On occasion Im motivated to write a review - and today Im writing about Sun Country Marine (Newport and Dana Point), they are phenomenal!In 2018 I bought a new boat from Sun Country Marine, and I was so pleased with their sales and service, I upgraded and bought another boat in 2020.Their Yacht Management staff is second to none, and they keep my boat in pristine shape, and they are always in contact with me (thanks Kenny). I even call them off-hours and get help operating my boat systems.Theyve made boat ownership easy and enjoyable.Thanks to the entire SCM team!

I visited this dealer on 3 different occasions and not once did a sales rep ever come outside to greet us or ask us what we were looking for. I guess they have enough customers that they dont need any new ones. They really deserve 0 stars but thats not a option.

We purchased our first boat from here. Salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Boat was on sale and still was willing to negotiate the price. Definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to purchase a new or used boat.

Bought a nice boat from them, Supreme 238. Had a little miscommunication with my warranty, they stepped up to the plate and took care of it. It was the right thing to do and THEY DID IT. You definitely want to purchase from a company that takes care of the customer. Jeff in Ontario was great to deal with. Treated me well. Thanks. I will be back for service.

What a joke this place is. Salesman Jeff threw out a bunch of lies, I jack him on it and he chalked it up to miscommunication. We agree to use my boat as a trade in and he asks me to bring it in. Jeff gives me a heads up that it will take a week for the techs to look at my trade in. My boat sat there for an additional 10 days never to be looked at by the techs. Jeff said it was because they were to busy planning for the L.A. Boat Show. (They knew about the boat show for how long?) So I reach out to the Sales Manager Derek. Between Jeff and Derek, they pretty much tell me the L.A. Boat show was more important than wrapping up a sales deal with me. To top it off, I could not pick up my boat when I wanted to because they were to busy (planning for the Boat Show). So when I did get to pick up my boat, it was filthy! Not even wiped down. But Mack stepped up and took care of that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING your time with this business. The blonde kid Taylor was more helpful than Jeff and Derek. Check out the Yelp comments for this business, not to promising.

Service manager, Brian, provided first-class customer service. I live way out in Wisconsin and bought a used boat in California. I asked Brian to have his crew look over the boat for me. He provided a level of service that made me feel like one of their local valuable customers. I highly recommend letting Brian service your boat if you ever have that need.

Purchasing a boat at Sun Country Marine was a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the showroom is clean, and the pricing cant be beat. I highly recommend Sun Country Marine to anyone in the market for a boat.

Thanks to Cole & Spencer, they made the G23 demo very comfortable. I would consider one of their SANs for my next boat.

We just bought a used boat from Sun Country Marine in Ontario. The salesman Jeff Tarin, was such a great guy to work with. We put the boat on the water and it had no power and started to squeal, I called Jeff immediately and asked him what we could do. Jeff asked me to take the boat over to their store in Lake Havasu and he would let them know we were on our way. We reloaded the boat and headed over to Havasu and were met by 4 gentleman who were so attentive. They jumped right in the boat and had it figured out within 2 min of looking at it. It was the fuel pump. By the time we they were done, we had a new fuel pump, they fixed my running lights on my trailer and had the wheel bearings greased. Even though we bought a used boat they treated us like we were VIPS. Thank you Ontario and Lake Havasu Sun Country Marine. And to top all of this off we were out of there in an hour.

They have everything you need very professional about it... Great service... Devin in parts is the best

We went out on the lake this week with Sun Country Marine. Taylor took us wakeboarding with an awesome Natique. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us great tips on wakeboarding and general boating tips/advice. We had a great time on the water! I am currently looking into buying a wakeboarding boat, and I will be going to Sun Country Marine for my purchase.
