We have been a loyal customer of Sparkletts for 15+ years. Our water has always been delivered to our office without any problems up to the last month when delivery schedules were changed without notification. The leaking cooler is never get replaced but still got charged. Our office is without water for the past weeks and we have to run to stores for water for our employees!We contacted Sparkletts customer service many times by phone and try to push water to be delivered to our office. We also email to customer service as listed under contact us on their site. ( fyi, the min. wait time to speak with a live customer service person is at least 1 hour and need to go over situation again and again with different customer services) The customer services do not respond to emails either. We have been on hold for several hours over the past two weeks. The customer service person promised many time that we will get water the next day but as today we have not receive any water delivery from Sparkletts. I dont even trust their promise anymore. 15+ business relationship is not a short time, is Sparkletts would like like us to find other vendors? We really feel Sparkletts water customer service fooling customers around.

I officially give up on you guys. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this one is needed. I have spent a collective of over three hours on hold trying to speak with an actual person about why we never get our delivery. Finally, when I did get in contact with someone- I was emailed a delivery calendar, but we never get our delivery on the days that are highlighted. I never know when our bottles are getting picked up and new ones are getting delivered. You guys need to work on your hold times and making sure your delivery is way more efficient.

We have been a loyal customer of Sparkletts for several years. Our water has always been delivered to all of our properties without any issues up until the last couple of months when suddenly delivery schedules were changed without our consent and we were charged for water that was never delivered. Now, our properties are without water.We attempted to contact Sparkletts several times via phone to get this resolved quicker as they do not respond to emails, however we have been on hold for several hours over the past two weeks and are unable to get a hold of anyone. Perhaps Sparkletts is going out of business?We are considering taking our business elsewhere as this is unacceptable.

Sparkletts is no longer a reputable company. I have been a Sparkletts customer for over 7 years. Unfortunately, the last 3 months have been a nightmare. The water does not get delivered. I call every day and after being put on hold for over an hour, I get promised a next day delivery but it NEVER happens. I am a disabled woman and I am not able to carry heavy items, therefore; I must depend on water delivery. Last week I went to a Costco store in Irvine, CA and saw a stand where Primo (their new company name) was advertising for new customers to have water delivered to their homes. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Sparkletts is now a scam and needs to be stopped from taking advantage of vulnerable customers

This is really disappointing. We have been waiting for water for over 3 months now! Our last delivery was in April! Im shocked and confused how you guys conduct business like this? Have been a customer for over 10 years. Not anymore! They have missed the last 3 delivery dates not only for myself but for my moms houses too. We usually get every 2 weeks. Have not had a delivery since beginning of July. Have sent several emails and never get a response. Called a few times but hung up after being put on hold for 80 minutes

Very happy with the service and products from Sparkletts. Unlike other companies, there is the option to rent the dispenser, rather than buy it. This works out great if it breaks (which has happened to me once in the four years Ive had service) because they just bring a new one! Their dispenser is also very sleek and stylish. The Sierra Mist spring water tastes great. The convenience of having water delivered, rather than buying from a store and lugging in and out of car is so worth it to me! Delivery has always been very consistent, even to the time of day! Great online options for changing orders, and great communication via email or the app. Thumbs up!

Avoid doing business with this company. They refuse to deliver water and come up with several excuses as to why they cant deliver. When you call and cancel your service, they refuse to come out and pick up the cooler and any empty bottles. When you explain to them that youre moving and cannot keep the cooler outside for them to eventually pick up, they just want to tell you that well, then youll just have to pay for the cooler even though we refuse to come pick it up. This is after spending the last 5 months of them canceling my water deliveries.***EDIT***When you send them the info they request on these reviews, its just for show. Theyve been sent the info and have ignored it.

I love the convenience that water is being delivered to my home on a regular basis. I don’t buy water anymore at the store. Saved me time and lifting heavy loads. The price is reasonable.My work place gets Sparkletts too. We are very happy this service is available.

Horrible!!! Nightmare!!! Sparkletts/Primo Water from Costco have not been delivered my water for more than 3 months now yet they charged me monthly for the dispenser. Every time I called, it took more than an hour for someone to answer the phone; one time it took 2+ hours waiting. I cancelled the service 6 weeks ago as of today and they never showed up to pick up the dispenser and empty bottles. I felt like having heart attacks every time I had to deal with this company. They were uncaring and unsympathetic. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, they took down my numbers for a supervisor to call me back but yet there were no call back from any supervisor in the last 3 months.Stay away at all cost!!!! I pray that no one will have to go through what I have been experiencing the last 14 weeks!!!!

I have had water delivery with your company for over 10 years. This past year has been hard on everyone but the changes in delivery and service has not been great in the past couple of months. I have enjoyed my driver and some of the reps on the phone but some or not great representatives for the company. I have ordered a new cooler and I received a broken one and the request to be serviced has not occured since I received the broken cooler. The CS department has long hold times and are not able to reach out to the branches right away to geat a response. Im really relieved that Im not the only one having concerns with the service. I dont want to close my account but Im very sad about the service of Sparkletts/ Primo. Please help

Ive been using this service for a half a year and had no problems until now:My delivery was scheduled for July 27th,2021 and it wasnt delivered. I was surprised, never happened before. There is no option to schedule redelivery online unless is in two weeks, or ability to state that delivery was missed. I send an email that still hasnt beeb addressed. In order to get to customer service via phone it took me the whole hour to wait on hold. Then delivery was scheduled for the next day July 30 which was great, but the second attempt WAS NOT delivered as well. I did not get an email or notification about whats going on. Ive reached customer service via phone again on July 31st and apparently my delivery was rescheduled to August 2nd due to them running behind.I truly believe in order to keep your customers the trust is number one component and simple warning would be sufficient enough to make people at least aware of the situation.Im gonna wait for the next delivery, but if this one wont get through I have to change the companyUPDATES from 09/10/2021:cancelled my subscription a month ago and still they havent got back to me to pick up the cooler and bottles.horrible service.emailed them few times and never got respond back.called them maaaany times and still no success.even cancelling is a huge pain with this company.

Above and beyond the call of duty during the pandemic and during our move. I cant explain how easy it was to sign up, have our machine delivered, and start receiving water. Before I was pregnant we were buying cases of water all the time. Now we dont make multiple trips to the store and I dont have to worry that I wont be hydrated during my pregnancy. I was scared when the pandemic hit that I would have to fight people for water. That didnt happen at all. My family received the usual shipment and if not they gave a free case of water to replace the container ordered until inventory was restocked. Our shipments have always been on time, great customer service, and polite to our rental property. I am over the moon with how easy it was to transfer our deliveries to a different address during our move. I still have issues getting my mail forwarded but I can always depend on Sparkletts to get me my water on time.

This company is a disaster! No delivery for 2 months and now they will not come and pick up their dispenser and empty bottles. I’ve told them I’ll pitch them but they’ve told me they will bill me. I’ll let this stand as recognition of the date of April 1, 2021 to let Sparkletts know that storage fees at my home are at their expense at $50.00 per month and I will collect! Come get your stuff NOW!

So far no deliver of the product that they have charged me for. They were suppose to show up on 4/26/21 and not one did. If your not going to show why did you charge me? By time I called customer service was closed they close at 6 pm here. They dont have a way for you to talk to anyone on why they did not deliver the water or the dispenser. With this type of customer service they are making costco look bad. I will be complaining to them since they are the ones that suggested them to me.

Spoke with Mgr and he still lied to me and promised me I would get my water delivered that same day, and I still didnt receive my water for another week. And it continued, didnt receive water on my following Delivery date. Sparkletts doesnt care about their customers!

Driver in Newport Beach no show twice even though they said the day before they were coming on schedule. Now stuck with machine and no water. Came once after a month, but did not bring the full order. Now again no show on delivery date two weeks later. Some lame excuse from corporate after sitting 45 min on hold with customer service.I will post an update on how long it takes to get the empty bottles picked up when I cancel account tomorrow.

Weve had water delivery that we initially set up through Costco for about six months. Our driver is friendly and reliable, and weve had no problems. During quarantine we about doubled our quantity, and bottle replacement was seamless. Water quality is good, and we like the hot and cold dispenser.

I ordered after seeing the deal through Costco. I called to order, the service rep setting me up was very friendly and helpful in setting it up using the Costco rates. However, when I scheduled the delivery there was a small glitch, even through the cooler was ordered it was not delivered the first time, just the bottles. I had called customer service after this and they rescheduled for the following week. The following week, the same thing happened. The bottles were delivered but no cooler.When I called the customer service again, magic happened, they called the route manager immediately and had the cooler delivered to me within an hour. The person delivering it was friendly apologized for the miscommunication and the delay, and provided a quick overview of how to use it, refill, etc.Even though there was a glitch with the cooler delivery, I give them five stars for the service, for how they handled the situation. I am glad to see such great service in such a low margin business.Their online site is easy to use and you can easily adjust the bottle delivery quantity for the next scheduled delivery, review invoices and make payments.P.S. I am real customer and I am not paid to write this review. I felt I should write it after seeing all the negative reviews. I just wanted to make sure people know there are folks that have had good experience.

Terrible customer service, wont get your order correct, and the delivery driver never shows up. Driver will claim that he delivered, but never showed up after multiple weeks and customer service apparently has no way of contacting the driver. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

One star is too high of a rating. First, good luck canceling their service. Book half a day off. Second, they will randomly just increase your water delivery. Oh you want, 1 bottle every two week?, here is 2 and a 24 pack of water?Absolutely awful awful service.The water cooler was garbage too, I was getting these white plastic flakes in my water.Again, one star is too high of a rating for this company.

And charging me even after support assured me I am not going to be charged for false and defected delivery. Every month there is something, why cant you just stick to what customers order, not making your own decisions on how many bottles I need. The water is good, tastes excellent. But tats pretty much the only good thing about them. Their service is erratic. Sometimes you get your bottles on time, sometimes you dont and theres simply no explanation. Ive had 5 different coolers already because they all break it. Now theres been over a month that I didnt get my delivery, despite being called the day before to tell me about the scheduled delivery. I called and the representative, who was polite, said she didnt know why I havent been getting my deliveries. I really expected more from someone that Costco associates themselves with.

Have been decent delivery till June time frame of 2016 but since then water was delivered the following day from the date promised. Supposed schedule service with user every year but conveniently Sparkets have poor memory. Called for a faulty water cooler replacement but never met the date of replacement. waiting for the last 2 week without a cooler and even water wasnt delivered even after 3 calls Customer service calls will put you on hold or 1 and half hr. i wish there are negative stars as even 1 star feels like way too much at the moment.

We had a call from Sparkletts on the Wed. before Thanksgiving saying they were going to service our account the next day. We left our bottles out but were never serviced. Of course we werent serviced on Thanksgiving so we were almost out of water. We called Monday and asked to have three new bottles delivered today, Tuesday. We never received any bottles and are now out of water. We called and found out that they delivered our bottles to a neighbor three doors down from us and he had not even asked for service. When we called today they laughed and said that sure enough, they had made a delivery to the wrong address. When we asked for delivery tomorrow we were told that they cant deliver on one days notice! I was put on hold twice and finally had to hang up because I had waited forever. Is this what you call service? Really poor customer service and incompetence by your drivers. I have to say, this is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, even worse than Cox Cable if you can believe that. They misplaced two payments of mine and tell me All I can tell you is I dont see your payment so you need to make another payment today.. It was a nightmare straightening this out and went 1 month without water because they locked my account for non payment. I called them with proof of 2 months of payments and they said financial service would call me back IF they find the money. I called back 1 week later to follow up and asked for financial services and was told, We dont have a financial services. I am still without water and they owe me money; Go figure...Stay very far away from this company; Total Nightmare

From the time I started getting water from Sparkletts in 2015 till December 2016. Because of such horrible reviews theyve changed their name to DS services but they are the same company. I have had nothing but trouble with this company they are totally disconnected from their clients. The way they operate is the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. From month to month they try to exploit you and get money out; sometimes stating charges you never signed up for. Like fluctuating surcharges of which you never negotiated on. Also charging more for water per bottle. Saying you had a double paymentvin a month because they are on a 21 day payment schedule. All types of nonsense. I had to call every month to try to sort out being extorted for more money. It felt almost like I was dealing with the mafia. The customer service people are nice enough but I guess theyre trained well in extortion practice. And when you start documenting what occurred and who said what on a specific date they will get a supervisor who is more adept in extortion then they. Subsequently, some months I would be charged double in other months I was charged triple on the automated phone system and their records. They would lie and say that they were the accounting department then in other months or two Id call and say I spoke to someone in the accounting dept and they said,we dont have an accounting department. Whenever I said that I would terminate the water they would hand me over to a so-called retention personnel and they would lower the payment saying that thats all I would pay from there on out but then I would find out that lowered payment was only for that particular month. And they would add additinal made up charges that would fluctuate. I have never in my life associated with a company so horrendously run and managed as Sparkletts Water. I would not wish Sparkletts Water On my worst enemy.

PLEASE SHARE THE HECK OUT OF THIS POST!Last night (January 11, 2016), I went online to set up water delivery. I chose Sparkletts BECAUSE they claim (per their website) to have $50 discount special. After I entered my basic information and selected my service options, a page showed up with my charges, which reflected the discount, and resulted in a negative balance. Accordingly, that is what I expected to owe at that point -- nothing. So I provided my credit card information (just to set up my account with them for future charges based on my service selection) and clicked submit. INSTANTLY my credit card was charged $50.I called today to inquire. After over an hour on hold and then going through 2 reps and a supervisor, I was told this was a security deposit that they would hold until my first delivery in 2 weeks. I explained that I never authorized them to take the security deposit from my account and and that I expected the charges to be as was reflected on the list of charges they showed me before I placed my order (the one with the negative balance). They claim they are sorry for the misunderstanding. Misunderstanding? More like fraudulent and misleading advertising and deceitful business practices! Accordingly, I cancelled my order. But get this: They say they cant refund my money for 5 business days. They were never entitled to take it in the first place! I am filing a claim with the FTC and BBB, but I want all of you to know....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPARKLETTS. THEY HAVE DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will seriously regret doing business with them. Save yourself the trouble. Thanks!

I have very bad experience with Sparkletts water, they always do delivery late & apologies which I don’t like, I have called by Thursday afternoon and someone told me going to delivery Friday & I said ok but when I came home at night I didn’t see my water there & again I called early in the morning Friday to ask my delivery and they told me your schedule is only Wednesday, & I said I don’t have bottles of water I need very badly, and I got answers only they can deliver by Monday, & finally I said cancel the a/c, & he said ok, & I cancel the my a/c,

LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!! STAY AWAY!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They will OVERCHARGE you and not honor the pricing they give you when they first sign you up (and that is just the billing portion of the issues I had with them!!!). If you DO have their service - make sure you take your card off auto-pay.
