Such a great store! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I always find what I need, and I enjoy browsing for bargains. They have fabulous sales. Highly recommended for all you beauty queens out there.

Great shopping experience, soon as I walked in I was greeted by an awesome clerk that helped me get exactly what I needed . I was in - and - out of that store within 20 min. Will definitely go back soon .

I have already seen the cautionary tales. Will be going to the La Quinta location in the future. Antonio made zero effort beyond telling me the register was ringing the I ❤️ Revolution 3D strawberry Highlighter for $8 when i saw and verified the tag listed was for clearance $3.99. He did not reach out to any manager or employee. He didn’t even bother to walk the 10 feet to explain the price difference. He probably assumed I never worked retail. I have already filed my complaint with weights and measures pleas retrain Antonio!

When I went here I knew exactly what I wanted, found it fast, and had time to walk around. I was asked every so often by a few different women if I needed help and even if I didnt, Id chat them up while looking. The only two people to seem to be more into themselves than customers was the beautiful boy in pink eyeshadow and lashes, beautiful, but preoccupied with his bestie who worked there. The other 5 employees were on point! Ill be going back for makeup tips and to find new pallets. I honestly am not sure what the earlier problems were, sounds like women who are used to Macys makeup employees following you for a hopeful sale. And used to being pampered and told what to do vs thinking for themselves and knowing the difference between a beauty supply store vs a high marked up makeup counter.STAY STOCKED AND STAY AMAZING!!!

The customer service at Ulta in Indio, Ca (just opened) is awful. In the last month, Ive spent around 400$ worth of products and everytime Ive been to the store, I feel that they are closely watching me as if I might be shoplifting. If I have questions, the store employees seem to only want to spend a limited amount of time with you. Ill be going to Sephora from now on.
