Dishonest. Poor quality merchandise at ridiculously inflated prices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !! On August 18, 2021, we bought her a Pokémon bag for $ 40 and it began to unravel and her zipper broke the day after she bought it. We went back to change it and after they warned us that the zipper had no guarantee and they only granted us change because it fell apart, they informed that we had to wait 2 weeks for them to receive the replacement. Today is September 27 and not even a call from those people. I try to call and it goes straight to the mailbox. Extremely dishonest- very poor customer service.
