I purchased a fog machine and the liquid for it, designated for a Halloween event. I mentioned to the checker that I may not use but wanted to be prepared . He told me it wasnt an issue I just couldnt return any of the accessories I was also purchasing. Turns out I didnt need it and went to return and was told by a different clerk that its a seasonal item so I cant return it. I explained what I was told and thats the only reason I committed to it was because I was told I had the option of returning. He didnt budge and told me he didnt know who I talked to but they werent taking it back. These were not cheap items in definitely saddened by my experience

Trying to rip off!I went here to support a local business vs. a big box store. But these guys tried ripped me off!!! For 18 small/ medium size balloons they charged me $40!!! I brought my personal balloons, I didn’t even buy the balloons from them!!!! Party city blows your personal balloons with helium for free ! next time going to big box store for my Party needs.

My 8 year old needed a pirate hat for absolutely no reason except he all of a sudden out of nowhere started loving pirates! needless to say I found one here you guys saved the day.

Great experience getting balloons filled on a Friday evening. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and patiently helped me mix and match balloons I bought online with ones they had in the store. Good for costumes but had very limited birthday party supplies.

Way too overpriced. Things you can find at dollar tree for less, Ross, target, Walmart. Older lady who works there is super rude and her wig is pretty bad but makes up for the attitude. Im surprised they arent going out of business yet.💁

They have everything I need, year round, with a full variety for each holiday and occasion. I keep going to Michaels and Hobby Lobby first, with no avail (usually for wrapping paper or smalll gift ideas) and this store always has a plethora of items, that are also very well priced! I now go here as my first and only stop, rather than running all over Issaquah.

We ended up walking out with more than we came in for because there was so much cool stuff. There were also a lot of empty displays, though, too, so we had to mix-and-match themes.

They always have a great selection and exactly what Im looking for. Plus, theyre locally owned and operated!

I cant believe Im writing a bad review about a party supply store of all things.Their policy is that people can try on tiaras from the case. The young girl wouldnt let me try on a $15 steel wire tiara from the case, was very hesitant to even let me touch it, and mentioned how they have cameras everywhere.Im pretty upset I was labeled as a thief or vagrant.Didnt even offer me a bag for the things I did buy moments before the interaction.I hate to promote Amazon, but at least you would avoid something like this.

I always order balloons here for my kids birthdays. They can take orders in advance or even make them onsite immediately, but weekends are obviously very busy. I would order the balloons with the longer lasting option, because I didnt last time and the normal balloons deflated by the next day. It also carries pretty much anything you would need for any type of party and changes seasonally.

The staff here are great and they have an amazing selection of pretty much anything you could think of! Also they have a wonderful balloon department that has wicked skills that can make pretty much anything you need! I always come to this location whenever i need balloons or need supplys for a party!!

Good collection of fun stuff. All party items and decorative items as a bundle and individual items. There were few face masks and beard collection i wanted to buy.

We wanted to say how great Gustavom from your Issaquah Wa. store, we wanted UW graduation flamingos, his store only had WSU ones,so he called seattle store found the ones we wanted, and had them send them to his store next day, this man gave the best service that i have had in years and we are old and rememberd how service used to be and he came through like that great employee .Thank YouGUSTAVOM

My kids go wild in here, so many toys, balloons and other things at thier height, staff is super awesome and extremely helpful with any questions you may have. They have graduation supplies as well as costume, Halloween, birthday parties and more. They have sternal, chaffing dishes and those supplies needed for parties as well. One stop shop.

It is a well stocked party supply store and they have a wide selection of costumes at halloween. Online costumes are always the wrong fit so its nice to come and see it in person and try it on before you buy

Very overpriced. Theres a dollar store down the road with everything I needed for a kids party. Some of the stuff was the same as the dollar store but for $5 instead of $1. Maybe Im to cheap but I dont luke getting ripped off.
