Pay attention to what they quote you over the phone as they will change their story once they bill you.My garage door was not closing. The tech came out, ran a diagnostic-lubed the garage door and left.Vortex charged me 415.00 for one hour of useless service. They solved nothing and I still have no idea why the door stopped working in the first place.Spoke to several associates through the process including Nely, Esmeralda and Rosa and received horrible customer service.Would give a zero if I could.
