I went and I got very helpful advice from one of the workers. They were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with not know anything :)

Literally go in to this specific Sally’s for 50volume developer for my boyfriends shoe cleaning all the time. I ask the woman can I have the 50 volume Developer from the back and she says if it’s not on the shelf there is none... I said but you guys don’t keep it on the shelf I always have to request it... then proceeds to ask me if I’m a professional and if not they couldn’t sell it to me. I have no problem with a policy but if you’re not going to abide by it ALL THE TIME.

On 5.25.20. I pulled up in the parking lot to see if they were doing curbside pickup. I tried to order supplies from my phone but I could not figure out how to chose curbside pickup. So I left because my phone was acting funny. While I shopping somewhere else, I called them back and ask about pickup. The young lady was very nice to walk me through the process. So she took my order. It felt weird not being in the store and trying to ask for what I wanted. First I ask about a brush, the associate notice I was all over the place about what I wanted. So I told her I needed it for my edges. She suggested a different type of brush and one that she liked. I said I will take that. Then I went on to tell her the rest of my order. She took her time and ask what I needed it for and then she explained this is what we have. She made the shopping on the phone a great experience. She listened. The cost of my items was good too. I did not get her name but she was African American, with braids and a smile. Thank you for great customer service.

Super clean and organized. The lady that was their was really help full and answer all my questions I had about bleaching hair.. I would definitely come back .

First time going to this location, I bleached my hair and it came out green and the lady the was so knowledgeable and very helpful with finding a solution I’m mad I didn’t get her name but thank you thank you thank you ❤️

I enter this store yesterday 2/10/2018, as soon as I walked in I felt strange, I ask about the product I was looking for she walked me to it I started feeling light headed I went backwards on the shelf Realized my sugar dropped Because I didnt eat correctly that morning, I am diabetic I stated oh my God I feel like Im gonna faint I ask if she had a piece of candy, in her purse in the store something she was pretty nonchalant about it no She Stated I grab the item and made it to the cash register I felt more as if though I was going to pass out I asked the other young lady did she have a piece of candy or something, I kept saying I feel like Im gonna pass out she proceeded as me from a debit card number Pretty much, so ignoring me The 1st young lady stated they give samples next door! Which is edible arrangements I was shaking so bad I couldnt even really reach across to slide my debit card I stated Im a diabetic help me, so she took my card And slid it through. Know how you doing are you OK!!!! I managed the let go of the counter, Walking real slow towards the door they DIDNT even turn around and acknowledg me I manage to get next door, Edible Arrangements when I open the door and I spoke I think my sugar dropped I feel Im gonna pass out, they immediately jumped into action got me a chair, chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple which contains more sugar brought me water acted like they cared either it was a color of my skin in Sallys beauty supply or they are just too dumb-ass women. Walking into Edible Arrangements I was greeted by a Caucasian woman and a Hispanic woman color doesnt matter. The act of human kindness from the 2 young ladies at Edible Arrangements I applaud, I thank them, Ive never had that happen out in public I was frightened I really want to go up there today and give those 2 Hispanic women a piece of my mind but, the 1st thing that Id be labeled as an angry black Woman. I take great caution to eat and take my meds correctly, but I was in a rush in morning had something to do, and didnt eat right and took meds that lower blood sugar bad move on my part. In my line of work I deal strictly with public, I dont Care if you Are purple, green, blue, pink, whatever every color under the Sun! If someone says Im about to pass out of Im about to faint oh my God I would ask him for bus fare I would concern myself, are you all right do you need me to call an ambulance do you need help I think its a sad world went you walk in to an establishment and you tell somebody youre about to pass out and, all they can do is ask you for your debit card Sallys in Inglewood California on Century no longer, along, with all the other Sallys I will never patronize again in life is and how they train their employees? Or was it just a matter of who I was, Racist runs deep, or were They just 2 more untrained young women the dont have any Work ethics Or just dumb as a Box of rocks, I am a female of the 61 years of age I am Starting see this in so many businesses.

I dont frequent this place but it was clean and user friendly, only thing i dislike was the customers, but that is out of the contol of the store

Not the best customer service! Just not engaging at all. The last time I was there the two girls sat at the register and talked amongst themselves I had to come back and ask for help!
