My mail wasnt posted as soon as it should have been. Next time Ill go somewhere else.

This company and its employees have always gone out of their way to make my experience a good one. I appreciate them for helping my business run smoothly and making the process easy for me.

Will never recommend or use this local establishment ever again. Had what could have been a better experience the first time in, and then returned 3 months later as a support to local businesses and they refused to send my packages. Flat out refused and called to tell me I needed to come back and pick my packages up. Being such an inconvenience just to send my pre labeled packages and take them elsewhere. Typical rude Indiana people at their best!

Prompt, professional and friendly service. My favourite place for shipping internationally, whether small envelopes, large boxes or a fully framed poster-size photograph. For the photo, all I needed to do was bring it in and they took care of packing and shipping it overseas.

They are fast friendly and professional.Whenever I have a package to ship UPS or even USPS, I use them.

The “store manager” of this location was very rude! I came in for fingerprints today at 4:35 and pre-paid already to have them done and she told me “I’m done for today you will have to come back tomorrow because fingerprinting ends at 4:30!” Not only was she rude and gave me attitude, but someone on the phone, prior to me coming, informed me I could come anytime during store hours and I would be good to come in and get fingerprinted. I am currently on driving restrictions due to an injury and if I was informed that I couldn’t get finger printed today I wouldn’t have came.The lady told me she was done and I could come back tomorrow since she would not be working tomorrow. I requested to speak with corporate but apparently there isn’t the corporate office or someone over her since she is at store manager. As store manager the way she handled the situation and talked to me was rude. She should really brush up on customer service skills so she doesn’t prevent future customers from coming to her store! The whole situation and her attitude was extremely poor!

Ill go out of my way to make sure I can send a package from The Mailing Station. I never have to wait in a long line, they are always friendly, helpful and fast. I always feel like I dont know what Im doing at the post office - but here they make it so easy!!

This place has the worst customer service! I went in today to get fingerprinting for my lifetime carry liscense and the lady helping me today, was anything but nice to me. She was very rude and accused me of giving her attitude, which I did not. I dont understand why people work in customer service if they do not like working with people. I will not be going back there again and I advise anyone reading this to do the same!In response to the Owners response:I appreciate the response and the apology. I was not insulted when I was asked for confirmation of my address. I was direct with my answer and tried to resolve any confusion between myself and the employee asking me for that info. I was however insulted how that employee treated me. She was very threatening and aggressive in her responses with me and made me feel very unwelcome in the store. In my opinion, that is not good customer service!
