This is my second time getting Atlantic Coast Spas to help me by setting up my swim spas. The first one I enjoyed for about 11 years after Ken and his crew set it up!! It was an 8 foot but I bought a use 19 foot swim spa and called Ken again. His crew set it up and replaced what was needed, as well as, made sure everything was to my satisfaction!!! Its gorgeous and Im truly enjoying it!! Once again, I thank Ken and his crew for being so nice and doing such a beautiful job setting up my swim spa!!!

Maura was the rudest person I have ever met!!!!Run...dont walk away from this store. All she wanted was credit card information over the phone.

Called on a Thursday for service, set up appt for Monday, store followed up on Monday and sent me a reminder text, Technician Rob showed up during time promised, quickly and accurately diagnosed issue, had part on truck, repaired hot tub with no drama or bs. Price was fair and Im back in business! Would recommend to anybody. Thanks again Rob!

I’ve had two EXCELLENT service experiences with Atlantic Coast Spas!! So many others tried to charge me more than 1k for service work. Rob was able to do for it $100.00 by replacing a sensor and a couple of o-rings. I find this company very ethical!! So glad my 25 year old hot tub is still going strong thanks to their great service!

Just have to compliment the great service that Rob provided us in locating the issue and repairing our spa. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well as responsive.In all very pleasant experience in getting the job done in the manner that you don’t always get in the field

Rob came by exactly on time and fixed a leak on my spa pump today. Super nice guy, professional, and reasonably priced. Should have called before I took apart this thing 3 times. Highly recommend!!!

I went to the experts to get a replacement part for my hot tub. I bought the part that the experts recommended even though it was not the exact same part I was replacing. I took it home and unpackaged the part to try and install it... it did not fit. I took the part back for a refund and they would not refund my money because the package had been opened. You try and do right by supporting a local company. I will never do business with these people again and I hope you wont either. Businesses like these should do right by their customers.

Atlantic Coast Spas installed a deck and 12 foot swim spa 3 years ago for a cost of approx 17k. Have since replaced motor and pumps, keyboard, and breaker for approx $3000 in repairs. The motor broke again ( they claim hit by lighting for the 2nd time in 10 months), but this time they said would send the motor to manufacturer to see if covered by warranty. Additionally, the repairman said he would send Ken, the owner, photos taken under the deck to show the deck is not supported and spa is uneven and separating from the deck. 5 weeks later and my calls are not being returned. I have 20k cess pool embedded in a deck that some of the legs don’t touch the ground.

Sold me faulty part I paid extra to overnight gave me b.s about exchanging it. Bad company with even worse employees. Amazon is a much better choice then these people. I look for them to shut down soon with these business practices.

The lady was rude as hell

Do not trust this business! !!! I bought a hot tub from these people less than a year ago . The heat unit started to cycle up to 107° while it was on the standard-setting . when I called for help, they told me I had it on the wrong cycling setting and claimed that there was no such thing as the cycling setting that I had. After a week of calling them and speaking with three different people they finally agreed to send someone out to repair it this is going on well into two weeks now . Man that they sent out was terrified of dogs,- became hysterical to the point where I had to keep my dogs out of my house and tell him to go inside . He proceeded to come Politte Lee lose it screaming every curse word that you can imagine mostly the F word. And wouldnt speak to me as I stand outside of my house while hes inside . When I went back in, he was still extremely angry and stormed out of my house telling me that I just had the hot tub on the wrong setting and wouldnt speak to me again . When I called and asked for the owner to give me a call back he never responded. You cant make this stuff up!Repeat do not use these people for your services and never buy a product from them.

Walked in to purchase a hot tub. But as I started to talk to the salesmen, he asked if a lady that walked in AFTER ME, if she was with me. I said no. So walked away from me, saying nothing, and started helping her instead. To make it worse, then started helping another man after that. The poorest customer service I’ve seen. Going to buy a hot tub for my house, but not from them.

Worst experience ever. Ken the owner is a great salesman, told us everything we wanted to hear but none of it was true. We have above ground swim spa with deck. The deck is built very poor but our main issue is our swim spa has never consistently worked for the 5 yrs we have had it. Initially we thought it was because the spa radio got wet everytime it rained causing the entire system to short out. After having radio replaced 3 times we finally said we wanted it removed, which they charged us $70. We thought that would solve our issues but the spa is still shorting out. My husband crawled under deck to find the pumps falling off small cement block and all the equipment covered with particleboard, that was their water proofing solution which is now all mush. We have a 10k tub of water not worth anything now. We have called and called and called over last 5 yrs. They dont return calls. If you do talk to kens wife, she is the rudest person ever who has no knowledge about spas. Rod, their electrical guy is completely worthless, he was the one that could never figure out how to properly install our water proof radio that continued to get wet and short out. Really fustrating and disappointing

Just ok not overly friendly

BEWARE! It has been over six months and we still do not have a completed product. The worst customer service I have ever experience. We now still need the paneling for the swim spas which was ordered and now seems to be a problem getting it. Owner of company is the worst. Lies about all kinds of things I would never do business with this company.BUYER BEWARE. I will be filing a complaint to better business bureau.
