Their service is likely fine, but their customer service is lacking. I called today asking for a tent rental, and the first thing the representative says is that before we continue talking, it will be at least $2500. Maybe I sounded young or broke, but the guy in charge of the tents says the same thing when I speak to him. I say ok both times and try to push forward with scheduling the rental, but the general tone of the conversation was either that they don’t want my business, or they don’t think I can afford it. I decided to go with Everything Entertainment instead, the woman was very nice.

They did an absolutely incredible job on my wedding tenting and flooring my whole backyard. It looked perfect!!! Highly recommend!

Bad customer services such as what Ive read, are good enough for me to keep my distance and money

Almar party rentals is great place to get all your rental needs. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with all your party needs. Almar has Beautiful tents and the rentals are in great condition!! Also their prices are very reasonable. Iwill definitely rent from them again and tell everyone I know to do the same.

The first time i called it went to voice mail which isnt set up for the business, I called again because I thought I dial the wrong number. The second time the receptionist picked up and I had to asked if this number was for the tent and party rental, she didnt introduce to business. She said yeah. I asked how much is a rental for a tent. I couldnt hear a word she was saying. I asked her if she could speak louder she put me on hold and after 5 mins hung up. So rude I will not be using this business.

Almar is our Go To for all Party needs. Selection is superb, staff courteous.They can provide Party design for events from 10-1,000 guests. Their Tents are Magnificent and they have helped us create many memorable events.

I was asking for a quote that I needed for a tent and I had the worst over the phone experience. Instead of being helpful, the lady was incredibly rude to me. I will definitely not be giving this company my business after the horrible experience with whoever is answering their phones!

Arrive at 2pm today to return rentals and got a whole lot more than I anticipated. On my second trip from my car, with my hands filled with used linens and a vase of flowers, I opened the office door and had a full grown Rottweiler charging at me. A nanosecond later I am getting screamed at, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! CANT YOU READ?! The dog is pulled back and a woman comes into the hall reiterating the question about my literacy capabilities, then she asks who I was in a snarky tone.Okay now let me dissect this situation, from a business stand point. One, when I initially rented the items I simply opened the office door and entered, with my two month old son by the way. I was told at that time my $76 order did not meet the minimum for a credit card charge. Violation number one. As I result I had to disrupt my day to get cash. No dog was present. Two, what is an attack dog doing on the premises during business hours, particularly behind an unlock door?! If my child would have been with me, the cops would have been called without a doubt. Its hard to fathom what the purpose of the dog was at 2pm on a Monday.Out of control!Now today, I am following the same protocol and simply opening the UNLOCKED door to return items. There is no sign directing anyone of stopping by a window to get clearance. Thank goodness I know how to react to excited dogs, had two Rottweilers, and I dont scare easily.

Owner and receptionist were very RUDE! They won’t even bother talking to you unless your budget is over $5,000.

I couldnt get pass the phone call! Customer Service was horrible to the point I would never do business with this company. I called this morning 1/13/15 to get pricing on chairs and table rentals. The rude person that answered the phone kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain what I wanted for my daughters 1st Bday. I do not recommend giving this company your business. I will never call again!

We at Mi Chicas Celebrations are an event planning company and worked with Alan Chanin of Almar Party and Tent Rentals for the first time this past weekend. The experience was entirely pleasant. They worked in a challenging situation, needing to put up four different tents on our clients property, including working around an existing tree. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Almar delivered on every single item listed they promised and even suggested many necessary items to our client, thereby guiding her along in the process. There was a snowstorm which included hail and changed over to many hours of rain. Almars dedicated attendants kept clearing snow off the roof, checking and adjusting the heat in the tents and making sure the extra electric panel didnt blow. Alan was always available leading up to the event and answered all of our questions and concerns fully. Our hundreds of guests were warm and comfortable and enjoyed the event in the 4 tents without a care in the world!
