I was fired because I was calling out unfair treatment, discrimination and favoritism in the workplace. Was drafting an email to the higher-ups and the Jax management wanted me gone before I became a whistle-blower.To the owner who replied: I was employed nearly a year at Red Hawk and did not feel valued at all. Discrimination and harassment were not only tolerated but supported by management and engrained in the culture. I attempted to contact HR after a consultation today, no one picked up. I went to the floor afterwards to return to work and was called into office and terminated still without a reason on paper or anything documented. I was about to email Don Mauldin with my allegations of discrimination but I was fired quickly.

They have an awesome management team and good team of workers along with myself I would definitely work there permanently because right now Im working there through a temp agency.
