Terrible customer service. I requested a quote online earlier this month and received an email response the next day from Jill, letting me know that they would get back to me. A week later, I called to follow up because I hadn’t heard back. Jill told me that they were still going through quotes, and that I would most likely get a response that day. She sounded annoyed, and clearly doesn’t value me as a customer because two more days have gone by and I still haven’t gotten a quote. They are now closed for the weekend. The print itself would take another 3-4 business days, so at this point I just went somewhere else and was able to get everything done in less than an hour. Ridiculous waste of time.

The quality and quickness in which they work can not be matched. Keep up the good work!!
