Dr Hoke was very personable and professional at his job. The staff was great at their jobs of helping you pick out glasses. A lot of to choose. The ladies are very personable and professional too. Pretty good place to come!

Not happy. Got my appointment set up, that was fine. But when I came in later because the lenses in the glasses I got were obviously not correct, I received a shrug. Even though the doctor admitted the lens wasnt fitted properly, and that I would experience distortion with the lens shape being incorrect but I should be able to work around it. Was promptly ignored when I demanded glasses that I didnt have to work around. Going to have to wait till next month, and Im going to a different doctor. Now I have a pair of glasses I cant wear, with an improper fit. Still wearing my old glasses. Never had an issue anywhere else, Im not a difficult customer. Ive never received new glasses in 15yrs with this distortion, ever!

I really enjoy the optometrist. He is very professional and personable. Staff is usually great unless they are really busy. Good selection of glasses. Takes awhile to get glasses though.

Doctor only works until 4pm and not even every work-week day. Makes it very inconvenient to get services if you have a job. Weve also had to go into the store 5 times to complete the process of an eye exam and actually obtaining glasses. 5 visits is ridiculous. Please work on efficiency.

Very helpful gentleman was willing to help with repair i wanted unlike two other nearby vision centers that said NO to my requests flat out - then thought i would make a purchase from them .OVER AND ABOVE was the service from the employee! He sould be treasured as an employee for his abilitys are hard to find in people now days

Bought a pair of glasses there in the fall of 2012 and have been back there AT LEAST eight times for repair....lense keeps falling out. Never have they ever offered to remake the glasses correctly. We will be going to Costco for our next pair.....
