I have come here every time I have had a rock chip in my windshield and they have always taken good care of me.

I woke one morning to find my truck window had been shot out by a BBgun.I made 1 phone call to Safelite.Within 1 hour a tech was at my home.1 hour later, they had replaced my window and vacuumed all the broken glass out of my truck.GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks Safelite.

Their customer service & quality of work is a 10/10 in my book! Took them less than an hour to switch out windshields & even vacuumed the floorboard for me. They also had me do a walk around before leaving to make sure I was happy with everything!!

Start from the beginning: I got easy online quot, then on their website found amazing coupon. after that I scheduled appointment with flexible pick up. within less than 90 min, I received a call that my car is ready and the windshield got replaced.Went to pick up my car, it was ready waiting for me, and they already vacuumed it.Thanks at all.

I got an appointment via the 800# on 6/16. When I arrived at the store on 6/17, the appointment was not in the system. The manager (Kevin, I believe) was very accommodating. He called the center and made sure the appointment details were sent to him. He was exceptionally polite and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work very quickly. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs windshield work done in the Iowa City area.

Dont get chips fixed here. Had a chip filled and they said they would give a warranty and honor it. The chip webbed out and they said the warranty didnt cover it. Dishonest. Nathan was the tech. Very displeased...

I Got a repair. It was quick, under 20 minutes, and the customer service was excellent. The chip filled in very well. They were very confident and proud of their work. They even vacuumed my interior, and wiped down the windshields. I would recommend it to anyone in the Iowa city area.

I was really impressed with the outcome. I took a rock from a truck on I-218 a few hours before I showed up there. My expectations were pretty low, and the outcome was beyond what I could have imagined. It was half magic. The 3 inch diameter spider leg crack all but disappeared.The guys were nice, the process was fast, and insurance covered the whole thing without a deductible (so check there first!).The quick interior vacuuming and inside/outside washing of all windows serves as testimony to a well-informed training program.At the end, I learned my tech was still a trainee. Thumbs up, high five.

I set up my appointment online, which was easy, I apparently didn’t know some info on my car so the wrong windshield got ordered(which was totally my fault!). But, they got the right one about 3 hours later and was still able to replace it the same day! Super friendly and helpful and very patient with my littles.

I had a great experience 4 years ago when they were still called Auto Glass Center and they replaced my windshield. Now however, I cant find a number to contact the store directly and nobody at Saflite can find my work order in the system. Great friendly service, no issue on that, just please give a direct number to your store!

Friendly staff and fixed my windshield dings. It wasnt cracked. I did this over a year ago and it still hasnt cracked. I cant say it ever would have either.

I had the front windshield replaced on my LeSabre because I love the car, it runs great and still has low miles. These guys took this as an opportunity to do an absolute slop job that I had to fix myself. They didnt call me when it was ready either and kept saying they needed more time since they hadnt gotten to it. The bald guy with tattoos was the main problem. I ended up paying $200 for them to break the metal trim that goes all around the windshield, not seal it properly, break my dash and then put it all back together like a two year old. I pay people to do work on my car because theyre supposed to do a better job than I can. Not the case with safelite, youre better off taking out and installing your own windshield.

The window replacement went fine but I was WAY overcharged. Quoted $240 but bill was $290 and I had to take it to them rather than the on-site replacement ($40). When I asked why so expensive, thier computer was down, couldnt reach regional mgr to override so he said he would see what he could do. That appears to be nothing. Do not let them start without a printed estimate! They also called about when they should have gotten here asking if I had a heated garage?!? No, I am at work! You would think in Sub-Zero temperatures they might inquire before scheduling the appointment.
