I ended up going to both Cricket dealers Iowa City and Coralville excellent customer service and I absolutely love Cricket service has worked Coast to Coast for me Ive been with Cricket service for 16 years

Excellent service. New guy but addressed all needs. Tried everything to get tablet working but alas a sprint tablet. He still went extra mile. Store was clean, well laid out. Glad I switched from sprint to cricket. Saved me 200 a month on bill for exact same service and even here in the sticks of Iowa I get good cell service with the occasional dropout in typical areas. I highly recommend getting rid of the big carriers and switching to cricket. Unlimited everything for 60 with no hassles and autopay makes life one less worry.

They never answer the phone .. i even parked in front of the empty store and called, watched them ignore the ringing phone .. and with the spam calls i get everyday, now knowing cricket sells my number .. i want to change

Horrible new management and bosses. The skinny girl with tattoos always giving attitude to customers. Not how to run a business and computer issues take way too long just to pay my bill every month. Bring back the Hispanic girl she was always friendly, quick and easy to work with! Always knew the answer to every question I had!

Bad management! 2days in a row store closed with no one there but suppose to have been open. Called a different store from out of town and said there should be someone there. Irresponsible employees! I had ordered a phone and I can’t even get it! On top of that they never even ordered it. Terrible service!

Great service a month ago opening an account, though MANY computer issues, so it took way too long. Now, however, the hours posted on the door include opening at noon on Sunday. We waited until 12:15pm today and the door was still locked.

More then once me or a friend has went to this store and they havent been open today we went 3 times at 10am 11am and against 1pm and store was still closed
