Presented $40 cash for a bill that was $26.29. I was given $6 in change. I obviously questioned this and the cashier told me they were rounding up because of the coin shortage. I told her if that was the case, she still owed me $7. I had to explain to her how I was still owed. She gave me the $7 finally. There are no signs anywhere in the store that they are not giving change, nor do they tell you before you pay in cash. Youre welcome for my 0.71 cents. See you never!

Great customer service

They never fail to surprise me with their creativity in coming up with amazing products, which you can also buy at a good discount using their coupons. How can we ever smell and try out lotions, perfumes, soaps, candles when buying through Amazon. There is no excuse for the laziness that has taken over America, unless we cannot leave our homes due to health reasons.

I love how everything smells, and the products work great. I wont use any other hand soap. They always have good sales, and they will send you coupons, too. The salespeople are eager to help, but not at all pushy.

Love bath and body works, their soaps and lotions are wonderful! And they have great candles as well. Friendly helpful staff. Nice store.
