Arrived to my appointment on time but waited 15 mins for the stylist to arrive. I got a sew in and the price online says it is $200 and up. When I was charged they charged me a base price of $300 and then $50 for styling (which was her just flat ironing the already straight hair, she did not clip the ends or make it even or wash my hair.) I asked why the price had increased by $100. My hair was clean and blown dry when arrived and there was nothing new/added to the service. They said that nothing about the service changed and they just decided to increase the price by $100. The price is still listed incorrect on the site. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt have minded the price if they just were upfront about it. poor business

Went on Sunday online hours at 930 store hours actually 10a took an extra 5 minutes of waiting on hot sun for anyone to acknowledge i was at the door and let me in no warm welcome or apologies for the wait. Finally start to browse for items clerk directed me to aisle meanwhile ran at the foot of another customer took both the clerks to help. Meanwhile I was at the counter waiting to be acknowledged again. Then after waiting to buy 3 items I had to wait for her to check out the customer during a drawn out conversation. It was just not a good experience and your staff should not illustrate so much favoritism over customers everyone should be treated the same.

This is my go to beauty supply. Its Black Owned and the staff os friendly and helpful. The prices are fair too.They have an enormous hair selection too.

Drove from Orange County. I refuse to give service to rude people, I rather drive miles away and give my business to a Black owned business who isnt afraid of me and treats with respect. 1st time a Glow & Flow I will be back. Very peaceful being able to shop in peace.

I wanted to love this beautiful, organized, WELL STOCKED, BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY . Customer service is ON POINT, that particular location has been there for YEARS!!!! Unfortunately tho, their prices are unreasonable. They are going to need to bring the prices down, if they want the business to make it . I still purchased my items because I wanted to support, but this will NOT be my regular one stop shop .

One of the best beauty supplies. We have been shopping at this beauty supply for years. The owner is such a nice person, he will ask you if you found everything you were looking for.If you cant find everything you need he will write it down and the next time he will have it there for you.This beauty supply is very well stocked, the prices are competitive and reasonable.They are located in a big busy shopping center, they share the parking lot. There are many other businesses there, including a Starbucks.The customer service is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the sales persons that work there, They are so knowledgeable about all of the products they carry. They can tell you the aisle number where each product is located.They accept all major credit cards, open seven days a week and most holidays.I highly recommend them!

Customer service is Ok.... But they need to fix their debit/credit card device. Beware, you may not have the option of using credit when using your debit card.

Horrible service. I got there at 7:27pm and they were suppose close at 7:30pm. The older black lady would not let me in and said they were closed already oh well. She was very rude and insensitve
