Amazing product value and customer service! It does take a bit of time to put up the greenhouse, but as you go through it you realize how well thought through the design is and how durable the product is once finished. Absolutely recommend!

Bought the 9x28 Passion and when I got it built finally with subpar directions. I was disappointed of the quality and strength. Would not have bought it if I could have walked into one before purchase. It didn’t last 2 weeks before we got some 40-50 mph winds and it ripped the cheap door off and collapsed the side of greenhouse popping out many of the panels sending them out into the pasture. If your wind blows over 30 mph and you don’t have some protection then don’t buy these cheap houses. Thankfully insurances covered it. Save some time, money, and heartache by building it yourself out of cedar or steel.

High quality greenhouse kits! Customer service team is awesome and has been very easy to contact. Theyve been more than happy to help me with any question I had during the assembly process. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in starting a home greenhouse!

Friendly team with a good, quality product.By now I have spent some time in the completed greenhouse and I am quite happy with the quality and design, especially since I can expand it with an extension kit instead of having to buy a new bigger one if/when Im ready for a larger size. The customer service is friendly and helpful for questions/guidance during the build process, which definitely does require patience and attention to detail: there are a lot of parts! I went on their website and downloaded a pdf of the instructions to get familiar while waiting for shipping and I recommend studying the whole set of instructions before beginning because it gives you a better idea of what everything does and how it fits together, but that could just be my personal preference as a careful planner. Anyhow, 5 stars for this finished product, I definitely recommend this greenhouse!

I just put together a Spirit 7x14 greenhouse for my wife. It took me several days to put it together. It has a lot of parts and they have to go together in a fairly precise order. All the pieces were there, all but two were labeled (and those were very obvious - the two extruded aluminum ridge rails). I ended up with a few extra bolts but not because I left them out. There are several different options for foundation attachment which take different bolts. And it was a good thing because one of them went flying off into the weeds at one point so it would have taken a metal detector to find it.You have to pay close attention to the instructions or youll end up having to take stuff apart again. And did I say there are a lot of parts? This is not a kit for the mechanically faint-of-heart. But I kept noticing as I went along how much thought has gone into its design. Its not simple, but when its finished its strong and looks really good.An extra drawing showing how the two plates tying the two modules together at the base need to be in place ahead of time would have been nice. And theres a pair of holes in two uprights where only one was needed, so of course, by Murphys Law I picked the wrong ones and later on had to back that out and fix it (use the upper ones). But in the end these were minor things. One other tip: it says to be sure to peel back the protective plastic layer from the polycarbonate sheets prior to insertion in the aluminum channels, but Id already built the door and windows before I realized that there were protective sheets on *both* sides of the polycarbonate. One is obvious, the other almost invisible. One other thing: the footprint is not exactly what I thought it would be (larger by about an inch each direction -- probably an I.D. which I expected to be an O.D.). I pre-constructed my 4x6 treated foundation frame, fastened with Simpson brackets in concrete with what I thought would result in a greenhouse centered in the frame pieces. But it ended up almost overhanging it all the way around. Its well secured with the extra elbow brackets, but my advice is to wait till you actually have your greenhouse in hand and measure the aluminum frame dimensions before you construct your foundation.

The Greenhouse looks great in the picture but It has been a nightmare since we ordered it and it has caused the biggest fight of 2020 between my husband and me.This is our story:We bought the greenhouse on August 13th and it was delivered on September 3rdWe started to put it together on the weekend and since we started we realized it wasn’t easy, the pieces weren’t labeled and the instructions were terrible (I have to mention that before buying it we read the reviews and we thought the people that were complaining weren’t handy I mean people complain for IKEA furniture which is not that difficult to assemble, also I have to say that my husband is a civil engineer and has renovated himself a couple houses)The second day we realized there was something wrong with the sizes we got in the boxes so we messaged the company immediately and after insisting because the person that we were talking with kept telling us to read the instructions again we came to the realization that they had shipped us half of the kit for a 7x12 and the other half a 7x14 (we bought a 7x12)The guy on the phone told us that we should have checked the name on the boxes when we got it delivered and basically try to blame us for the mistake and after a couple hours of texting we had to look on our trash and find the labels all under my husband name, we sent the pictures and he said that he will send the missing parts to assemble a 7x14 greenhouse but he wanted us to pay for shipping, I mean did I mentioned that we already paid over $2000? I had all my yard fill with parts, my husband that was helping to assemble was frustrated and moody...I honestly had never had that bad customer service in my life!!After ignoring this guy phone calls, he shipped the missing parts. When we got them came the second part of the nightmare because nothing lined up, the first day we started assemble it, we poured concrete on the ground to fix the base but with the wrong parts and a manual that is absolutely impossible to read unless you already had assemble one of these before we realized that panels and other parts had a size difference and at this point my husband was so annoyed that the “greenhouse topic” was a caused for arguing. To put together this greenhouse that you see in the picture we had to cut several panels and used tape to close some unions but we finally finished and I can use it at least.I would never recommend buy one of these unless you have already put together one and you have patience if something wrong happens in shipping, also this is a 2 or 3 people job, panels are sharp and hard to fit in the aluminum borders and forget about the poor instruction video that they have on YouTube it doesn’t help at all.

Everything started off okay I thought - though I got zero information on them receiving my order, shipping status, etc. I was finally able to get in touch with them and the greenhouse I ordered was in stock but it still took a few weeks from ordering to me receiving it. I received zero documents to let me know what I should expecting to receive. Turns out 2 of the boxes (I had no idea how many I should be receiving) were lost. Also turns out that they had shipped numerous wrong parts for different greenhouses to me.They were very responsive at first with this mishap though it was extremely challenging to convey which parts I had received and which parts were wrong and missing. About half the pieces were not labeled so I couldn’t give part numbers and I’m sure the person I spoke with was frustrated over this, but again, I had no idea what I should have received. All this was finally resolved though it took about 4-5 weeks after my initial shipment arrived to get all the correct pieces, or at least I assumed all the correct pieces. Needless to say I was a bit delayed in getting this project started and had scheduled help that I kept needing to cancel and reschedule - just little frustrating stuff. The big frustrating stuff started when the build began. I still had incorrect pieces and this is when I never received any response back. I was on my own. I had parts that were not labeled, mislabeled and missing altogether as well as plenty of damaged/bent/screwed up pieces. The build was a complete NIGHTMARE. I am a pretty handy person, I’ve installed hardwood floors, built sheds, built fences, etc and this thing was a disaster. The instructions are awful, the hardware sucks, the bolts did not fit into the extrusion pieces, the method they give you to install the polycarbonate panels is disastrous. I had 4 separate people help me and all of them couldn’t believe how awful this thing was. Mind you, I’m sure some of this was because I had incorrect pieces BUT I was never able to receive any additional assistance to get that figured out.The greenhouse is finally assembled, we just made it work and had to drill a bunch of our own holes, cut pieces down, finagle it all together. It is by no means perfect, it’s a bit wonky and I’m not thrilled with it all. I have contemplated taking the whole thing apart and sending it back, but that would probably cost me another $500. If I lived closer I would dump it in their parking lot. I’m sure there are better greenhouses out there with better instructions and much better service. Don’t waste your time on Climapod.

I needed parts and The company was non-responsive to phone and email request for parts. The only thing seamless about this company is that If you ever needs parts youll be on your own. I bought my second greenhouse somewhere else and I recommend you do the same

After 1 full year, and a harsh Whidbey fall and winter full of wind, Im impressed! Very happy with this purchase and have had no issues. Stood up to a couple 50mph+ windstorms this past summer/fall just fine. Definitely would buy again! Thanks!(Note: be ready for a complex assembly though. Not hard, but a 2-man job at times. Also, be sure to read ahead in the directions to get an idea of where certain parts need to be installed. Directions could use some improving, but thats my only complaint)

Bought this greenhouse for my wife for Christmas, just finished it. It is not the most user friendly to put together, but if you preserver it comes out in the end. I ordered the full meal deal and must say that the selves and solar vents are a big plus. Near as I can tell, this is a great deal.

Bought this greenhouse two years ago, had them come out and install it. They assured me that it would take the winds in enumclaw, but they were wrong. So now I am trying to get them to come out and fix it, would pay them whatever they want to fix it. But they have blown me off. Don’t return my calls, don’t return my emails,. Do not buy the greenhouse. Customer service is not available after the sale.

Horrible experience. I needed a greenhouse in a hurry, so I emailed them directly before ordering, hoping they could work something out, just to make sure it would be here on time. They assured me it would be in by the time I needed it. (Like 5 business days) and that I would be provided a tracking number. So he sent me the invoice and I got it ordered. Well, long story short is The goods were picked up on the 16th, didnt ship out until the 18th, and now wont be here until March 3rd, because they didnt explain the part about the shipping company they use. You have to schedule an appointment for them to deliver it to you, something that should have been stated in the order. Oh, and for the tracking number, it still says departed washington on the 18th. What good is a tracking number if it isnt going to update after 10 days? If you have all the time in the world, go ahead and order from them. But if you expect to receive your package on time, without having to do other things that they just dont tell you about, because they already got your money, go with someone else.
