A good variety of items at prices at least 50% off of the prices at regular grocery stores. If you like salmon, this is the place to get it. They have a lot of different options. They also carry things like sandals, shirts, tiki torches, watches, kiddie pools and a variety of indoor and outdoor plants. I always stop at their store if I am in Charlotte or Indian Trail. I wish Monroe would put one in the old Harris Teeter or Bi-Lo stores.

Great prices on a wide variety of items. Have never seen lawnmowers and brassieres in a grocery store before, but why not? The store was very clean and bright. Things were neat and organized, with no clutter in the aisles. Its not a supercenter, and that makes it even better. Lots of fresh vegetables, good meat selection. A decent area for beer and wines. The staff was courteous, greeting us and offering information about extra ways to save money with the app. Will go back and see if the first impression holds up.

Good variety of items. 18 eggs for 82 cents! Prices are cheaper than Food Lion or Aldi. I have tried numerous store brand food and drinks and they are very good. Go check them out. You will be glad you did.

Good prices on a lot of things. Flowers look good and arent overly pricey. The meats are good quality and cheaper than at most stores. I like the bread from the bakery and they have some good cheap wine.

This place is terrible. I had black berries at 1.99 with only one sign there and they said they 3.49 and that the 1.99 ones will be in tomorrow. I asked can you make it 1.99 seeing how they were behind that sign. The answer was no. Previously they played a similar game with sweet peppers. Bad news. I will only patronize Lidl if they are the last grocery store chain in the country. I am done.

With their app you can really save some money! Nice variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Most unfriendly store I have ever shopped in! You really have to check your receipt to see if you are getting the advertised sale price. I will give one example. they had a six roll pack of paper towels advertised in their ad for $3.49, a display in their store, big sign $3.49. when we returned home I decided to check the receipt. I returned them to the store and was told you have to have the lidl app on your phone to get the special price. I checked the ad, in very fine print it says you must have the lidl app to get the special prices. I dont like doing business with this kind of store. I was in my motorized wheel chair with two big six packs of paper towels on my lap, there was a big long line to checkout, a manager was standing at the self check out, with no one checking out, I asked him if I could help me return these at one of those registers, He said no, you have to go to checkout 4 and wait your turn where there was a very long line. Fortunately there was a kind lady behind me, saw what was happening and took one of the packages and waited in line with me to return them. Terrible customer (service) from Lidl. Aldi, here we come. no tricks, no gimmicks.Another thing of the three times we have been there a number of the advertised items we went there to buy were out of stock, I asked an employee if they had anymore, he said no, you have to get here early in the day as they sell out of there specials very quickly.billy mills

Good stuff and good prices

I tried to like Lidl, as a long standing Aldi patron, Lidl is very similar in products, selection and layout, Lidl actually has a bit more in some departments, like beer and bakery and the miscellaneous goods.. The problem with this Lidl is that I have gotten moldy bread each time on my last 3 visits, and on all last 3 the meat cooler smells wretched when you open it. It is a really gross smelling cooler that needs a serious deep clean, the chicken portion is very gross. Even this morning, as one of the first customers, the meat cooler was strong smelling. I told myself then that would be my last time here, and what really took the cake was the molded english muffins when I opened them up this am. These still had 2 days of shelf life on them and were already molded... My suggestion, shop somewhere else, as quality is out the door at this location.

I was very disappointed again. This the second time I went to purchase something that was advertised and the did not have. The glider from the week of mothers day and this week I was hoping to purchase adderondike chairs. The gentleman we talked to could have cared less about answering our questions or trying to help up. There were no chairs to be found. The misc isle was very junky. I will not go back again. I prefer to spend my money at Aldis.

Extremely unsanitary service. The cashier today was sweeping the floor and picking it up with her gloves. When she got to the register she grabbed my items and I politely asked her if she could change them before touching the food I will be eating. She refused and continued scanning. Disappointed in their sanitary practices. The cashier was on terminal 04 on 4/13/2021 at 11:44am.

Lidl is great for bakery items. I always go for the apple turnovers. The people are awesome, friendly, and always busy. The store is clean! Im an admitted impulse shopper with mild self control. Lidl is my alone time, happy place where I can walk each aisle and find something interesting and new (snacks-tools-homegoods-gifts).Im never disappointed. Bring your own bags!

Good economical grocery store. Clean good prices good selection of organic items. Bakery is good. Their brand name items are as good as national brand at much better price.

One of my favorite lidl in town alway fresh vegetables fruits dont forget the bread.

First time going into a store like this and I was thoroughly impressed. Very clean orderly and a LOT OF SPACE to move around other shoppers.

Would have given 5 stars because everything is great EXCEPT the lady cashier who aggressively throws my groceries during checkout. I always hope she won’t be there Sunday morning but she’s always there and it gives me anxiety about shopping here.

A good place to complete your shopping list; there are some great prices throughout the store. The cashiers are very nice and friendly. However, most of the employees out on the floor are not as friendly and act as if they dont need to be bothered by customers. It is not easy to feel like you are a valued customer in this store.

Everything was good. Got what we needed. No line at checkout. Lightning fast cashier. Plenty of wet wipes and hand sanitizer

Lidl has some great deals, only downfall has been not having advertised deals, just never made it to store and they dont issue rainchecks.So lots of deals to be found. But the people in charge are behind a toll free number far away if you need something, you cant call your local store and have no idea if anyone is in charge.

This location is not as good as the other ones.They allow people in without mask, no more disinfecting of cartS and many items are missing.It was much better few months ago, very disappointed customer

So amazing! It was my first time shopping here and it feels so international in there. Wow! I see foods Ive never seen before or tried. The prices are so reasonable. The layout is so easy to follow. Your pastry section is great. You have egg tarts for 45 cents each, what?? Very happy! Will definitely visit when Im in the area. This goes to my favorite food store list.

This store general manager has a poor management and judgment skills!This store has 4 self checkouts and designed for up to 4 customers use them at the same time; however, the store manager decided to close all up due to some people shoplifting without pay!The decision of this store manager was just so unproductive with poor judgment.He closed the self-check out area by forcing customer line up on a staff checkout counter, so if there are 4 customers checking out at the same time, a staff can only take care of 1 customer at a time and the rest of 3 customers have to wait on line!If a good judgment manager would have assigned a staff to in charge of those 4 self-check out stations. This way one staff can assist 4 customers at any giving time; it would also prevent any shoplifter by walk through that area without pay. This is just management 101 class in college. I hope the corporate level executives can see this review and tune up this store a bit by increasing the productivity as well as more user friendly by letting the customer to have a choice of using the self-check out instead of waiting on line!!!In fact, most supermarkets such as Harris Teeter, Walmart, Publix, etc. have self-check out counters with minimal staffing in charge of multiple self-check out stations and thats the way to go by paying less staffs and increase the productivity as well as reduce unnecessary wait time to the customers!

High quality foods at very reasonable prices. Staff is always super friendly. Outstanding return policy. I especially enjoy their bakery. The bread and all the various pastries are simply out of this world. Go in there with a $100 bill and you will leave with a shopping cart full of hearty and healthy food. That cannot be said about many other grocery stores. Thank you Lidl!!!

The store has some good bakery items and organic fruits and vegetables. It is kind of like a warehouse more than a store inside. You have to bag your own groceries.

This was my first time at this location. I must say I enjoyed the variety of products and produce they offer. However, the customer service was severely lacking.

Company like Lidl has their self check out lanes closed and blocked with a wall of toilet papers!!! Get them lines working!!

Last few times I went to shop, produce not good and meat case looked gross. Today was worst by far, produce and meat areas really needed to be purged of products that had gone over.

Items are good quality but real bargains few and far between. Waits to check out often long and self checkout unintuitive esp if using their customer offers/coupons on their app. Great bakery with some very nice bread, rolls, cookies, etc.

Visited this morning at 8am 6-16-20, disappointed, with staff not wearing masks or just wearing them over their mouth. Only at entrance was some cleaning wipes. Carts were wet from the nights rain. I am over 65 and did not feel safe

Love the store as long as you dont purchase products from the bakery. I have seen many people picking through the bread and pastries with their bare hands, they did not use the provided tissue paper go get their items. They look wonderful and I would love to try them ... but not happening unless they have an employee giving you the product. I

Fair prices but not many vegan and/or gluten free options. Produce seems good so far, better quality than Aldi in that sense. My hubs works for HT and we havent been able to beat their produce or sales.

Very good prices. Especially when compared to Walmart. Produce is pretty weighted and bagged which is also nice. Deals literally around every corner and great prices all around. Very friendly and helpful associates and reusable bags, organic, and grass fed options for you as well, if thats what you need. That means meat as well as organic produce and fruit n vegetable products.

Nice for low price groceries. Carries more name brand than Aldi. The refrigerated/Frozen section send to be larger than Aldi but as far as variety goes they are about equal. Bakery is a big plus. My biggest gripe is from the outside the store is quite large but then once inside, almost half the space is dedicated to random stuff (think lawn chairs, toolboxes, etc.). There are about 3 aisles of it compared to Aldis one. And whether it is a positive or negative is subjective but there is a whole wall dedicated to alcohol. I would put Lidl economically in between Aldi and a standard grocery store.

Love the store, but the checkout process need help. The self checkout is meant for fast check outs. They had no one stationed there to help and there were many that needed it, REPEATEDLY. They need to staff correctly as far as checking people out or assisting the self check. We were in line 20 minutes at self checkout due to people having questions and no one around to help.I will go back, but not on a weekend.

I love Lidl! Its one of the cleanest grocery stores out there. I have never been disappointed when I go to Lidl...but yo, this is the time of The Rona. We have people laid off from work and a change shortage going on so yall dont want people tonoaybwith cash, but the self checkouts dont take EBT???? What in the world yall??? A sista trying to make it with these food stamps and I cant even pay at the self checkouts? Ima need yall to work on that!

This was my first time going to this store, and I love it. I took my time and examined every aisle. The prices are amazing especially with the added savings on almost expired items. I live that they carry gardening supplies. Ill definitely be back soon.

First visit to the Indian Trail store. It is nice. Didnt seem quite as well kept as the one in Indian Land, but, maybe I just caught them at a very busy time. I was hoping to find seasonal snacks as I found at the IL store last September. Guess I was looking too early. Nice store, great prices, I will absolutely shop often.

First time going ant it was an experience! Very good, low prices for lots of seemingly high quality groceries and wares. The store was clean and well lit with friendly staff. The layout was not similar to the Harris teeter or other grocery stores but after a few visits I am sure it will be mastered easily.

I prefer Lidl over Aldi. Better products, price is a bit higher, but worth it in the end

Great Bakery! They bake all day: bread,pastry,muffins,doughnuts-and the bread is still hot when they put it in the counter so you know its fresh! Nice produce selection and very affordable. Lots of quality meats,dairy, and groceries. Only disappointment is the sale items (runners)sell out quickly.

OMG this place is awesome unfortunately I can only go there when I go to North Carolina l live in Bristol Virginia we dont have one here hope the consider in opening one here this place is fabulous fresh baked goods excellent prices and products best produce I bought a ton of stuff will be going back soon
