Had to have a covid test to return home to Canada. There was a problem with the app and we couldnt access our tests, we had called the company and no help, all automated. Open only Mon-Fri. We were in a panic as we were flying out the next day! Well this Young Lady named Lucy in the Pharmacy was a miracle worker, she got a hold of someone at the company that did the test. Answered a few questions and a pdf was emailed to us immediately. It was such a relief, we didnt know what we were gonna do, but Lucy really saved the day! Went the extra mile to help us, it was wonderful. Thanks to people like her who actually are helpful..Thanks Lucy from Allyson, Tracey and Muriel..😊🇨🇦

Great neighborhood Market. Offers delivery services via Postmates. Parking lot is small with little room to walk into the store. I wish the fresh bakery was bigger with more varieties. It is also difficult to shop when they are stocking in the afternoon.

Surprised how many things they DIDNT have available here; like, Funfetti gluten free cake mix, mocha ice cream, other slightly unique items that are a staple at larger Walmarts

I was looking for a last minute Valentine’s gift for my wife because I forgot it was February already, and so I hurried up to this store looking for chocolate-covered strawberries.Luckily for me, Mario from Pharmacy’s manager decided to put him on the schedule in this very same day, in order to help me find those $9.98 save-my-life strawberries.Mario even recommended a few other things which was very nice. Thank you, Mario! Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere.Keep up the great work!

Its not a complete WalMart for all your household needs but, it does have a money gram and western union desk to send and receive cash as well as check cashing and other services. The store is clean and well maintained but, the employees are kinda rude and this location would have gotten a 5 star rating if it wasnt for that very important detail

I understand that Walmart is working towards having EVERYTHING in the store locked up behind security glass. Youll get charged for looking at stuff, but wont be able to actually purchase anything because their associates are all busy taking a break.

This is a nice Grocery store to go to. It’s not the best Walmart grocery store that I’ve been to. But it’s sufficient.

Clean and well stocked store. Any time I need food or health and beauty items I go here instead of the big store.

Even though this is very convenient...they run out of many products every friday.... so many folks have used this location for their go to shopping...instead of the large Walmart in la quinta.

Milk is not always in stock. Otherwise, its good for emergency items until you go to the larger grocery store. Spices are well stocked

Dirty store, they had milk splattered all over the glass door and I’ve a few days prior and the same stain in the door is there and I’m not talking about just a small little thing it was huge like a while gallon busted open. I’m a little disappointed because it’s my closest store and I always shop there but it seems like the store workers are careless they are literally there with those big blue pushing carts collecting food for the curb side and you see the problem but refuse to address is because it’s not your department is the response I got. Store manager is very responsible and I see his hard work, I as a customer feel bad for him cause the employees step all over carelessly.. it sadly had to be said.

It was a long drive from LA downey area!! To visit my cuz this side of town. the market was so clean the employee were very polite. I ask them a question they said line 20 i was thank u. Thats customer service!!. Sumtimes the little things matter the most. But yes its a big plaza off the on cook make right gps tske it down lol beautiful mountains ⛰ location 👌 great rest stop to get water 💧 and WHT you need. For long trip LA/two/azrizona/Nevada/calixco. This store is EXCEPTIONALLY well laid out, clean and orderly. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The grocery/pharmaceutical selections are outstandingly vast at consumer friendly prices. On top of all of that? The whole shopping center is actually aesthetically pleasing - not your average strip mall. Easy in and out!

Walmart watched store employee push shopping carts in from outside and not sanitize and over heard him tell a customer that they were. When I clearly watched him push them in from outside and add them to the rest of the carts.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, easy to find everything, very convenient location. The one time I needed a manager to approve something, he was right there and very quick about it. I like this place because it is very quick with quick checkouts. Not too small and not too big of a store. Just right. Online ordering also a option.

I enjoy this Walmart more so than the larger ones. The employees are all extremely friendly, and arm very helpful get that point of walking you get the item youre looking for rather than just giving you a point with their finger and saying 3 hours over that way. The fruits and vegetables you can tell or fresh, and the meat department well clean and maintain. I choose this Walmart every chance I get over the larger ones.

This is a great store. Is well located, never crowded and always clean. Good parking space and helpful staff.

Usually like to stop by when i get out of work 11pm since they dont close till 12pm. Lately staff is closing up earlier. I just left now and the employees are already on the loud speaker announcing the minutes till closing just rushing people to leave and they closed 5 minutes early. My liking of this store is decreasing.

If you have to go to a Walmart, and arent looking for a discount television or clothing, this is for you. Food only, not crowded generally (roving masses of unsupervised children still roam aisles at times) and pretty clean. Stick to the brands you know, they do have some good pricing. Avoid the produce section, it is not great, but will do in a pinch. Second neighborhood market Ive been to. Way way better than the superstores. Workers are decent and reasonably helpful, but are scarce, and you often have to look for them. Store layout is ok; things arent always where the lane indicators say, so you have to kind of figure it out. Its not a bad place to shop.

Not enough cashiers they want us to be our own cashier. I dont like that

The online order and fast pickup did not work out for me. The girl behind the counter couldnt find my order, it took her 10 minutes and another associate had to help her find it. It defeated the purpose. I could of walked in the store gotten my 3 items, cashed my self out and be done in less than 10 minutes. I do enjoy the clean store and its convenience location.

Nice alternative to the big Super Center. Fresh produce and all the brands we buy. Just wish they sold Fresh Pet dog food so I wouldnt have to make a separate trip.

Cleanest and friendliest Wal-Mart branch I have ever been to in the South Western region. Store has ample natural lighting, which brightens up the big box conglomerate. The California sun must also give the employees just what they need, always so chipper and eager to assist makes me a loyal customer and glad to have them as my neighbor.

If you are going to Coachella pretty much you will consider stoping by to get the stuff you are missing for your camping site. Not much camping gear tough, better try the Indio one.

Beautiful new store, clean, employees are super friendly, fully stocked shelves, great hot and cold deli and bakery. At the exit is coffee, slushies and soft drinks for sale. Keep it up.

Service (especially grocery pick-up) is growing continually worse. Employees always have lots of excuses - no answers! The purchase water machine is always broken.
