Clean and tidy. Well organized Target. Easy to go through the aisles. Employees are nice and the cashiers were very friendly.

Just did the drive up option and it was an amazing experience. I was assisted by Tommy this evening and he was extremely considerate. He placed my items around the bike in my trunk with care as well as offered to bring my eggs up to the front seat. Tommy showed great consideration not only for my car and bike, but for my merchandise as well. All in all a thoroughly pleasant experience.

I have been using this Target for several years now. The pros are that it is clean and organized and I have never had an issue with a staff member. The con that makes me write this review is that every time (not exaggerating) I buy any groceries I get overcharged for something that was on sale; or there was a labeling issue that made me think an item was cheaper than what I was charged. Today I have 3 items that were either mislabeled or didnt ring up correctly. I try to watch the screen at checkout but the cashier always has it turned out of my line of sight. I stopped to check my receipt in the store today and was told to go back to the ridiculously long line I had already waited through - so I just left as the difference would only have been a little over a dollar. Not that anyone cares, but I am done with this location and will take my business to another location.They also need a self checkout option.

It makes me happy to shop at Target. People are nice, friendly, and I always find what I need.

This review is specifically for the children’s clothes section. We were just looking for a long sleeve shirt. They didn’t even have one. I know spring is coming up, but it is not spring yet so there is no reason to not have one, at least one long sleeve shirt. All we were looking for is just one plain, white and or black shirt. They only had one plain t-shirt.

What a horrible experience today. I was angrilytold by the associate at the IGH Target at “customer service” that they do not accept returns on bikes, even brand new and defective bikes that are picked up same day. Then the manager came over. She was much kinder and explained the policy.I left and looked up the policy on the Target app. It clearly states that all new, unused bikes can be returned within 90 days. Here is the policy copied and pasted directly from the Target app:Can I return a bike?You can return or exchange a new and unused bike, or a defective bike, with a valid receipt dated within 90 days.I much prefer the Apple Valley South Super Target for store layout, selection, and customer service quality.

If I could I would give this store a ZERO!!!!!Went in for my pick up, no one was at costumer service, waited 10 min, than they got my order messed up! Have to drive all the way back after I got home 30 min away and the lady who claimed to be manger at costumer service was straight up mean and rude! She say it wasn’t there fault and they can’t do anything about it nor they can replace it with my right order! 😡. After 30 min with her she finally went find my items and exchange it.I went shopping around after that for some items and saw a item on the sales floor that was supposed to be 70-90% off. It wasn’t showing a price so I went to costumer service again and the lady who claim to be manager won’t sell it to me. She was trying to charge me the online price which was not their in store price!!!!! How and why would I pay online price when it was in your store!!!!! I am very disappointed and mad at your store! Never again am me or my family come there! And I hope anyone going there doesn’t experience what I experienced with them!!!

I would like to say shame on you to target Inver Grove Heights for not letting the Eagan high school seniors who put in hard work not just for education but also at your store and in return you tell them “you can’t take off work and if you don’t show up your fired” how dare you say that to those seniors. I hope you see this and all your customers do too. Shame on you target Inver grove.

I was sent to this Target from the Apple Valley Target on Cedar Ave because I wanted to return a surge protector that I had ordered and then when I try to return they MADE me buy something from the electronics department instead of giving me a store credit. I couldnt buy anything from any other part of the store, they MADE me buy it from the electronics department. The girl who helped me was nice, but that is messed up that management made me buy something and then, on the receipt, it said I couldnt return it for a store credit.

The online shopping is easy to navigate and being able to drive up is terrific.

Always tends to be a line that someone has to direct. There also are no self check outs which seems odd they havent built these in yet.This location also seems to have an issue keeping their health and beauty items stocked.

I went there on the eve of Christmas and tried to buy pokemon boxes for my kids, nieces and nephews. I was stopped at the check out where I was confronted by a lady worker that I was not able to buy so many pokemon sets as there was a unofficial limit said the lady. (There were no signs posted any where in the store that stated a limit) I was taken back as she just grabbed all these items away from me and my brother in law. I purchased what she left me with and walked out disappointed and harassed. The cashier however was very kind and apologized for her rude behavior.I understand that there has been a shortage around the area, but its Christmas eve and Im still buying presents. Its not like Im hoarding toilet paper or hand sanitizer. These were presents, or supposed to be. Not some kind of essentials.

Target makes shopping the easiest possible. Great staff, great prices, easy shopping.Smaller Target store with great staff. Less busy than Targets in busier neighborhoods. My favorite Target.

The Target in Inver Grove Heights is an older store that is kind of out of the way; however, it is easier to get around as it is not a super store and not as congested. So that would be a matter of preference.I was only there to pick up something I ordered. When I got the Guest Services desk there was not anyone at the desk. I know people that work there saw me but it was a bit before anyone came over to help. The person that did was nice and the process quick once they came over.

I like the variety offered at Target. Also cleanliness matters and the stores always seem clean. Please wear a mask!

I live in WSP and will go here just to avoid all the commotion from that location. Everything is always clean and organized, but grocery department seems to be out of things all the time. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I REALLY wish they would get paper bags. I live in an apartment and not only are plastic bags wasteful and unnecessary, but it would make carrying groceries that much easier.

The best Target in the area! Its in a bit of a quiet spot so less traffic on weekends than typical metro Targets. There is a Starbucks, Pizza hut, a nice grocery offering, and the usual stock of awesome target offerings. No self check-out and no deli or bakery as youll find in larger target stores. Super nice people working there, familiar faces you can count on.

People who shop there have class. Its never chaotic which I love when I shop. Theyre quick with the drive up option and the folks who bring the orders out are genuinely sweet

They are almost always understaffed at the register. And when the lines back up into the isle and clog it, no one ever calls more cashiers. All other targets have people that strictly monitor the lines to get customers in and out as fast as possible.

This Target is in a beautiful location. Its clean and the staff are great. I dont come to this one as often as the West St Paul store simply because they dont have all I want. Theyre smaller but I still like going to this one.

They have sanitizers located it various areas of the store and masks in case you forget yours

One employee, tall, white male named Dequandre was a clutch employee. He let us have a fun summer experience and let us have fun while closing. He is the coolest guy ever and definitely deserves a raise.

Nice and small but has everything I need. Parking is easier here especially the accessible spaces. I actually drive out of my way to go to this Target. The only thing I dont like is not having paper bags.

The pharmacy is delightful. The store is always clean and Everyone is always friendly and more than willing to help if you need it. I would definitely rate this a five-star

Went to electronics dept yesterday to buy a Nintendo 3ds for my nephew & wont be going back. The elderly associate didnt have any knowledge of that dept. Then when the receipt came out it was half shredded so I did request another copy & she said she didnt know how to do that. Then she says she can request a mgr. if I wanted to wait which I did. She first started walking around the area like lost so I suggested she use a radio to call for mgr. & after she did & mgr. finally came, Im told too much time has passed & they cannot retrieve a duplicate receipt. Mgr. claimed my receipt had enough pertinent info on it to where a duplicate wasnt needed & cut shredded top part of it. I still feel uneasy about my receipt & am disappointed at how inept the associate & mgr. were at handling everything.

Nice, new Target store. Not a Super-Target, but it usually has everything we look for from Target. Grocery section is adequate. Im happy to switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy as it is closer and less expensive than the one I have been using up to now. We are very pleased to have this store nearby. It is usually not very crowded and that is good for us, but I worry that it needs more customers to survive any future rough patches. So...come on by! :-)

The entire process is clunky. Your web pages are slow and poorly coded, the system is not consistent, so when you arrive to pick up the order, the bar code readers dont work, so the entire process takes longer than simply going to the store and selecting something myself - not just a fail, this is an epic fail!

Nice store, plenty of parking. However, two different items rang up at higher prices than they were marked.

Employees were actually happy and helpful! Not like the other department store where the employees are just miserable.

Super clean, solid selection. Wish there was a double set of doors so it was easier to quickly swing by and grab some milk or makings for dinner. Oddly, the entryway has a bizarre, rather unpleasant small a lot of the time. The prqking attendant does a terrif job corralling carts; its really nice to go somewhere and not worry about dents in my car. :)

We were here on 12/18/15 @ 7:00am. I looked on line last night and it said open at 7:00am. While I was in the parking lot waiting,I called and my phone was on speaker and it said open at 7:00am., as we were listening it changed to 800am. This was very frustratin and a very big waste of my time. Someone in this Target was not doing their b job!

It is always immaculately clean and never crowded. Often times they have all clothes sizes in stock.

Pretty standard Target. The overall selection in the store seems lesser than some others. This location has a grocery section, but is not a Super Target, so missing a deli, full produce/frozen/refrigerated section.

The quintessential Minnesota store, folks at this Target have all been exceptionally friendly and helpful - the only thing that strikes me as odd is there arent any self-checkout lanes. For such a new store, I would have expected them to be present.

I usually have a typically good Target experience, but this time they went above and beyond. They were super helpful when we wanted to buy a display patio set that had been discontinued (which they allow you to do at a discount once discontinued), and they were incredibly helpful with this:- They called the nearest Target to secure the remaining piece of the set that they no longer had, so that we wouldnt miss out on a complete set while purchasing this portion.- They held on to the extra pieces while we made one trip to drop it off at our house (as it would not all fit in one trip), and were ready waiting outside to help load the second half, and heres the kicker...- We came back later that day to buy some food for a cookout utilizing the new patio set, and one employee who recognized us from earlier, found the employee who had helped us, who hunted us down as we wandered around the store, to point out they may have made a mistake when we bought the set (charged for individual chairs when they were actually supposed to be sold as sets of two), and helped us get a refund for the difference. We probably would never have noticed this error and their integrity saved us hundreds of dollars.Polite, helpful, honest. Just superb work all! Highly recommend.

Love the Inver Grove Heights Mn Target... clean, safe area, well kept, friendly staff, and I can pick up groceries as well as things for the house in one stop.

Typical Target store. One thing that struck me, is the grocery section is on the complete opposite side of the store from where you enter. If youre just looking to pop in for a couple quick groceries, plan to do a bit of walking. Not a huge deal, but would have been more logical to have a grocery entrance.

Google maps are very useful. Please keep on improving. Keep it up.

I walked into this Target hoping for a city-like feel. Needless to say, I was greeted with awkward stares and below average product. They didnt have most of what I was looking for (which is odd for a Target chain), and they make-up aisle had NO Dark Skin shades... what is a girl to do?!

Getting into the parking lot is a bit tricky but the store is nice and very clean. There are some limited selections (in grocery), but okay for a quick stop and not a full on grocery purchase.

Im a huge target fan though Im not a big fan of the recent changes inside the stores layout but I still find great products for great prices.

The store is alright, brand new, but built where there was beautiful prairie before it became a massive parking lot.Moreover, when I went into the ladies room, someone had smeared a large turd on the wall. There was no sign indicating what to do and there were no employees working near the bathroom.

Sorry this is kind of long but this just happened not more than an hour ago. Please read!!!!!!! First time at this location and probably the WORST target experience of my life. And i freaking LOVE target. Got some really good starbucks then did my thing and shopped around with my boyfriend. He begins to let me know that he was being followed by an employee or a security employee But i had no idea. Then i see some guy making it obvious that hes watching over me then walks over and watches my boyfriend, he just about had it and confronts him as this employee is still following us. It was creepy for me cause he looked like a customer. So i felt like he was harrassing me cause he wouldt leave me be and let me finish my shopping in peace. I have had a few experiences of being followed so it got me creeped out. And literally none of the employees cared how we felt or that he wouldnt stop following us. He made me scared, wouldnt this guy stop and think for one second and feel like he looks like a bad guy watching a young woman do her shopping and following her around. It made me sick to my stomach, just come up to me and ask me if you think i did something, dont just watch me creep.Didnt even apologize that he was all wrong i never stole nor did my boyfriend steal. Whats wrong is that the guy kept watching me while i was CHECKING OUT. Even the cashier was rude. No one cared if we left or how we felt. What a good way to treat your customers target. I dont think ill be visiting there again anytime soon. Now ill be thinking if someone is going to be watching me. Never once have i been followed or treated this way in target. No wonder why they are not busy enough besides they are like the only store around in that area. The employees name was JEREMY. I really hope he learns that you really shouldnt follow someone like that around unless you have something to say or dont make it so freaking obvious. Just had to lash out. Cause it just suprised and hurt me that target would do something like this.

New to the city. Had a little trouble getting to the entrance of the parking lot but that was mostly due to not being familiar with the layout. Target is smaller then others but works pretty well!

Went there to exchange a air mattress I had bought a few weeks earlier that spring a leak. Did not have a receipt or the card used to purchase the item. Was told by the worker that I could not exchange something over $50 without a receipt. Thought that was BS so I looked it up the exchange/return policy online and it totally was. Went to the Apple Valley South Target and they exchanged it with no hassles.
