staff clearly cares for their customers as well as enjoys what they do. Also, the manager Joshua went out of his way to make sure I was being taken care of as well as had any questions he could answer. Will definitely be coming back!

The express oil crew was very HONEST and helpful. They changed my oil quickly and efficiently. They thought I may need new tires so they got me a completely reasonable quote and were going to put new tires on. Once they removed the tires, they realized I actually did not need new ones so instead of charging me for new ones anyways, they let me know and put my old tires back on. I appreciate the honesty and efficiency of the whole crew. Especially being a woman, it is hard to find car people I can trust. I will always bring my car here for any type of service from now on!

Have been going to this place for years and will continue. Have had nothing but great experience in dealing with all of our vehicular needs. We have purchased tires, oil change service, engine service, inspections, tune-ups before long trips…..,and they even removed a kitten that was stuck between the firewall and engine of one of my vehicles (one of the employees family members kept the kitten). Honestly all the guys are very personable and knowledgeable at what they do. One of the employees I deal with the most, Casey has always gone out of his way to make sure we have a good experience. I have taken my vehicles to him a number of times to ensure they are road ready for long trips or just a simple oil change. I definitely recommend the guys at Tire express for any of your vehicle needs.

I always use Express Oil Change Wesley Chapel. They never fail to provide fast, inexpensive, and quality service. Yesterday I went to have my cars oil changed and asked for an inspection and new windscreen wipers. They completed the first two but didnt have the windscreen wipers in stock. I got a $10 discount because they believed they were inconveniencing me, which they were not. I didnt prebook the service. Every time I go to this business, my expectations are exceeded

First time here, came in for a simple tire repair. I removed the tire myself and brought it in. Was over charged, probably because I forgot to ask for pricing first. I was charged $30 to install a plug in the tire. Not happy.

I have been going here for my last six or seven oil changes. The staff is friendly and professional, never sketchy. I am always shown the clarity of the oil that they put in my car, all fluids are topped off and communicated with me, and any oil recommendations for my next visit are explained to me. I am able to stay in my car the entire time which is probably my favorite part! Ive NEVER had to wait and I dont make an appointment. I am in and out. I am also greeted in the parking lot when I drive up with eager assistance; no guessing where I need to go or who I should talk to. I have NO reason to go anywhere else and Ive tried MANY oil change services in the past.

I went there around May 22 got an Alignment done it was fine for a few days then the steering wheel started to go crooked,went back they said they would fix it. Turned out they wanted me to pay for another alignment without telling me. Tried to blame me for hitting potholes. FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK AND LESS THAN 3 MILES FROM THE PLACE MY ENTIRE WHEEL FELL OFF. Please go somewhere else than this place. Save yourself

My wife had her oil changed and NC inspection completed today. After I tried to renew her registration and was told her inspection was outstanding. After hours of trying to work with the dmv and reviewing the paper work I realized that inspection had the wrong Vin. Through all of this I Andy realized my wife was charged 68 dollars for her oil change. This was after a 5 dollar discount. The dealership only charges 40 when it’s full price.It’s not worth saving 20 minutes if you lose hours trying to clean up sloppy paper work.

I bring my vehicles here all the time. They can be a little short handed sometimes and you might pay 20 more dollars than the competitors. However, they always do a quality job so I will gladly pay a little more for professional work.

Brought my car here and they somehow did what I asked for but when problems came up I called them back to find out they do not even have the right equipment to do what I asked for in the first place. Dont be surprised if you have to seek out other mechanics after this place does anything to your vehicle

I came for an oil change and I left with even more! When I arrived to get my hybrids oil changed, I didnt know what oil I should use or how much it cost. But, the employee gave me all the information I needed about the kind of oil my car needed, then promised it wouldnt cost much more than I was expecting. He did the oil change quickly and made sure the light was out, but I forgot to remind him that my driver side window was non-functional! So when he returned my car for me to pay (where I got a discount for being a new customer!), the window was not rolling up. Someone immediately came outside to check if everything was okay, and I explained the problem with my window. Then, three people tried getting it to roll up. Noah, one of the car experts, stayed after the store closed to get my window up and didnt charge me for the extra time because I was going on a long trip the next day. So, thank you to the car experts! Ill forever bring my car to yall for an oil change!

Mike is gone, New Management sucks! Noah and his team dont care about customers anymore. Its all about the money, I have been a customer here for 3 years but no more.Im open to recommendations as Im in search of a new garage.

Asked to change a headlight I had brought and it took them several extra minutes, I told them it seemed like a lot of trouble and not to worry about it, but they were determined, and got it done. They also scrubbed my battery. These guys provide fast, friendly service and really go the extra miles to help. This was my first time here and they have got themselves a new regular!

Express oil provides great service and fast!! I love coming to this location. Staff are courteous, they pay attention to detail, and thoroughly explained my car issues with me. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it in less than 10mins!!

The staff here has always been very friendly, professional and quick with with their service. Ive brought both of our cars here multiple times for oil changes and state inspections and never have any issues with the service. They even had my child and I stay in the car while they did the oil change which was done in less than 15 mins. I absolutely recommend this place for all your car needs.

Called in to find out if I could come in for balancing the tires and an inspection.I was told I have to make an appointment and so I I made an app. And went 15 mins early so they could do the inspection and then follow it up with the balancing . They did not touch the car for the first 40 mins as I waited and then when I asked they took it into the bay and closed the door . Another 40 mins pass by and the guy comes and asks me if I needed the balancing. I told him yes as the steering shakes and he suggested that I replace the tires. I told him these tires were bought here and should be under warranty as it been 2 years . He checked and confirmed they were under warranty but will not honor it and asked me to go to the manufacturer. This establishment is a joke. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 mins the guy tells me I now have to wait for the inspection . when I asked what was being done for the past 80 mins ...they didn’t have an answer. When I asked what is the point in asking the customer to make an appointment ...no explanation.please take your business elsewhere than to these jokers .

The staff was nice and were taking all precautions for COVID. I went there for a state inspection. And since they also do oil changes, breaks, diagnostics, it ended up taking 45-60 min to be done. The price is good but youll have to wait if they have other cars and theres already a wait line.

My fav spot for oil changes

Ive been going here since they first opened. I always had quality service. Oil changes and tire replacement. I was in a rush the other day to get an inspection done. They charged me $60 for a diagnostic test for the OBDII not transmitting to the state. It was a fuse. I paid for a diagnostic for a diagnostic part..just seems fishy! If this happens to you the tag office can verify transmission of the information. I wish I had time to handle this the proper way and leave. A $60 fuse just put that in perspective before stopping somewhere for quick service.

Called Mike about a tire losing air 10 minutes before I arrived without an appointment. Had to be at a doctors appointment in Charlotte ASAP. Mike personally took my car back and patched the tire (that had a screw in it). Didn’t take any time at all. He had a super positive attitude and pricing was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend seeing Mike here!

This is by far the best car shop I’ve been to. I needed an emergency brake fix at a very affordable price. Smiley made went above and beyond with figuring out a rate that fit within my price range. Noah did not only do a fantastic job with fixing my brake problem he also offered me his whole price discount in getting parts for my vehicle. Burkhan had excellent customer service and did a wonderful job diagnostic on my vehicle. Smiley and his crew provides the best customer service in Charlotte area and I will always come back to this shop.Heres one example of how great they are, on the day that I had many chores and pressed for time, I arrived at the shop 5 minutes before the closing time. Instead of turning me away, Mike and his crew welcomed me with a smile for an oil change. During the oil change, I explained that my steering wheel shakes at a certain speed and the two front tires may need to be balanced. Paid for tire rotation and balance on my six month old Ram truck. I had no vibration or lights until they serviced my truck. After the service my steering wheel shakes on the highway and I have a tire light on. I returned one week after to ask them to correct the issues and was told they had no record of me and that I would have to return a few days later. Worst customer service I was amazed that I was told to come back another day to fix what they messed up.

I went to express oil change and Indian Trail today after going to another oil change place. I asked for a suggestion at the original place and the guy said it was up to me and was just rude and not very much for customer service. I left and went to express oil where James was my technician. He was extremely courteous and kind and knowledgeable! Everything James did was very polite and professional! He made my experience wonderful, he went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be back!

One of the quickest and most pleasant experiences I’ve had receiving an oil change. There was no wait and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I was serviced by Jerm and he really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.

I stopped in a couple weeks ago. I was 41 weeks pregnant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of treatment. The last thing I felt like doing was waiting for an oil change in a smelly shop.This place you dont have to leave your car for a majority of maintanence. You pull in and they do everything right in front of you.Just like any place they will offer services and evaluation but I never felt pressured into a sales pitch.It has a mom and pop feel at commercial prices.I was very relieved at how quick and easy it was and will definitely be returning.Im 30 years old and fairly knowledgeable about basic care, been through a fair few shops and finally feel like I found a good one.Thanks you guys for taking such good care of me and being super awesome with my 4 year old. Mike was fantastic! Knew exactly what I needed right away and got me a great deal on a new set of tires. They needed to be ordered But theyre super flexible and worked with me on getting them here when I could get my car in. Mike, the manager, and his staff were amazing. I was riding around on a donut after getting a nail in my tire and I stopped by to see if they would help. I stopped by at 615 not knowing when they closed (by the way they close at 6) Mike met me at the door and told me come in and helped my anyway.They ordered my tire I left the flat there they fixed it up the next day so when I stopped by I was literally there 2 minutes for them to put my new tire on. Mike nor the staff for one second made me feel bad I stopped by after they closed, they were kind and helpful the whole time, amazing service!

My car ran out of gas and I had to pull into the shopping center next to Express Oil Change, I was able to get a coworker to bring me gas but once she got here we could figure out how to use the funky gas can she brought. Several employees came out to help us get gas into my car. Everyone was so helpful and finally they were able to let us know we forgot to take the safety cap off LOL. Huge thanks to these guys for using their time to help me when they needed to get ready to open up their shop.
