Im torn because our experience was mixed with this company. I want to be as nice and honest as possible. The employees are great. Fantastic even. They will not push a sale on you, which is great because sometimes, you just want to go and look, which makes a relaxing atmosphere. They also try to accommodate you as best as they can within the company policy, which is great too, because thats all you can ask for. Negatives for us were, the company seems really disorganized. They dont know which customer orders what, or pays for what. They gave us a 6-8 week timeline for our furniture, but they really meant 6-8 months. Its totally understandable that everyone is playing catch-up because of Covid, but I wish they would have been up front with us on that in case there was an issue, and there almost was. Theyre at the mercy of their manufacturers plain and simple. It seems the no cancelation policy is the big issue/complaint amongst other customers, and it obviously is to sell the furniture for the price that it is. Once again, totally understandable, but once again, wish they would have been up front with that. Once the receipt is signed, you are legally bonded to it, and you bought furniture no matter what. We paid an extra $200 for the industrial coating to prevent stains on our furniture. They forgot that we paid for it, and didnt do it on some of our furniture. I dont know if it prevents stains, or makes them easier to clean, but you still need a spot cleaner of some kind. I would recommend you dont get it. Its hard to get a hold of them when you call, they wont call you back when you leave a message, and they wont call you when your furniture comes in. We had to physically go to the store to find out about our furniture. Like I said, we had mixed experience. The employees are very nice, but theres a lot of disorganization that needs to be addressed. I hope this is a nice and HONEST review that is helpful for both seller, and customer.
We are so happy we stopped here! The owners daughter was super helpful and friendly without being too overbearing and gave us space to look. We came for a couch and ended up with a bedroom set as well because the selection and prices were so great! The furniture came within 4 weeks. There was a crack in the one chest, but not by the fault of Speedys. They were kind and told us how to go about fixing it so they can order a new one. Would definitely take my business here again!

Walked in for a new bed....walked out with a new bed as well as a new couch...lol. The prices are great! The furniture is great! The family that owns it seem like beautiful people, their boys are the delivery drivers.. 2 boys brought a new queen size bed with an adjustable base and a couch into my home with care and respect and had it set up in about 15 minutes.I recommend you check this place out before you leave town....Our Town, and look elsewhere. I already have a wish list going lol I will be back.

We had shopped at Speedy Furniture for furniture for our new house. We found some we really liked and the price was right. Unfortunately, we were out shopping on Black Friday and drove past Wolfs Furniture. They had a great sale going on so we ended up buying our furniture there instead... BIG MISTAKE!!! We had layer our furniture away because we werent ready to put it in the house yet. We were told to come make a payment so we did. The next day we were told they were filing bankruptcy and they refused to give us the furniture or our money back. This all happened around the time Covid started. We had no idea what we would do. We didnt have a lot of money or time to get new furniture. I messaged the owner of Speedy Furniture in Indiana and they were able to get us the furniture we originally fell in love with at a price we could afford. We had our furniture within 3 weeks (which is amazing with everything going on) Nd the owner and his son even delivered it themselves to make sure we were happy and that it was delivered with care. Thank you so much Speedy Furniture for treating your customers the right way . We really appreciate it. I would 100% suggest anyone looking for good furniture at a good price sold by great people to go to Speedy Furniture in Indiana in the Walmart Plaza. You wont be sorry.

They, also deliver the furniture if you decide. Easy to work with, they carry and deliver it, and put it together with ease. I highly recommend this place for all your funiture needs! We have been blessed by the time that Bob and Joe takes with us while buying our furniture for our house or rentals. They are very friendly, happy to answer questions, and always willing to take as much time as we need to let us decide. There is no pressure from them at all. I’ve gotten a couple things from here and it’s always been a good experience. Bob is very knowledgeable about all the products they have.
After seeing these reviews, customers cannot return an item? I went to 380 Auction, they don’t stock anything since they are a smaller business so everything must be shipped. But you save money and they can cancel an order if you no longer want an item. They were also better priced than Speedys.
Debbie and I just bought new chairs from Speedy. We really like Bob Reiter who manages the store. Despite the marketing look of Speedy, which some say looks like a rent a center- ( Please Take Note Darrel and Larry Erdos) they carry name brand furniture. It is the very same furniture you will buy at higher end stores, but a lot less money. Why? Because they have figured out a business model that does not carry the high overhead expenses of a full blown furniture store operation.
Make sure you ask about the fine print they hide on the back of the receipts, its hard to read from the ink on the other side seeping through. So ask them about it. They hide it and say nothing until you call with an issue.

Went in and found a couch we liked, we did the paperwork and everything and spent 1300 dollars on a couch, they then told us it would be 2 weeks until we could pick it up. That was on Friday, over the weekend we found another couch similar but way better priced and we could have it now. Monday we called and said we no longer want the couch to which he replied that we have to pick up the couch due to a no return policy. We havent even picked the couch up at this point, he tells us to read the fine print on the back of the receipt, and sure enough barely legible to read due to the ink seeping through the other side of the receipt was a no return policy. At this point I think I may let my lawyer handle it. I added a picture of the fine print, first paragraph (where the red and blue ink are) is the return policy.Only horrible people and horrible companies hide stuff like that. I will update this after a week and see what happens after I speak with my attorney.
