BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERRRRS!!!!! This may be the exception and not the rule, but my experience with this boat club has been awful. At the beginning of the year, the club stated that there would be 11 boats available to rent and once the season started, that number went down to 7. Over the course of the season, that number then went down to 4.Then there was the instance of OUR BOAT SINKING WITH OUR CHILDREN AND FRIENDS ON BOARD. When we called when we got back and explained the situation how scary it was and what happened.... you know what they said..... we thought we fixed that excuse me WHAT you KNEW something was wrong.... and could tell on the app that we had the boat and didnt care for our lives or belongings didnt tell us..... sweettttt....Furthermore, they say they are in the YES business because they want the boaters to have an amazing time. I was often told no on anything I asked. They stated that they would have water tubes that you could drag behind the boat, this never happened.When it comes to gas, they stated that after every reservation (Morning, Afternoon, etc.) They would fill up the boat and ensure everything was ready for the next reservation. This never happened, most times the gas was not filled up and one time there was 20% fuel leftover, causing us to not be able to drive around on the lake. Also, the boats were disgusting and always had trash on them from the previous renters. I understood the renters should have made sure to pick up their stuff, but this also falls onto the business owners as well to make sure the boat is in a condition that is suitable for the next reservation.Next we found out we were moving unexpectedly due to the Army...... We told we would be getting a pro rated return for unused days in the future season and a refund FOR OUR UNUSED GAS THAT WE PAID 500.00 IN ADVANCE. Our account still has 20.00 and these scammers wont answer any call or return any messagesOverall, the experience with this boat club was atrocious. In theory, this idea is amazing and I was looking forward to it all summer long. Unfortunately, Dave and Brian are glorified boat drivers, not business owners. I would NOT recommend this boating club. Look for another club to utilize.

Amazing experience. Great variety of boats at Irondequoit Bay and Canandaigua lake.Availability works well with my schedule. I have been a member x1 month and I have been boating every weekend and several weeknights.Offers the best part of boat ownership- boating and playing. No hassles of launching/towing/maintenance/storage.Boat is there waiting, gassed up and ready to go.Dave and his team are awesome and helpful. I am so glad I chose to join!

Boat Club USA has awesome boats and a fantastic staff!! Definitely the best boat club in the area and especially for the cost!!

Boat Club USA makes boating an easy experience. I just joined for my second year. You take one of the boats out and bring it back. No maintenance, no filling up the gas, no launching, storing etc etc. All the fun and none of the headache.

Very expensive rentals. $450 for pontoon boat for 5 hours. You can become a member for yearly fee. Other boats are available with membership. Different tiers.

I just sold my boat after 16 years of taking care of it. I just didnt have the time for the all the work that goes into keeping it up. I would rather have more time with my family. Boat club usa works for me.
