Stater Bros has always been a great family supermarket to go shopping! We enjoy the Friendly People working here and U can always find Select Cuts of Meat and Steaks on Sale here. Nice clean Deli & Their produce Dept. is always stocked with plenty of fresh Fruits and Vegetables also they have a nice selection of floral arrangements at decent prices..Always Our go to Neighborhood store !

Havent shopped there in some time. We were impressed. Really nice that the meats looked good and the prices were not as expensive as other stores. The fish selection was a bit limited but fresh.

We dont normally shop at this market. The four stars are for the meat department. I watched as the men behind the counter took care of the two customers ahead of me. One woman who said she was from Salton City appeared to be buying hundreds of dollars of meat... and then it was my turn. The sirloin steak was on sale but the only piece in the tray was not to my liking. Not a problem. The counterman went and got another tray and selected a lovely steak for us. If the steak is good and I think that it will be I will return to Staters especially for the meat department and the countermen who pay attention to the small details.

I Always go to Staters for my special meat cuts. The meat cutter however on this occasion didnt seem to want to cut a thinner steak. I wanted ribeye. The ones in the display case appeared to be 2 and 1/2 to 3 inches thick and I wanted to thicker than 1/2 inch. His answer to me was, I dont have any more ribeye to cut and I cant cut the existing ones to that thickness. So I got Porterhouse instead. I was disappointed. The porterhouse was really good though. I remember that before you were asked if you wanted your steaks seasoned for free, but I guess they only do it if you request it.

The store is great they helped me with an ice cream cake that I got for my nephew same day put his name on it and everything.

Clean stores well stocked but only 2 lanes/cashier were open so had to wait about 5mins in line just to pay couple things

The reason I gave a great experience was because Christian from the Butcher assisted me with meet and the Grocery Clerk was very friendly I would definitely come again

It was ok but again they need to teach the employees especially the younger ones the importance of customer service. But I will shop here when I need to again

First time I had been to Stater Brothers in a while. I forgot how nice it is there. Their produce is really fresh. There are is always an employee close around to help you find things and I did not have to wait in line to check out.

Nice super clean, always stocked and the workers are friendly, cashiers are nice. Produce is always on point with freshness and the Meat department is always freshly prepared. Stater Bros has never let me down.

This is one of the cleanest stores in this desert I have never been to a store that wasn’t emaculant like u can literally eat off the floor it’s so clean!!!the people are so nice snd friendly!! They had a hell of a sale going for memorial weekend!!!

Stater Bros. has always been great in my book. This is a very large and very nice store.

When I first moved here from Washington state I found Stater Brothers Grocery store, and right from the start I liked this store everyone was very helpful, it was very easy to find what you were looking for, the produce all seem to be very fresh which was great I love going to the butchers the meat was always very fresh and that butchers in there were very helpful I always get my meat sliced in there from the deli in the cheese my favorite grocery store to go to I shop there all the time and have for the last 8 years highly recommend Stater Brothers.

Its convenient because its close but definitely not my favorite location. The cashiers arent really friendly at all..

Some of what I was looking for was there. People were generally polite. Soda price savings deals exact same, for BOTH brands identical deal, but one Pepsi brand pack nullified the coca cola one. Awesome retail. At least that hasnt changed with the Coronavirus climate.

I didnt know they let people in without a mask. I wont be back until that changes. The guy behind me and his daughter didnt have a mask on and insisted on talking to everyone even though people were clearly trying to avoid them. Management and staff just ignored it.

I have to say I have never seen such a hard working bunch. Through all of the craziness this past week, the whole staff has been friendly, calm and so efficient. EXTRA BIG kudos to this dream team during this time!

Worse customer service ever! In checking out, had a young lady employee, who had no work ethics towards customer, very rude demeanor. I asked to speak to manager to voice my concerns. Assistant manager assured me that he would speak to her regarding her conduct in providing better customer service in the future.

I come here for the meat, and I always have good interactions with employees here and always satisfied from products purchased. But I stay away from buying most stuff cause its overprice in most areas other then meat

If youre looking to buy meat at this location, particularly flat beef for your weekend carne asada, I recommend you go else where. When you go and look at the meat, they give you a good presentation on one side but once you get it, the other side is covered in so much silver skin (tough memebrane) that they dont clean. It makes the meat super rubbery and hard to chew, basically it makes the meat tough. I understand that some meat comes with it but we have never made a purchase where every single piece of the 5+ lbs. had this much. Very disappointing.

Fast good setvice. My only issue is everything is so expensive. But I think thay is everywhere.

I was looking for gluten free chorizo, and Staters had it. I understand its what they normally carry. Then I was searching for the parmesan cheese in the plastic container. I asked a worker at the produce section and she told where exactly to find: the isle and position in that isle. Makes shopping enjoyable when employees of Staters are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is just my opinion. But look at the dates in the store. Almost everything is close to due date or has been expired. I have told them that things are expired only to go back a week later and it is still siting on the shelf. The food that they have there is old and out dated, made people sick in my family. Honestly you guys go to wal-mart they have fresher stuff there. When you walk in you smell rotten food and the place is dirty. Love the people that work there, but the food itself is expired.

Very simple convenient grocery store. Never to busy. Lines are never a long wait.

Sketchy store, dimly lit shopping center, really cant give this place much better than 3 stars, and thats being generous. Way, way outdated. The produce and meat look just as dingy and worn out as the store itself does. Keep going a few more miles in either direction and hit Ralphs or even better yet, Winco. I am honestly shocked that this place has a rating higher than 3 with so many better options close by. Just my two cents worth...
