Debbie the manager is the rudest, most miserable person I’ve ever met in my life. She has zero idea about proper customer service. I’ve dealt with her on several occasions, and she’s always the same. Called corporate and they fixed her mistake with no issues, though!

I love Things Remembered! The Avenues Mall location (store# 763) is absolutely wonderful. Debra (store manager) is so super helpful, professional and patient when youre trying to choose the perfect layout. TR will always be one of my go-to for my most meaningful and special gifts.

Well, I can say my first visit wasn’t the best but I thought I’ll give it another try and hopefully my opinion would change. Let’s just it say, it did because I greeted with such a warm inviting smile by Mrs Serena when came in the store. She made me aware of all the promotions which was very helpful because I end up buying a few more items. Also, she was there to assist even though there were multiple people entering and exiting the store.

I found a very unique birthday gift. The sales associate was very helpful courteous and professional

We received wonderful service from the sales associate Carolina!☺ An me and my boyfriend also love that they offered a discount for our items. We only had to pay for the engraving on all four of our wine glasses and the engraving for our cats tag. We highly reccomend going here for all your gift giving needs!

Needed a couple of engraved gifts on short notice. The staff was informative and skilled. I was on my way in reasonable time. I am deducting one star solely for what seems like high prices to me.

Engraving quality is the best in town. Personal are a pleasure to work with.

A great place, beautiful items sold.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I arrived before the doors were even open. You could tell the woman that opened the store was not in a good mood, in fact she tried to talk me out of getting the Yetis i brought in engraved. I also purchased one more item and was told it would be 3 hrs. I did some other shopping came back to store. I sat outside for 30 mins, the whole time watching her run around the store looking for things. I went in at my designated time and they hadnt even started the engraving process. I was told it would be another hour. REFUND PLEASE
