I loved going to this place with my sister! Not only was the website super easy to use and user friendly, but being able to see Jackie’s smiling face before walking in gave it a neighborly touch. My sister went deaf at a young age, and sometimes it’s hard to find a place that deals with a younger customer. It was awesome to have someone her age working there! Definitely would recommend 😊

Highly recommend. Jackie is very professional and easy to talk to. Runs on time with appointments. Conducted the hearing test in an easy to understand matter. She gave us all the options without any pressure to make a purchase. Overall clean environment and my grandfather is very pleased with his new hearing aids.

Terrible product and even WORSE service. My Dad sent his Miracle Ear back at least three times and they never could (or would fix it). He tried calling several times and could never get through. I asked for a manager and was rudely hung up on and am now sitting on hold for 25 minutes after I called back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are con artists stealing money from old people and refusing to back their defective, junky product!

My experience with miracle ear has been extremely possitive. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and felt that I was well informed so that I could make a decision. I did make a purchase and Jackie was wonderful.

I was given a complete hearing exam.The exam was different from others I have received.I could tell when I was struggling to hear a tone, Ms Herrick was raising the volume slightly till I heard it, then dropped the volume gradually until I could not.The last test was raising the volume at different frequencies to where it became uncomfortable.The precision left me feeling I was in great hands.After the test, we sat down and she explained where my results we at with regard to needing hearing aids. I scored below average on all frequencies except the lowest.Next she showed the available range of products ranging in price and how well they would function in different surroundings, some of which were important to me, others not so much.One of the areas important to me was music. I play in a band part time and want the device to attenuate (lower the volume) if too loud yet amplify such that I did not need to turn my amplifier so high that it causes the others in the band to raise their volumes. Very critical to not having to play too loud and to controlling sound decibels that work for all the band and the audience.I cant wait to get my new hearing aids.Sincerely,John C.
