It was a great experience from start to finish. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years from various dealerships across the country and this by far was the best customer service I’ve had to date. Dennis Sankey was fantastic throughout the weeks of going back/forth about availability, pricing, credit concerns, and the application/approval process. My wife and I drove an hour and a half and we were quickly greeted and the dealership had everything in order and papers ready to sign. We were in/out in less than an hour and it was fantastic. And Scott Brown who Dennis introduced us to was fantastic with the little items that needed finished and with the delivery of the vehicle. Moving forward Dennis, Scott, and Delaney Chevrolet will be my go to dealership for future purchases.

Our experience at Delaneys was great! Our salesman Scott Brown was so nice an down to earth. We really enjoyed worker with him. He made the hole process very easy an fast. We have bought 3 different vehicles from Delaneys an we will keep buying from them.
We are from out of state and made a deal over the phone. David Popp, the salesman, made this the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever had. He was very accommodating to us, especially once we arrived at the dealership to sign papers. He went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready to go once we got there. He also took the time to give us a “tutorial” of the vehicle, which we have never had a salesman to do that before so it was very much appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about him as a salesman. This was our first experience with Delaney Chevrolet since we are from the South Hills area and my first time buying a new car. We first spoke with Scott on the phone, and he was extremely helpful. After speaking with Scott, we decided it would be worth the nearly 2 hour drive. Patrick Hoyman was our salesman and he was awesome! He is very personable and friendly, which made the whole experience enjoyable. He immediately answered any questions that we asked and was very informative. Even though the process went past closing time, Patrick never made us feel rushed. He was willing to stay as long as needed and took the time to show me how to use all of the features of my new Chevy Blazer. My car didnt get finished until 5:30.This year I assumed I would get a call. I waited and waited. It was after 5 so finally I came back and it was closed already. Luckily I brought my spare key and took my car from the lot. Monday I came in and got my spare key. Glad I didnt leave my house key on the keyring.

The dealership is very clean and Mr. Quick was very kind, he spotted us looking at the used vehicles down the road from the main dealership. He asked what we were looking for and wanted to make sure we got what were looking for. He offered a test drive and everything right off the bat most would say typical deal behavior, but I think he did it so we could get an idea of we liked the vehicles we were looking at. He gave great details about the vehicles and really knew his stuff.

Lets start out by saying, Arthur Quick is probably the best car salesman I have ever experienced! When I needed a new vehicle, I was absolutely DREADING car shopping. When I bought my previous car at a dealership I will leave nameless, the service was AWFUL and since then I have dreaded going to any dealership thinking they were all the same. I stopped at Delaney, and the sales rep Arthur Quick came quickly out to assist me. He asked if I needed anything, did NOT push any vehicles on me, and cut right to the point when I would ask a question. No unnecessary steps or that typical car salesman pitch. After discussing what I might be interested in Art was not pushy and did not pressure me with any decisions. When the car came in he knew that I wanted, he sent me a video and even brought all the papers to my work so we could get a jumpstart on the car buying process. Art was so helpful, kind, and such a fun person to work with it changed my car buying experience drastically! He checks in at times to make sure everything is going great and is always quick at responding to any questions I may have. I must say the service provided at Delaney was unlike any I have ever experienced at a car dealership. The staff is so helpful, patient, and to the point. This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. David was excellent in communication through the process given that most of the transaction was remote due to COVID. When we did arrive in person, the facility was wonderful and prepared, they had absolutely everything completed that could be done without our in person validation. Absolutely wonderful experience. Wow! What an incredible group of people! My son bought a brand new Chevy at home and drove it back to Indiana to school. Within five days warning lights went on. We took they car straight to Delaney Chevrolet who looked at it immediately and diagnosed a non-warranted issue. We called the dealership we bought from and they told us it was our issue. A 4 day old car!! Delaney, in supporting the Chevy name, fixed the problem gratis. They were so disappointed to hear the way our home dealership treated us they fixed it! - just to keep a new Chevy customer as an always Chevy customer. My son will be graduating but I would not hesitate to make the drive back to Indiana to buy my next Chevy from Delaney! I cannot say enough about this dealership that owed us nothing and did everything!

Aaron was a fantastic salesman, would buy a vehicle from him anytime. Zero pressure, explained everything thoroughly. On the other hand, the finance manager - Matt - was the exact opposite. Did not explain anything well, he understood that I wanted lower payments and told me I could cancel an extended warranty anytime, with the payment going back down to the original payment shown. I cancel the warranty, and the payment stays the same (although the term was lower, he knew I preferred a lower minimum payment). This was absolutely not explained to me, and he knew for a fact that I wanted lower payments. When discussing this over the phone with him, there was more of a focus on him trying to talk me into keeping the warranty than anything.I understand commission/sales, but do it with ETHICS towards your customers. Overall, I would buy another vehicle from delaneys, as Aaron works to get the best price with no pressure. Do yourself a favor and say no to every single suggestion that the finance manager recommends.

I’ve purchased three vehicles have been happy thus far but once you buy a 80k$ truck there service department can’t actually service the vehicle since it’s a 3500 and won’t inspect it after being the only garage to inspect it since brand new, will never go back wouldn’t even let them call a tow truck if I broke down outside and they were the only phone in town! If you want a shadier place to shop find random deals on Craigslist.

Had the parts I needed. Parts fit perfectly and worked like they should. Problem I had was that I went in with a vin number of a clearly under warranty vehicle, I was not aware of this fact till later, and wasnt even asked if I was aware of it being under warranty. After buying the part asked about being under warranty and was given the oh well too bad response. I wasnt asking for labor or anything, just hoping for help with the price of parts.
We had a very enjoyable experience at Delaney and John and Peggy were a valuable part of our car buying experience. They treated us with respect and as a member of the Delaney family. They worked diligently to help us find the right vehicle for us, keeping us within our payment guidelines and found us exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. They found us a 2009 Chevy Traverse and we love our car. We are excited to be taking it on a trip at the end of October. In fact, my daughter is looking to purchase a vehicle soon and she has already said that she is heading back to Delaney for her car. Thanks again! Well i dropped my vehicle off on a saturday after my wife got into a wreck,monday i was told ten days, after 20 days i get it back and its a mess inside.dust and dirt from the body shop.im very upset about my experience .as for delaney honda,u cant ask for better service.but the next time i need body work im gonna look else where.i bought atleast 10 new cars from this place

I had to have a recall repair done on my Chevrolet Malibu and this was the local option. They were very courteous on the phone yes. But then they called to say, by the way - your car is severely out of alignment and they could fix that for me. Thankfully I said no, I have a local tire place that I prefer to have that work done. So I took it in to have the alignment done somewhere else and they informed me it was perfectly fine. Delaney is crooked! I only hope they didnt break anything while allegedly repairing my car for the recall. Beware.

I should have listened to the negative reviews by friends and family but unfortunately I took my 2018 Chevy Colorado truck here. My drivers side mirror cracked on a sub-zero morning when I turned on my defrosters. Since my truck was under warranty and I believe this was a manufactures defect, I took it to Delananeys. They said it wasnt covered under warranty even though I specified that the mirror did not receive any physical damage. I called Chevy customer service and they researched my complaint. The service department at Delaneys told Chevy that I said it was damaged in an accident. Outright lie!! Chevy rep suggested I take my truck to another dealership for another opionion.I will not be taking my truck here again!!
Ran my credit 18 times. Dropped my score 45 points because of it. The car is great but you can get a car anywhere so thats not on them. They cashed the hold check 3 weeks earlier then authorized and caused issues with my bank. Not at all impressed they are like used Car salesmen, but with pretty new cars.ADD: Their service department will harass you constantly. We have onstar active on account and they can see what if anything needs done remotely. Well they call every week saying it needs an oil change or some other BS. Well after telling them to stop with the calls for the flux capacitor replacement. They continue to do so.
When I dropped off my vehicle it wasnt completely clean, but it was looking half decent and the windows were clean. When I picked up my car I wasnt happy at all. First, they didnt even fix the issue I asked them to fix. Second, there were white water spots all over my car; now remember my car was clean when I dropped it off. But now it looked worse then when I dropped it off. Third, I got in my car and they didnt even finish the job. They left caps open that have to be opened to access the screws to the door and they left a crumbled up matt in the drivers side floor. Ive never been so unhappy with a service from any dealer.

Im at a loss for words to describe the most incredible, positive experience with the Delaney Service department in what was a trying and otherwise stressful situation on 10/1/2016. I was 283 miles from home driving to the Indiana University of PA to officiate a football game between IUP and Seton Hill. When I was still 26 miles away from the school my fuel pump called it quits. I had 4 members of the officiating crew in my Chevy Tahoe who were all from the New Jersey area who had no idea how they were going to get to the stadium, let alone home. My Tahoe somehow sputtered and snorted up and down the hills of route 422 and we made it to the school where my Tahoe completely failed when I got to the stadium parking lot. I called Delaney and spoke to a Mr. Jim Jablonski to see if they could do anything for me. With kickoff at 3pm and with the day being a Saturday we knew the odds were slim wed get my car fixed and get home. With Delaneys being out of rentals and knowing I couldnt even speak with them on the telephone as I had to prepare for the football game they worked with someone in the athletic department to secure a demonstration car for me to rent and did their very best to even get my car repaired on the same day. They even communicated status with my wife back in NJ on my behalf. Jim worked with a towing company and the athletic staff to get me a very reasonable tow and a quick diagnosis upon arrival and actually brought the rental car over to the university so it would be waiting after the conclusion of the game. It didnt take long to diagnose the issue but needed to wait until Monday to make sure their initial thoughts were accurate with the head mechanic. While many service centers across the country typically take advantage of ones unfortunate situation they were completely the opposite. They made me feel they were doing the very best they could and in the end they didnt disappoint. I was able to concentrate on the task at hand and work what turned out to be a very good college football game and at the same time there were people who I have never met in my life wanted me to feel assured I would get a reliable rental and good, honest service. I got the officiating crew home to their families late Saturday night. My car was repaired by the following Monday evening and they even met me on the PA turnpike to save me a full, 283 mile trip and all came at a very fair price. Simply stated peeps, you CAN trust these people. This was simply good business all around. Thanks to Jim and his supporting cast of professionals at Delaney.

My father is a Vietnam Vet and though his age and appearance doesnt look it; he is smarter then most and apparently more intelligent then the service reps working at this place. My Dad took his vehicle in for a recall today 25 January 16 and dealt with Ed Ramsden a service consultant. After they fixed the recall Ed, as dealerships frequently do, identified to my father a few items that he may have wanted to consider letting the dealer take care of that day. One of which was to have the transmission fluid changed. My father who is mechanically inclined found this to be odd since most GM vehicles he has owned recommend a change close to the 100,000 mile mark. My fathers van has around 50,000 miles and so he declined the service and the rest of the service regardless of Eds persistence.My father then drove out of his way and took it to another GM dealership and ask about the transmission fluid change. The service manager looked up the van and verified that GMs recommendation is 90,000 miles. My father has no issues with his transmission, the fluid wasnt low, dark, or burnt. There was no reason to change it 40,000 miles early except that the Delaney service department allows scamming reps like Ed Ramsden to continue to work there and attempt to make more money off of retired military members on a fixed income. TOTAL RIPOFF. MECHANICS APPARENTLY GET MORE MONEY FOR MAKING FALSE CLAIMS. Said our truck needed new rotors. NOT. Theyre rusted from the truck sitting so much. Were long haul truck drivers pickup sits a lot. We took it in for free inspection. Right. Cost 74.00 for WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES. can you believe 2.00 charge for them to dispose. My husband was so furious he just paid bill and left. After he told several people to get away from him. A few extra words added I wont mention. NEVER WILL WE DEAL WITH THEM. Oh yeah.. after waiting 1 1/2 hours... we had appointment.
