Justin worked with us on the designs we wanted for our privacy windows and for wall lettering. He showed us proofs and made changes to the designs when asked. Franco did a great job of installing both privacy film on our glass doors and vinyl lettering on our walls. They provided excellent customer service.

I called to get an estimate for a project and to set up a time to meet for Fastsigns to come out and give me a bid. They came out and measured and said they would call me with a bid. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I had to call to see how much they thought it would be. The person on the phone asked me what the font was that I wanted to use. I shared what font we used in the past and was then told they would get back to me. Never called me back or emailed me. So I contacted another sign company to do the job, and got it done and installed in less time than the time I waited for a bid from Fastsigns.

These guys are the pros. I had a project that I needed a super fast turn-around on - I understood if it wouldnt have been done in time, it was a complicated decal.
