I saw other negative reviews about the staff, but I went anyway. I had no problems and they were even more helpful than I thought they could be. The woman kept going to get different dresses for me to try on and when I had to return one, there was absolutely no hassle.

Excellent and helpful staff. Friendly environment. Decent pricing and quality clothes.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I have been trying to get an online order I had shipped to the store for days. I called customer service and they say both my packages have arrived at the store and been signed for. The store staff say they only have one, and I had to call twice and go in to get this information because both times i called they got my number and info and never called me back. Then they ignored me in the store. It took two staff to do ANYTHING.

Terrible experience here and will never go back!! They refused to give me a full refund when ordered online! If that happens to you make sure to call the online store and they will kindly give you a refund! Even online was wondering why the store did not honor that! Totally clueless at the store!

Today the staff had the audacity to tell my 24w pregnant wife that she shouldnt be in the store as she doesnt have a bump. Unfortunately she has been feeling terrible and uncomfortable in her clothes and hoped that a maternity store would welcome her awkward shape (not huge but not able to wear most normal sizes). Not sure if it was the hormones but it left her crying at the staffs horrible treatment of her. Unbelievable.

Been trying to call the store all afternoon to ask about selection of a certain item before driving all the way down there—continuously no answer at the store. Terrible way to serve customers.

The sales associate was wayyyyy to pushy and very annoying. We took an extra 7 minutes to check out because she would not stop trying to sell us stuff. We didnt even look at the whole store. Because we just wanted to get out of there and away from her. Clothes are expensive.
