Not a UPS store at all but it is combined with a pharmacy. The guy was nice and I was out within 5mins. The complaint is mostly for the driver he never rang the bell but pulled off in a hurry. Wouldve been 5 stars if I was actually easy to get into the store

Went to this store & the lady that works thereon her phone via Bluetooth having a conversation while, I stood,,, waiting.... So I started recording her not doing her job, on her personal phone. She then became irate, & threatened to attack me. I warned her that I was reporting it to UPS Corporate & Amazon. Please for your peace of mind, choose a different UPS Store. Update: There is a young man that works here. He goes above & beyond to assist you. Because of him I have it extra stars. That irate lady is still there, so I cannot give five stars. But four because of the young man.

This place is ridiculous! Not an actual UPS store and of course their drive does not do what they are supposed to do when attempting to deliver a package. The lady on the phone has no clue about what to do and wanted to send me all around the world for a simple package that was there.

I had a package delivered and the driver was very rude then I called some about and spoke to a woman name Brenda and she told me he has been doing this job for 20 years and I was wrong since then I never received a package again what kind of people ups have working for them this is unfair to not get my package I have camera around my house and they put on the ground I have but Im saying something

This is a UPS store. Well staffed.
