I hate coming to this location... Its the closest to my house so I come often but 80% of the time I end up spending more time waiting in line than I would have to drive to the lax location. The staff are very nice but they usually only have one person working the front at a time and if they go look for a package you will be there for a while. Management really needs to hire more people, it will benefit every one.

I went in today with nothing but the items I wanted to ship. Tia was really great at making sure I had everything I needed. On top of being helpful, she was also super friendly. I must say way better than the staff at the post office. Thank you and I will be back for my shipping needs!

Under staffed and very slow moving is a major problem with this FedEx center. I waited for ten minutes and the line didnt move but one person. The line was actually out the door as you can see in the photo. I refused to wait in the hot sun so I never got a chance to experience the customer service. Location was a little hidden but the building looks fairly new and clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a final notice at my mailbox. Notice should have been posted at my door. Never received any other notices. Cameras in building proved that the driver never came to my door. Totally annoyed that I had to call Fed Ex to find out where my package was and then go to retrieve it. Requested a call from a manager and did not get that either. People need to do their jobs correctly!

TAKE FOREVER TO BE SERVICED! There could be 9 employees in the back, there’s always a long line and only one employee who is taking forever. Avoid coming at all costs. Location is clean and nice tho. Always parking available.

This facility is awesome! Its off the beaten trail so it is never too busy. Its very well stocked with shipping supplies and theres plenty of room on the floor if you need to package/tape something up. They are always very nice to work with.

Very clean environment staff was professional and helpful.

The worst place ever they have a line outside waiting for more than 1hr just to get in and get serviced.With only 1 person at the desk not much they can do to assist the customers.They do nothing to expedite the simple request.There maximum is 5 people in and even then they take more than 30min to service them.No one to direct the customers or assist them to get them ready before they arrive at the desk.Even the post office is faster than here.When in transit they are ok but they really need to work on there customer service side and more now during COVID restrictions since not that many people are allowed in 1 single place.There logistics processes need a sting improvement.

I love this location.Its easily accessible and Im able to get my deliveries sooner by opting to pick up my deliveries, instead of having them delivered to my doorstep.

Ive missed 5 deliveries originating from this location. The drivers never attempt to deliver my packages or leave a door tag and I have to pick it up myself at the location. Horrible. I have no issues if my package come from the Bell center. The location itself isnt that bad, the cashiers are friendly, but there is limited parking.

Minus star. They never attempt to deliver the packages to my door and just leave door tag on the mail box. Even if I was at home all day, they left the tag without visiting and let us pick up from the location. Should I wait all day at the mail box?

I have been sitting here for 2 days waiting on a package. Each time the tracking acknowledges that entrance is controlled by resident BUT the driver did not try to contact me once! The driver did not ring a buzzer, bell, or turn a knob so essentially it is a waste of time to have your package delivered. You might as well go pick it up from the facility. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I wasnt crazy about the 20 minute wait (~ 15 mins. on one other customer) in line, but the assistance was actually quite good. The specialist went to another register to process my order while still serving the other person. Well done! 👍

I wish I could give them minus stars.They only came once and I asked to redeliver twice but never happened.They claim that they made all the attempts but due to high volume, they cannot redeliver.What kind of shipping company refuses to redeliver? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.

Although I should not have had to go to this office, due to the driver failing to ring my doorbell and not leaving the pkg. The pickup process was pleasant. Even with several other customers inside the lobby area, with the social distancing regulations. I was in and out within 10 min.

I gave only 1 star but wish I can give no star as the fedex courier service is horrible and doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Fedex drivers scan packages in their trucks and note that they attempted delivery when in fact they didn’t. This happened twice recently when they noted “attempted delivery and no one was home to sign for package” which was so untrue. I am working from home since COVID-19 and have been expecting this package for 2 days but no one showed up. I even left a note on my door on the the first day I was expecting the package that says “ I am home and just knock. No fedex driver showed up and knocked on my door. There were no door tags left either on those 2 occasions. I was told by FEDEX customer service agents that this is an ongoing issue and that’s actually how I found out that drivers scan the package in their trucks without attempting to deliver. It is such a shame that fedex management seems to have not done anything to resolve this issue with drivers if it is an ongoing matter. I will no longer have any of my packages be delivered by Fedex. The quality of courier service has gotten worse.

FedEx driver didnt bother to knock or follow the dilevery instructions instead left door tag that I wasnt home to accept package. I literally saw the driver walk up to my gate and was there for less than 10 seconds by the time I got out he had left and put the sticker on my door. So dilevery I give 1 star 🌟 but here at the FedEx facility they were great even though there were only 2 ladies working they both helped perfectly and I was there for about 30 minutes.

I had a same day delivery package,and they lied about driver attempted delivery and that they are going to try again at 4 pm but 2 pm they they cant and i have to 3 day more, I have no lock on the gate I been home all day

Lousiest service ever from this Inglewood location. I was at home today waiting for my package to be delivered. At a little after 2pm, I checked the tracking, and was informed that half an hour earlier, a delivery had been attempted. Another one will be attempted on Monday. No phone call, no note on the door, nothing. I live in a gated community, but the driver must not have even attempted to come through the main gate, since I checked with the gate attendant. I called this location directly but this yielded no results. AVOID USING FEDEX AT ALL COSTS.

A very clean and good customer service. They even have chairs when you wait for package. The Google Map says no customer parking inside the facility but you can park inside after 6 pm.

There was a crowd and a long line when I arrived to pick up my package. The lady who helped me was very nice and despite the crowd, I received my package in less than 10mins and was on my way. Parking lot is small.

When I arrived, there were about 8 people waiting, and zero clerks. Twenty minutes later, one clerk showed up, helped two people, and promptly went on her lunch break. An hour after that, I finally got my package. One poor lady, whod been waiting for two hours with her elderly father, STILL didnt have her package when I left. From what the clerks told us, the shipping area is utter chaos - something like 500 packages in a big, unsorted pile. For a company whose entire business model is logistics, this was a pretty spectacular breakdown.

Super unprofessional. Absolutely no consideration for people’s time and life. First, someone puts a notice that I moved. All my express packages are not being delivered for this reckless mistake. Then, they promise to deliver the packageS and never come!!! Worst customer service. Why say 10 times that the packages are out for delivery when they were not there.

Worst experience ever. Either they lie about coming to my house to make a delivery or they are not taking the time to ensure they are at the right location. Either way this is bad and when you call, they treat you like you have no right to be upset that this is a constant thing. I’m glad I would never use Fedex by choice!

If there is a way to give this place 0 stars I would. My first issue was the carrier decided to not check off the box to allow a 2nd attempt at delivery. This meant I had to drive an hour to this location in order to pick it up.Then, when I went to pick up my package I had to wait 40 minutes to pick it up. Was it busy? No! There was one customer a head of me. When a second staff person came to help the 10 customers that had arrived after me (after having waited 25 min), they collected everyones pick up slips to retrieve their boxes. I had to wait longer. When they were ready to give packages to the customers you would think they would distribute based on the order of customers wait time. Nope! I was in the middle of the pack of customers to receive their packages. Clearly they dont value customer service. On top of that, when I went I initially arrived, the greeting was FAR from warm. I would call it a grunt, at best. However, those who arrived after me got a warm welcome (from staff person Anthony, I believe) asking how they could help. The funny thing is they were all a different ethnicity than I.By far the worse experience ever, and I would not recommend. I just hope I never receive a FedEx package again.

I was here on December 23 at 6:30pm. The lobby was packed with everyone trying to get their xmas packages. There were three women working, two at the computers and one was running back and forth getting packages. All three of them were calm, polite, and on point. They worked really fast to get everyone taken care of, and I was out of there in 15 minutes with my box! Unbelievable. This was the only time Ive ever been to this ship center, but I have to compliment them.

Great customer service at this location - the lady that helped me could not have been nicer. Took all my stuff, let me leave, packed and shipped everything and sent me an email with tracking info - everything charged to my account. Everything arrived on schedule and without issue. The only negative is that the parking at this location is ridiculously difficult. I had to park a block away and carry a ton of stuff on a cart because there were no available parking spots.

It was fast and professional.

The drivers at this facility are horrible about trying to contact people through security gates. Ive had to go pick up 3 packages at 3 different times when Ive been home waiting all day for said package with no missed calls from the front gate. UPS drivers try to call our regular phone from out front before just leaving a door tag. Much much better service.

Came 4 mins before closing with a few people waiting for their packages to be located in the back room. The customer service representative named Libra was super nice the whole time and kept apologizing for the wait. The delivery person hasn’t came back from his route with our package so I had to wait roughly 20-30 mins. Regardless of the wait, Libra was super warm and sweet despite the stress of locating everyone’s packages who were waiting. Thank you!!

Parking can be a pain in the ass. If your traveling South on Robertson your better off parking across the street from the fedex drop off location rather than taking a chance trying to park in the structure. Usually 1 employee on the counter so dont be surprised if you have to wait. I just opened an account and just drop my parcels off. The employee does a very good job its the ignorant customer causing the delays not having the tracking information or not knowing what services to use.

As unhelpful as they come. We occasionally need to ship packages that contain dangerous goods and this location has a habit of rejecting overnight packages for now good reason. They just play it safe and throw other people under the bus.When you try to call them and find out the specific reasons, they refuse to give any useful information and send you to the corporate number.They are the Nazis of the shipping industry. Incompetent and arrogant.

I was one of the 8 people that Diana had made mention about in her 1-star review. I arrived at 12:45pm and I’m still sitting here 2 hours later waiting for them to handover a package I paid to have expedited. Ordered a 1-lb gasket for a project on the 26th 2nd day air. Driver took it upon himself to declare my business closed on the 28th(Didn’t stop by or anything), and here I am wasting my valuable time sitting here. I just left UPS because of this nonsense so I guess my business is with DHL now.

I visited the place and parking is a nightmare.
