She needs diversity training how to be patient with people from different backgrounds and culture... Foreign customers probably have accents you shouldnt condemned them for it...Long line for the pharmacyNot enough chairs for people to wait for their medications 💊

This is the worst walgreens I ever been to in all of my life. Everything is locked behind a glass case Ive been pushing the button in the skin care ale for about 10mins now and still no assistants. My wife had to go and knock on the back door to get someone to come help and even after coming to help they still had the face on like we was bothering them but its called a job right. Smh this will be my first and last time ever coming to this one. They look at everyone like they want to take something if you ask me they need a whole new staff and guard smh good luck going here.

I get better service in a white Community at least Im in and out no waiting in long line At least Walgreens keep there shelf stock in a white Community. unlike Irvington they dont keep there shelf stock. Oh thats right no security. People Come in there To shoplifting .This the only Walgreens Store I know that have everything lock up in a case Talk about supporting your Own community What a joke poor management Hire people that gonna to do there job

Mid service. it was my frequent walgreens store, so I see familiar faces and cool ppl. but its true theres always one single cashier serving a long line, so expect a long wait even if you want to be in and out for a few things. same thing for the pharmacy, you have to have patience bc something will always be up. also very long wait/no service at all to unlock caged items.

I promise you if I could give a negative 0 stars I would I’m standing here boiling. Ordered pictures that said they were ready to get here and they say the machine froze give the manager 2 minutes to be kind realizing the line was growing I let the cashier take people and move to the side the manager comes out to help and tells her not to worry about me I have to wait it’s Been past 10 minutes and I am furious I’m being ignored I’m not the type to cause a scene but you know what this is ridiculous a scene is gonna have to do it respectfully

The customer service at this store is severely lacking. No one bothers to ask if you need assistance. When you ask for help they act like you’re bothering them. I would give them less than a one if I could.

Staff Is pleasant. Store is clean. Lines are long and slow considering it was only one cashier. However, I asked to use bathroom and walked into a disaster which is unacceptable. Its the morning time and store only been open for afew hrs which means, bathrooms arent being looked over hourly...

Probably the worse location yet. Always ONE cashier no matter what time of the day or day of the week. They never have any knowledge of which aisle items are located when I ask. The pharmacy itself is ALWAYS SLOW. Tried to beat the long line inside by going to the drive-up window and they don’t open on time. I was told “come inside or sit there and wait.” When asked what time does the window open (the gate was down & I could not see the schedule posted) the lady kept trying to avoid answering the question by saying “we just not open yet” repeatedly!!!

I shop here at Walgreens very often,but I must say it is ran very poorly this was also happening before the pandemic, I went in tonight I register open one again line wrapped around the cashier did not know what he was doing and the the cashier had to try and help.I know a lot of people that spend money in here as well as myself and we deserve better service Im gonna keep complaint because I also feel bad for that one cashier.

At night cashier is on the work phone having a personal conversation, causing the line to move slow. Other than that its a good, clean store.

This is actually 1 of the best stores in Irvington Township. A bit pricey but much better than Rite Aid Pharmacy (slow pace and attitudes). Its clean & everyone seems to helpful and friendly.

Althea Taliaferro a cashier here was excellent. Not only did she offer assistance as soon as we walked in but she insisted on helping me and my family find items we was in search of and she also helped us print out family photos. I am not use to getting this type of greeting when walking into said places)She was also so polite and greeted us with respect.Thanks Ms Althea, you have made this Wal Green my family new location for all our personal needs. And i will be referring more fMily and friends to this friendly location.

Finally A Walgreens In Irvington!! Ive been Shopping at this Location since it opened. All of the Employees are friendly, Store has Almost Everything You need even a drive thru pharmacy!

Seriously if there is ANY PHARMACY in the WORLD you should go to, I highly recommend going to this very location. The PHARMACIST in this very WALGREENS is not only PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, INTELLIGENT, ETC but she is the most HELPFUL person. I had gone to 3 prior pharmacies such as rite aid, cvs, etc and none picked up the phone nor did they assist me when arriving to their destinations. I do not know her name but she is a white, blonde woman and she SAVED me and my husband. Seriously saved us that night by picking up the phone and guiding us and persuading us to come in. I am thankful for her services. She is the reason I will be putting this very location on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and etc. This woman is AMAZING!!! Can I give 10 stars instead?

Armed security guard followed me around. I worked around police officers for 31 years, retired and now get followed in my neighborhood Walgreens by armed guards. Was I the blackest retiree in the store.
