Not sure what all these reviews are about. They are one of the best Indian clothing stores on oak tree. I bought my Indian groom wedding outfit and my wife bought her wedding sarees outfit here as well.Recently my mom used them to do some alternations on her blouse and saree.

I got a blouse stitched for my daughter. I was charged $50. Alpa took down all the measurements and despite sketching for her, telling her and writng it down that the blouse should have a close neck,the blouse was stitched with a large boat neck. The tailor did not stick to the measurements either .Instead,i have to take it for alterations as the blouse is very loose on my daughter.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They charged me $75 to stitch a shirt and alter a matching jacket. Way overpriced. Then didnt have it ready the day AFTER they said it would be ready. The store clerk in fact told me you must have dropped it off at a different tailor and forgot.Then i pick it up 2 days after it was supposed to be done and the jacket is un-touched and the shirt is stitched in the incorrect style that was clearly specified. And how do they remedy this entire disaster? With $25 refund and being told the shirt style i specifed was in fact incorrect. This was the first and last time I am ever stepping foot in this place.Long story short- they charged me FIFTY DOLLARS for an incomplete job, incorrect stitching, and finishing late. At this point i cant even use it for the occasion I bought it for. Any decent place would have been horrified by their own incompetence and at the very least given a full refund to try and retain the customer.

Very incompetent staff. Didn’t even know how to wrap lenhga chunni on me. Completely messed up my very expensive blouse. Their so called $250 dress is now complete garbage. I will never ever go back.

Completely messed up my blouse and fabric. Need to follow their clients instructions and need to own up their mistakes. Staff was completely rude over the phone.

Terrible service completely ruined my blouse and fabric. Staff and owner are horrible. Made me wait 3 hours to have my blouse fixed after it didnt fit at all and the seams were sewn basically inside out with extra material on the outside. After waiting three hours blouse was still not done and nothing fixed and they didnt care. Now I have nothing to wear to a wedding this weekend. They do not know how to tailor. They overcharge and dont provide the promised blouse. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other tailor!
