Not only was their customer service amazing by getting me on the schedule right away and getting my car done quickly, but they significantly increased the value of my car. I had them do a full detail before selling my car and because of that, I was able to get $2000 more for my car than I thought I would because they were able to buff out small scratches and dings, get every ounce of dog hair out of the carpet, and just made the car look amazing. Ive used a lot of detail shops in the several cities Ive lived in, and this was by far the most professional and best value for money Ive experienced. Even if its just for a spring cleaning, your vehicle will look vastly better after a full detailing. They absolutely didnt ask me to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience to give Marks the credit they deserve.

I took my dog hair infested car to Marks for an interior detail. Although it cost a bit more, because of the dog hair the work that was done was excellent. When I got the car back, there was not one hair to be seen. The gentleman who work on the car was very detailed and work in a very efficient timing. This is the second time I have used Marks and I am never disappointed. Job well done.

Car looked brand new. They were able to get me in quick and were done exactly when they said they would be. Also something to mention - none of the cleaners they use have a very strong smell, which I really appreciate.

Due to COVID we were not using our second car very often. It had sat for a few weeks, and when I went to use it I was shocked to find mold growth throughout the interior and trunk. We were so worried that the interior might have been permanently stained. After we picked it up from Mark’s Auto Detail to our astonishment it was like the whole ordeal had never happened. Inside and out looked fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

Marks is a fantastic repair shop. They have serviced both my vehicles (Honda & VW) and their staff have gone above & beyond in getting my cars fixed & back on the road. Their rates are always fair and below what other shops have quoted. Highly recommend them

I don’t necessarily like to give bad reviews but in this case I feel it necessary so that others don’t spend good money for poor service. I will try to keep my personal opinions to myself and just state the facts.My sister passed away and left a car that is in pretty good condition expect for the fact that she didn’t keep it very clean. I went in person to get a quote from Mark’s Auto Detail as I knew it was above and beyond what a “normal” detail would be. I purchased the Interior and Exterior package plus he added another $85 because of the condition of the inside of the car. This totaled over $435.They took the car the night before so that they could run the ionizer in the car as she smoked in it once in a while, didnt do a thing to the odor. They called me the next day at 4 pm saying the car was done. I was there at 4:30 and was VERY disappointed in the condition of the car. Lot’s of missed spots on cleaning the interior, spots that I right in front of the person I had been dealing with (seems it was the person who at least ran this location so I will refer to him as the Manager) took my fingernail and spit and wiped right off. The car is a hatchback and when we opened it they hadn’t even cleaned where the hatchback door and car meet and there was dust in all the door jams (they advertise they clean all door jams etc). When we pointed it out to the Manager he said, “Oh he must have just missed it, he worked on it for 6 hours”.I then noticed that there were spots all over the exterior. When I asked what this was he thought I was referring to the pollen that had covered the car while it sat outside. He explained that the car had been sitting under the tree for 4 hours. Now remember where I wrote above the Manager had said the car had been worked on for 6 hours. They open at 9 am and he was indicating the car was done by noon. Hmmm, math doesn’t add up.Once we got on the same page and he realized I was talking about the spots he explained it was hard water spots. He then went on to explain that it’s VERY hard to remove water spots, you have to have all this expensive and special equipment etc. I would also like to point out that we had half his attention as he was trying to attend to another client who pulled up during our conversation.Long story short, he took off the $85 but I still paid $345 for something I had to go home and spend hours doing over. It was mostly redoing the inside where I just kept finding more and more missed or poorly cleaned places. Lot’s of spots that came right off with leather cleaner and conditioner. And all that special equipment needed to remove hard water spots, turns out it’s a $12 bottle of product one can get at any auto parts store! Took me 2 hours to remove spots and apply a quick detailer product.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt I needed to for the service I received here. I took my car in to get detailed and the work they did was outstanding! My car interior looked like it was a new car!

I call them for the brake controller installation, even though they dont offer this kind of service, the representative kindly gives me much information for referrals. And it turned out to be very professional, willing to help customers. If I have future need, definitely will come back.

Took my car to get it detailed (inside and outside) a few days ago. They did an incredible job. Ive had my car detailed at other places before and the work they put into the outside of the car is phenomenal. It looks better than new

I had some weird marks that wouldnt come off after dripping water during the snow even after like 5 car washes elsewhere. Got the full detail and was warned it may need a bit extra compound up front. They were able to get the car back to better than new condition. I usually am generous with star ratings on reviews and the service I received was closer to 5+ stars and beyond the normal.

Have my car worked on here. They do a great job and I really trust them for not trying to get me to do something I dont need. The auto detailing is also quite good but if your looking to sell your car, go for the top of the line detail . It will make your car really marketable!

Quick, friendly, low-cost and high-quality place for repairs and detailing. They fixed my blown water pump and replaced the thermostat - plus an interior/exterior detailing. I walked away with my 10+ year old car feeling brand new. 5 stars, would go again.

I took my BMW in for a coolant flush and light bulb change. Daniel was very nice and knowledgeable, I was also impressed at the availability of setting up an appointment. I was able get a quick quote over the phone before making a desicion to choose this place. I was not pressured into getting unneccasary work, they just completed what I asked for. Took my car back a week later because of a clicking noise I heard, turns out it was a tiny rock under the hood that worked its way out lol! Once again Daniel was profesional and helpful. I was even able to get air put in all 4 of my tires during that visit.

I’m incredibly happy with the service. I had a really bad UV burn on my work truck and they were able to buff it out. They even got the trim around the wheels and doors to be black again. You get what you pay for and I won’t have to drop thousands to repaint my truck. THANK YOU!

Fantastic Job. My car was so full of dirt and dog hair from the many road trips Ive taken with them this summer that I almost felt bad for dropping it off in the condition it was in.Not only did it only take a few hours to complete, but it was sparkling clean, in and out, and the seats were dry, with no smell.Thanks guys! I bought a car from a family. They had kids so it felt sticky and kinda gross. I paid for the top interior cleaning service. When I got my car back none of the stains on the back seat or the floor had been removed. Maybe they were old and wouldnt come out...ok. But there were still little kid stickers on the seatbelt buckle. Making me think that maybe the cleaning done wasnt exactly the most detailed. Actually my car looks and feels the same. If it werent for the soaking wet floor mats they left in my trunk Id question if anything was done at all. Will not be going back.

I bought a Groupon for $100 and I had to pay an extra $40 for carpet cleaning that was not included. This was nothing but an expensive car wash! The interior still had water stains on the console. The leather on the back seat still had dirt on them. They did not clean the door jams or anything! WORST place to get a detail.

When I make an appointment MONTHS in advance, I expect the business to be open. I took out 2 car seats, and removed a bunch of stuff out of my car so that I could get it cleaned. Im really mad that when I arrive at my appointment time/day that its CLOSED for the weekend. I will not be returning.
