I absolutely love this place, their ice cream is huge and very affordable, it always tastes great and I never had to wait during my visits. The girls who work there show great customer service and even some knowledge of history of the place. I definitely recommend to come and try their stuff!

Cool little spot to grab some ice cream or dippin dots (we prefer the latter) and sit outside in the fenced in back lawn. There are some play items for kids, though COVID precautions have minimized whats available.

They don’t think covid is real apparently. No employees wearing masks. They sat a HUGE group next to my family. No social distancing accommodations. The food wasn’t good and the service was slow too so not even worth it.“We now are open with limited dining room and patio seating. We’re practicing social distancing and taking extraordinary measures to sanitize common areas.“Okay??? What’s the point of social distancing if you’re not wearing masks. I also got to the table and it was still messy and sticky so your “extraordinary” measures weren’t too extraordinary.

According to Google your hours are till 9 PM. I showed up at 6:54 PM and was told through the drive-thru that we are closing in six minutes and we have shut everything down and have cleaned all the equipment so you cannot order any ice cream. If you’re open till 7pm, I still had six minutes of opportunity to order. Very poor service. Very poor way of doing business. We will not be back.

I ordered a pineapple milkshake but what I was given is a cup of vanilla ice cream with a very small amount of pineapple flavoring for$ 6.67. I could have bought a tub of vanilla ice cream at the store for less than $5.00. Learned my lesson not to waste my money at this place anymore.

Update:Since my last post Ive returned 2 times. We live a mile away & my kids enjoy their ice cream so thats the reason why. I tried the banana split again & must say it was better this time. The toppings were very well proportioned & it was very enjoyable.Ive tried 4 different things from here & was disappointed every time.1. Chocolate Shake: tasted like inexpensive ice cream blended with milk. Wouldnt get it again.2. Cookie Sundae: Cookie & topping were great however I got more of them than ice cream & would except it to be the other way around.3. Banana Split: Fresh banana, lots of ice cream but the problem was it came with 3 types of syrup fruit topping & wet walnuts & they added way to much of each & made it so sweet it was almost inedible.4. Carmel Cheesecake Brownie Milkshake: Might as well have been a vanilla shake. Didnt taste like they added cheesecake or carmel & there were brownie crumbs in the bottom. This was by far the worst of the 4.

Love Tonys ice cream! Glad I can get it at The Bridge. All the good flavors available, sundaes, banana splits, and cones. Nice local joint to grab some dessert and watch traffic at the square in Hemby Bridge!

Stopped and got a butter pecan ice cream cone that cost around $4 I believe. The ice cream was really good but it only had 3 pieces of pecan in it I was so devastated.

I have passed this place for years and on Friday 2/8/19, my grandson wanted ice cream and my daughter put ice cream in her phone and The Bridge Creamery came up!! All I can say is wow and dont judge a book by its cover! This place is really good! Before ordering I had to use the restroom, so I went into the restaurant that they have! When I tell you the staff there has git to be the best I have seen in a while! We were greeted with smiles and they were genuine! Even the waitresses that were waiting on tables looked up smiled and said hello. Back to the ice cream...I ordered Butter Pecan in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate, all I can say is yum! It was not too sweet but just right and I ate all of it! If you have been passing by this place STOP. Even if you dont get anything go and get a genuine smile from the staff!😁

Great food, affordable prices, and friendly staff. They have ice cream that is the best in town. Last time I was there they messed up my order, so they remade it for me and took it off the bill. You cannot beat that service. Love this place.

Ice cream was very tasty. Malt shake was malty - just the way I like it.

Because the people there are great. My daughter was on her way home from a wedding, and her car broke down. I came from South Carolina to get her, but had to leave the car because I couldnt get a u haul on Sunday. I asked if it was alright to leave it there overnight and the Manager said sure, and that she would inform the owners so that no one would bother the car. That really helped me, and I would like to say Thank You, because people these days just dont take care of each other.👍🏽❤️

I can the Frozen lemonade which was amazing. My grandkids had the Dippin Dots in birthday cake they were completely over the moon. I will definitely do this again

Delicious lunch! Great service! Apparently you also get a basket of free real potatoe chips with a dipping sauce. Their Almond Joy ice cream is BOMB 💣! So so good! Definately will tell my family and friends to come check this place out. This will not be our last visit here :)

This is exactly what we needed here in the Indian Trail area!!!! They serve Tony’s Ice Cream and it’s absolutely delicious!!!! They serve floats shakes sodas dipping dots smoothies and hotdogs. They just opened this past weekend and I have already been twice!!! There is lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas and tons of parking.

This is a nice place to get ice cream hot dogs and chocolate cake. You can eat outside on the picnic table.

Their ice cream is delicious I will not tell you a lot about this place it was my first time going there we were out riding around and I wanted some ice cream and we stopped at the bridgeAnd I ordered a milkshake it was very delicious

Ive been a customer at Tonys icecream in Gastonia for 47 years . Then I spotted the Tonys sign at the bridge came home told my daughter . She was like I bet its not the same I agreed and forgot about it for a few weeks . Last week I popped in to give it a try to my surprise the shakes are the exact same . Love the fact that the bridge kept the traditional scoop of icecream in the shake . Picking Tonys icecream as a supplier was a great choice . The service was top knotch as well super excited that I dont have to drive 45 minutes to enjoy a Tonys shake anymore .
