Good cookies, theyre always so warm and tasty. Also love their mint and chip, they make sure to pack in the pints. Not too expensive either!

There are outdoor seating options available throughout the center, and parking is also free/available in the shared lot. Credit cards are accepted. For those making an ice cream cookie sandwich, you can pick two different kinds of cookies (the white chocolate macadamia nut is a good option) and pick the ice cream flavor. The employee working there recommended the coffee and the cookies & cream. They’ll include a little box for your sandwich upon request if you’re planning on taking it elsewhere.It’s a bit pricier than other options (almost $6 for a cookiewich) but when you gotta treat yourself, you gotta treat yourself. You could opt for ore add-ins like icing and get group orders for cookies.

Was just outside of their delivery radius but close enough to pick up my order. I got chocolate chunk and a peanut butter cookie. Both were delicious!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend, esp if you can get them delivered!!

The cookies could have been a little bit softer but overall they were very good. The ice cream ones werent as good as the ones that were just filled with frosting. If you got a sweet tooth check them out. But they did not have a public restroom so if you have to go pee I would suggest finding somewhere else to go. But there are a lot of other places in the complex that have restrooms so not a big deal. Cool spot with good cookies

Pretty good gluten free cookies and ice cream!

A really good cookie place which runs even at midnight while the average closing times in irvine is 9pm at best. Their cookiewich is to die for, especially when the cookies are freshly baked! I personally go for the vanilla ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies and it always tastes amazing. Do give this place a try especially when that sweet cravings kick in late at night 😋

Whats not to love about fresh cookies? Have used their delivery service as well as going in person. Customer service has been great each time.

The doodle one is the best cookie of this store. Other than that, I could bake all of the others, and make it less sweet. I understand the hype because sweet stuff keep people awake, especially in finals week. Will comeback for more warm cookies!

Over $20 for a dozen cookies. Saw so many people walking around with cookies from here so we had to try it. Ordered a bit of everything. You assume cookies would be like pizza, even when theyre bad, theyre still pretty good. Eh, these cookies were schmedium at best. Not at all what I would expect for a business that only makes cookies.

This place has the best cookies! They deliver them warm and they’re so delicious. The fact that they even deliver is amazing and they’re open until 3 a.m. for those late night cravings. The only thing I wish they had was non-dairy ice creams and/or more ice cream flavors. But regardless, I love this place and will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

I first found this place in NYC. When I saw it here of course I had to go. These are some of the best cookies ever. But, there is something very important you must know and must do before you enjoy Insomnia Cookies. EAT THEM HOT!!!! This is very important. Hot cookies from Insomnia are like heaven on Earth. Eating them cold? Not so much.

Bad ice cream sandwich and easily the worst service ive ever gotten in my life, that girl with the bob needs to stop working in customer service. she just rolled her eyes at everything i said and haphazardly threw the sandwiches down onto the counter like i dont usually leave reviews but she ruined my whole night ON MY BIRTHDAY. oh yeah and the sandwiches are way overpriced too..

Bella truly went above and beyond to help me in so many ways. I called from Colorado to send some cookies to a family member who had just suffered a tremendous loss. I wanted to send some cookies from my daughter and surprise her. She went through so many extra steps to make sure the cookies would be delivered just the way I was hoping. Bella is an amazing employee! Give that girl a raise!

Terrible customer service. Tyler should not have a job in customer service anyways. I feel sorry for this company for ever hiring him. Very rude and no customer service skills. There delivery system and communication is very poor. I placed an order and over 1.5 hours after it was supposed to be delivered I finally had to cancel as it was more than apparent they would not be delivering the order. No calls or any communication. No I’m sure I will have to fight to get my money back. Too bad I will never know the quality of there cookies, I will never return.

Great tasting cookies, I love the hours that theyre open so late. They have a variety of options and even a vegan cookie. The ice cream sandwich was amazing, I highly recommend it. Its a bit pricey but worth it

Highly recommend this location, Ive been ordering from them for almost a year now. They have only ever messed my 2 out of probably 60+ orders, and on the 2 orders they messed up on the manager Sam absolutely took care of it. The delivery drivers are serious MVPs always kind and professional. Also as a side note, just had their brownies for the first time last night and they are phenomenal

For being my first time trying the cookies, was amazed with flavor and quality.

Vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookies. Warm, fresh, and homemade. And they gave me a free sample, a whole one. Yeah.

Recently found this place. Cookies and brownies are bomb. Me and my friend come here from Yorba Linda just because you can always count on warm and big cookies. One of my favorite places. Highly recommend the tripple chocolate chunk 🙌

Regina from the call center is very rude, disrespectful, and flat out unprofessional. I tried to call for help, mind you, this was my 4th time calling after she so rudely hung up in my face the first 3 times. The last call she had a very nasty attitude. I would love some free cookies for the inconvenience and emotional distress snickerdoodles are my fav btw

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Tyler needs to be fired because he has no patience and is rude to his customers. My friend said he’s been here since she could remember and has always been that way. He is bad for business, and we won’t be coming back again.

So, I dont know how they got permission or who they had to bribe in order to stay open until 3am when traditionally the Irvine company has most places closed by 10pm. But, I aint hatin. 😄 Also, Im not sure how many stoners are in the 3 mile radius of the store, but catering late night delivery and online ordering with rewards, might just be enough of a draw. We will see... Keep those cookies coming!! 👌😋
