Great, helpful staff...They always have all the parts I need...

They need to get better, i have order three times with them and the three times they have got my order mixed up, and than i have to wait for days, because they have to re-order it again,, they need to hire stuff that know their work, and not those young guys who cant even get an order right.. at the end Jr or scott have to step up and solve their problem all the time..

Scott the manager at Indio store was.great. He helped me resolve a problem when I really needed his help. I will continue to do business with him. I recommend this to all car owners in Indio.

Great service. Dont be quick to judge the person over the counter because of their image. The place may need a little touching up but they value their customers who continue to go back for their quick & reliable service. I get all my parts here and will continue to do so.

Why can t you even look up a part on your website that is wrong, people want to know if you even carry the part like autozone?

This is a great store and the customer service is awesome, They didnt seem like gangsters to me, they seemed like people who were grateful to have a second chance at life, and it showed in their customer service skills and their desire to please.

I love the customer service here although they get very busy i am always satisifed with the person who helps me prices are fair and parts are pretty good quality
