I did have a customer service issue at this office, but after management reviewed my concern, it was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I think that says a lot about the owner of the business. They listen to their customers. Thank you to all involved.
I love the doctor, but service is terrible! My son was supposed to receive his glasses in 7-10 business days, but took almost two and a half weeks. Still charged $20 for shipping and when I complained they blamed the company. When I asked for the companys information to complain, was told we arent allowed to give that information out. Additionally, they use high pressure sales techniques and scare tactics to get you to pay more and more, especially if you have children. Front desk staff are friendly and good clinical service. Bottom line: Get prescription here and glasses/contacts elsewhere.Updated to 4 stars: I later received an apology saying I should not have been charged and refunded for the shipping cost. Also, I went back last week (since my sons warranty is through there) to get his glasses fixed. They left a note on the door that they were closing early, but saw me pull up and came back in to fix my sons bent glasses.
