I love Big Foot coffee, but this location in particular is the bottom of the barrel.Ive given them a few chances when I was in the area, writing it off a just a bad one-off experience. But unfortunately, its a trend.Just expect your drink to be made wrong. And expect a kind off off-putting attitude in the process. Unfortunately, Id rather settle for a worse roast elsewhere at this point.

SASQUATCH TRACKS FROSTBITE!! First time at a BFJ and loved it. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick my first drink!!

Unfortunately, this is the only Bigfoot Java at this location. I ordered my usual white chocolate mocha and caramel iced latte. The drinks tasted bad after I left the stand. The shots tasted burnt. I immediately got back to the line and I was waiting over 20 minutes!

I have been coming to this coffee stand for quite awhile. I order the same drink everyday 24oz iced vanilla latte / no ice and a skinny straw. the last couple of times I have received my drink and the barista that has helped me the last couple of times has left about 3 from the top and I am assuming it is because I ask for no ice. this morning she slammed the window closed because I did not tip her, but I will not tip if I do not get my drink done to my specifications. I have always had good coffee here but if I pay full price for my drink I expect it to be to the top. Hopefully this will be addressed or I will find another coffee shop that gives me a full drink.

Open 24 hours 2 drive throughs great service and excellent coffee ☕ even your pup 🐕 will be happy because they have treats waiting for the furry ones.

Coffee is always too light, too much milk in the milk:coffee ratio. It was decent otherwise. Just not to my liking, I like to taste the coffee.

The coffee is always too sweet and burnt, the lines are super super super long, and its a bit pricey. The upside is that the people who work there are extremely nice.

Coffee tastes great which is why I come here, but the service is slower than slow. I can be second in line and it takes 10 minutes to get to the window.

Gals are great here, timely, kind, communicative. Bonus points for it actually being 24/7 for the grave shift workers and med staff who need a middle night pick up.

Extremely slow drive thru

We went there in the evening, in the middle of a rush and there was good size line of cars on both sides. Originally there were 3 baristas when we got there, then 2 of the baristas left. They had only 1 barista serving both lines, which is crazy for the amount of cars there. Youd think the other 2 would stay to help with the rush or at least close 1 of the lines down. I felt bad for the barista working all by herself, kind of messed up they left her during a rush.

Bad experience, the lady working at the issaquah location on Friday September 4th at 12:30pm was from the start rude inconsiderate and not helpful with full filling out order of 4 drinks we ordered, after we received the drinks that came without whip cream they should have otherwise came with made it feel like we were wrongfully asking to please add the whip it should have came with. If your too lazy to do your job and Not ask the customer if they do or do not want toppings the drinks mandatorily come with, be rude and blame the customer for your wrong doing you should not be doing this type of work.Some might think I’m being over the top on this but she otherwise is damaging the company name and customer expertise in my opinion

I highly recommend skipping this coffee shop because your odds of being served are 50/50 even if you wait for a full 10 minutes. The coffee at this location is wonderful - if you can actually get someone to make you some. I got tired of going there just to sit for 10 minutes and have no one help me. The first few times it was no big deal but now it has been four times in one month - this coffee is good but not good enough to be made a fool out of for.

The employees I have gotten to know over the past year have all moved on to other jobs and states 😕 employe turn over rate is very high. Seems every time I go to get my drink its a new employee.

I tend to get coffee here most mornings as I work nearby. The women who work in the mornings tend to remember your drink (unless you change it up on them). Theyre very quick and a few times have accepted a challenge of the fastest coffee they can make for a little extra tip...Theyre very understanding if youre running late.Just be aware if its raining, might be a small moat. :)

Love Big Foot Java! But today my husband and I had to leave even after waiting 10 minutes in line. The barista was giving a dog treats and the dog kept licking her hand. We thought she would was her hands, since we were next in line but Nope!! We love dogs but I’m not a fan of petting animals and touching food. I knew that I would not be enjoying my drink after this so we decided to just leave.

The best coffee stand! The ladies working are always friendly, nice, and FAST and they hustle especially when theyre busy. I appreciate them moving quickly to get customers through the line. The coffee is always delicious and consistent in quality. Every barista I get is good also!

I come through all the time to the point that they tell ME my order when I pull up. Lol All the staff seem very friendly and consistent with their coffee mixes. They have dog treats and love your puppies so thats always a plus. Usually fast service but man can this place get busy. I recommend the legendary latte iced.

We were waited on by 2 different people, they were trying to stay on top of what drinks we ordered. That was nice but we drove away and discovered we had the wrong order of beverages. They had cars at both windows. We did not want to wait in line to start over. Disorganized on taking our order. We ordered a strawberry blitz and was handled a chocolate chip drink??? Not sure what happened!! Bummer for us.

When most coffee huts are closed, BigFoot Java is open! Its a walk-up/drive-in coffee hut in downtown Issaquah serving a variety of drinks including smoothies. They also brew a decent cup of coffee with all the fixings (whipped cream, etc).

Friendly staff. Fast service. The barista made a mistake (regular instead of decaf) realized the error and remade the drink as well as offering us both of the beverages to go. We appreciated her honesty and service recovery.

A basic coffee shop that is always open. Everything is good, nothing is great. Reasonable quality pastries, but nothing outstanding.

Slow service. Server disappeared half way through order. Coffee is average at best. Mercurys or Peets make far better coffee.

Great coffee, fair price and quick service. Combine all of these, then add in round the clock hours and the fact you dont have to get out of your car, and youve got BigFoot Java. Its a bit out of my way in terms of daily commute, but so far, its the best Ive found in the area.

I dont know why this place can never get a coffee order correct and if there is 2 cars in front of you expect 10 to 15 minutes before you get your order in. The staff seem to be high or terrible at listening - repeating your simple coffee order and size 2 or 3 times. Asking if you want whip or not 2 or 3 times. Ive given them 2 chances since I loved this coffee stand in Renton. Uber disappointed in this one at Issaquah and wont be going back.
