This place is the worst. I dont write reviews, but this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I went to this location thinking it still had the same owners as the last time I visited. It was under new ownership or management, but because I decided to give them a chance. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have an alteration they said would be ready in 4 days. I need to wear it 2 days from now. Today, theyre closed during business hours and the mailbox is full when I try to call. Never again.

This is my first review EVER on a business. It has gotten to a point where I felt like I needed to write this.I guess unless you want alterations done on something, dont bother asking to make something from scratch for you. They dont have respect for your time and money. I asked for something to be made for my graduation a while ago, on the scheduled date I was suppose to pick it up (three weeks after Oder was placed), the owner said its not done (which means she hadnt started it) and told me to come the next day. I came. It wasnt done, and showed me pieces she showed in the time she had and told me come back next week. I did. She told me shes not finished talking about please, please come back tomorrow in evening and shell call me when its done. That was two days ago (please take note that I have to drive 15 minutes to get to her store, and did this 3 times).I already payed for my fabric and half a deposit down for the dress totaling $57 that Im guessing I lost because my mom accidentally threw out my receipt. I cannot speak for anyone else, but This owner did not respect my money, time, and face. Ive come to accept the fact that I lost $57 but, Im leaving this review to let others know dont let them play games with you and dont play Thir games either. If you come on your scheduled date to pick something up and its not done or doesnt look like it was even started on, just being out your receipt and ask for a refund on everything and ignore the excuses.With that being said, God bless these people.
