Exeptional customer service! After my hospitalization I needed continuous oxygen at home. When the company contracted by my insurance stressed me out with poor quality equipment and unprofessional conduct, I found O2 Relief. I was able to make an appoinment next day and rent the equipment I needed with courtious service and no fuss. Walt relieved my stressful situation with a simple and quick process. I was able to extend my rental with a quick call. Today I turned in my rental and purchased a small unit I can carry, since my oxygen need has reduced. No pushy sales here. Instead, first Walt made sure that my oxygen was stable to transfer over from continuous to a pulsed oxygen flow and showed me a couple of units that suited my needs. The first 2 week rental fee was subtracted from the purchase price, which was wonderful! Walt also advised that O2 Relief would handle any warranty issues for me, to avoid the cost and the hussle of shipping and dealing with the manufacturer. It was such a pleasure to deal with O2 Relief. Their name says it all! They are like a breath of fresh air and bring relief. I highly recommend them.Thank you so much, I am very grateful Walt!

I bought a SoClean2 CPAP cleaner from these guys. It did not come with the adapter for my CPAP machine. They wanted an additional $30 for the adapter. You can buy the same thing from Apria for $30 cheaper, and it comes with the adapter. Id suggest doing a little comparison shopping before using these guys.

They helped me so much. Picked up on Sunday for an emergency with my dad. Very grateful for their professional service and extra effort. Highly recommend. They were there not only when I needed them but on a Sunday morning for extra help! Highly recommend!

Leo with O2 relief got us exactly what we needed to get my baby safely home on a plane when all of our insurance medical suppliers wouldnt. Those suppliers even tried to tell me that they dont make O2 concentrators for babies. My son needed one for the plane ride home and Leo was so helpful and professional the entire time! The showroom is amply supplied with samples of various machines, which I could touch, feel and evaluate for my needs. I was able to locate the perfect solution for my problems, and actually test it before buying. Their return/exchange service is superior. Leo was very helpful on helping me find the right Oxygen Concentrator for my Dad. He was very patient with my Dad, even more patient than myself which I did not know was possible. At the end we decided to go with the Inogen Portable Oxygen Concentrator which is smaller in real life.What I loved most about this location was that they have all of the Oxygen Concentrators on site and you can see which one will fit your loved ones needs. I guess they also have monthly breathers club which helps you help in your breathing. Pretty interesting, will have to take my Dad to this next time.

First-class operation with extremely with an friendly and knowledgeable staff and a clean and spacious showroom where you can try out all the different models. My mom had tons of questions, and the staff was very patient with us. We visited the showroom several times before making the purchase, and there was never any pressure to buy. Their post-sale customer service is incredible as well. They also host a variety of free events for their customers like support groups and educational seminars. We need more companies like O2 Relief.

This place has the only portable oxygen concentrator showroom. Leo helped me pick out the right unit. He took his time to explain the difference between each unit. The best part is that they dont only carry Inogen they also carry other brands and let us exchange it if we are not happy with it or if we need a different machine in the future. My grandma was prescribed with oxygen due to her cystic fibrosis, the insurance gave her this old fashion oxygen tank which was not only heavy but my grandma complained about the restricted she felt with that tank. I found O2 Relief on the internet searching for a portable oxygen concentrator, Im so glad I found them. Leo knew what he was talking about, and explained everything to us and took his time to answers all our questions. He recommended us a Sequal Equinox that will allow my grandma more movement while taking into consideration her condition. We were so happy to find O2 Relief and their excellent customer service.

I was searching all over to find an Oxygen Concentrator for my elderly father. I talk to several different companies and Distributors and many just didnt seen to know the products they were offereing and could not offer the advice I so desparately needed. By chance I conatacte 02 Relief. Also, I asked to speak to the President and they actually put me throught to Mike McLean. Finally, a person that was just not wanting to sell me a product. Mike was very professional and asked very probing quesitons to understand which product would best fit the needs of my father. He spent alot of time on the phone with me and gave me his personal cell phone #. He knew everything, about every product in his store. I also dealt with their shipping dept.
