They were friendly enough but I felt like I was an imposing on them. They didnt have the basic of supplies . For example ear buds.

Both Mathew and Kim were very friendly. Mathew spent adequate time to explain the test results and his recommendation about the hearing aid.I did have questions about the pricing and Kim and both helped me to resolve my concerns.

The hearing aid volume adjustment was quick and easy! I can hear again on both sides.. :-)
