Would like to thank these guys for their help and patience . Wasnt really sure what I needed but they took the time to walk me through everything like how much square footage I was dealing with and what type or types of floors I was working with to recommending different cleaning and stripping chemicals . I originally called them because a friend got a machine from them and it was 8 months or so out of warranty and he broke a piece off of it and called these guys and they asked no questions and just sent him the new part for free. I am very disappointed in the two purchases I made from this company. I guess I should have listened to my fathers methodology; You get what you pay for...I purchased two Nobles SS5 floor scrubbers from this company for our Client Amazon and Whole Foods Market respectfully.From the outset, I have had issues with both floor machines that have not been resolved as of the date of this post. I have made many calls to their office to no avail...They supposedly have a 90-day warranty period but that is merely a false statement on their website to make the business owners / customers feel safe with the purchase. The warranty simply does not exist! I currently have two machines not working properly and they both are well within the warranty period.As stated, I am very disappointed in the level of customer service and would not recommend you purchase equipment from them until they can develop a program to put their clients first instead of taking the money and running for the hills.In closing, I have purchased additional machines from Southeastern Equipment & Supply and I strongly advise you to do the same should you require great customer service and your equipment to perform correctly. I spent $6,000.00 only to be ignored and embarrassed in front of my clients when the machines failed. Buyer Beware!
