I stopped buying my hair from them many years ago. The customer service was always bad but it was the only place I could find the color I like. It was much better when they were on Market Street I think it was. I had a problem with the $500 hair tangling. Lucky accused me of putting my hair in the microwave. I had never heard of such a thing. Then she referred to me as you people.

I would not recommend this place to purchase hair. I went to the location and upon entering I felt uncomfortable. When you walk in you have to wait in a small seating area until other people come out from purchasing hair. Once you get in the questions begin.... do you have an appointment, how did you here about us, when is the last time you were here, do you have your drivers license??? First of all, I have never had to give my driver license once entered a hair shop I thought this was absolutely absurd. In addition you can’t walk around the shop to look at the hair!!! You sit at a table and someone brings hair to you, granted in a lot of hair shops you don’t have the option to walk around however at this location its an uncomfortable feeling, they don’t seem welcoming.After 10 minutes of waiting to be helped another lady walks over to me to fill out a form regarding how I heard about them, it felt like I was doing something illegal! The entire process felt that way? Once the paper was filled out I waited almost 20 minutes for the man to give me a price, which was outrageous. Listen.... I have been wearing weaves for years and after so long you tend to know what type of hair is good, if its over priced etc….the texture of their hair felt processed and a bit rough although they claim its 100% natural. My goal is just to inform I don’t want to badmouth the company however this is the truth.

Inc. has been my place the purchase beautiful hair for weaving for the past ten years.I have lived in California, Indiana and now on the east-coast and have not found a more reliable source for quality hair for weaving. The owners keep a record of my past purchases which enables them to send me the type of hair that is just right for me.Thank you Indo Asian Human Hair Int. Inc. you have been awsome!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever received . Went in with the intention of spending over 1k on hair . After the owner Vince shouted from across the room not to show me more then to hair pieces and stated that they don’t want to waste time on a customer who only buys closures ! I said actually I was here to buy hair on wefts closures and a wig ! He said he doesn’t care he has plenty of customers . I was in disbelief since I was very nice to staff and been a customer of theirs . I was sickened by his behavior and decided to only buy closures and go elsewhere to get hair. Btw my last closure from them blades badly and only had it in one install. Save your money go somewhere where your business is appreciated

I bought hair here about a week ago. I got my hair done 2 days ago on 12/27/2016. I notice today on 12/28/2016 as I was wrapping my hair it was tangling get up in the back, she said it shouldnt be doing that and I should call indo Asian right away. I called and spoke to the owners husband . This idiot was very rude and disrespectful. In 2011 which was the last time I wore a weave, I had problems in which the owner tested the hair and saw it wasnt lying, she gave me no problem and was very nice. Everything went well. However, I sent a lot of money and I expect the best, if theres a problem I expect for it to be handled professionally, but that man was so rude I will never ever do business with them again. I now know why they list a lot of faithful clients. She needs to leave him home. I rather deal with respectful people. At this point I hope they go out of business.

I have been using hair extensions from Indo Asian for years. The hair they provide has been the best I ever used. In my opinion, Indo Asians hair lasts longer than most and look and feel of the hair is fantastic. One more thing, the owners have always treated me as a valued customer.Ive tried other hair extensions but either they are poor quality or riddled with chemicals.

The last time I went to Luckys it was not a good experience. I remember a Hispanic lady that was cool, the hair was not worth the price back then. The owners were not nice at all, they are about the money, Customer Service for get it. To be located in Inglewood you would they would serve the community with respect. But, nope they act if all the black women are there to take advantage of them when they in our community, disrespecting us and tas men advantage of us. Try Paulines ln Century at lease the hair quality is far better, reasonable price, and customer service acts more concerned and caring unlike this want to be non professional shop. Demons!

Please ladies dont go there!! The only reason I went back was I had some hair on layway and i didnt want to lose my $411.00 .Customer service is the worst. I purchased some hair for my Mom in 2014 and it shredded so much....my beautician had to take it out because it was so thin..Yes, its alot of choices but the ends is very,very thin...listen to me. Ive brought way better hait than tbis before.O one more thing if you do decided to purchase hair from this rude people watch the computer screen...They operate very different than Im use to...Listen to me and stay away from them!!
