I came into the shop today as i was referred to. All of the good words and professionalism was excellent. I dealt with the salesman by the name of Adam. Adam was extremely kind, courteous, respectful and very detailed in taking his time explaining to make sure that I knew about the vehicle info to the finances. He took his time in getting me into the vehicle that I was interested in. I would absolutely recommend any and everyone to go see Adam for total excellence. Purchased a Toyota RAV4 and I love it. 2 days after I got it, I noticed the drivers side door didn’t lock properly so I told them and Danny the mechanic ordered the part and fixed it with no problem and no extra charge. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED vehicles!! Do your research people on what the cars are actually worth!Stopped by a few days ago and they were selling me cars 5000$ OVER the actual value! Not including taxes.Aside from that, the cars are very dirty and not kept well.Money hungry salespeople.Save yourself the headache and take YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

The staff is very friendly, patient and cooperative.My English wasnt that good, but Ulises, one of the staff members take time to explain me everything.They letting me using their own computer to print out the documents I didnt carry with me.Its a really, really nice place to by cars.

This is a fantastic dealership. If your credit it bad no problem. Repossession in the past no problem. NICK is the man. They work with you even on the down payment. Cant give it enough stars. Just purchased our second car from them.

I went with my husband to buy a car. They are the worst AND unprofessional and CROOKS!!! THEY WERE NICE UNTIL THEY RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT. We brought a RED Mini Cooper 2003, and did an agreement to come back with the rest of the money and WE KEPT our word. The dealer was telling my husband no problem if you have a engine light I will fix it and the lights were not working AS WELL. Keeping in mind the air conditioning wasnt working as well. We are honest hard working people and when my husband went and told him let s met and do the rest as promise and GUESS WHAT??? He never return the calls and told my husband you brought a USED CAR! Let me say that we had brought used cars BEFORE and NEVER experience this! My advice to you ALL DONT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS BETTER BUSINESS ( BBA )AND GENERAL ATTORNEY! GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP LIKE PLANET HONDA ETC., AVOID!!!!

Came here looking for a car that fit my needs and was affordable. I left with just that Toyota highlander, three row great miles fully loaded. Adam respected my needs didnt try to push me into one or the other. He and Nick explained everything broke down any fees and even worked with me with the down payment. The car was fully inspected before i left. If you need a vehicle regardless of your situation definitely come to springfield auto group. They have the largest selection and they work with you.

I brought a Jeep Liberty from this dealership earlier this year in March. I havent had any issues with it since driven off the lot.However I would suggest when buying any used check to make sure you have reliable tire and get a diagnostic done when purchased everything major (not exactly everything read contract) has to be fixed.

Let’s start off by saying it was a smooth process & Springfield auto has so many different nice cars in their lot to choose from. When I pulled in the lot the first thing I did was ask for Adam. Because of someone telling me to ask for him & from reading the views everyone says to ask for Adam. So that’s just what I did lol 😀 I went to a few other dealerships trying to trade my car in but they were giving me ridiculous numbers that I wasn’t comfortable with because of my credit score not being the greatest . YES THEY DO TRADE INS! Adam made sure he walked around the lot with me to help me find a car that’s suitable for me a NICE ONE AT THAT! we test drove it together, he showed me the car fax, explaining everything to me on it, he explained and broke down the amount the car will be financed for. he asked how much I’m comfortable paying a month, he didn’t seem to be in a rush like most salesman just to get your money and rush you out he had a great vibe. A REAL SALESMAN VIBE! He even buffed my car out for me !!!! ADAM I AM HAPPY I MET YOU AND DID BUSINESS WITH YOU, your very professional, . My vehicle was towed because of an expired temp tag. They refuse to hand over my plates. This guy Nick is a liar, he told me he didnt have my plates although the dmv told me the plates were issued. Im not sure why he is withholding my plates because I do not owe him anything. Buyer beware
