I contacted this company about doing a possible repair for my employer and the lady that answered the phone was 100% unprofessional and rude. She quoted their prices like it’s unaffordable for anyone. Even after reminding her that this was for a place of business nothing personal she still continued to be very condescending. Another company actually recommended this company but just by that phone call, I will never recommend anyone or even ask for service with this company. Professionalism should be a priority despite how the employees may feel. What a shame!

Out of all the sign companies weve dealt with, this one is by far the best in town. The service you get during and after the installation is second to none. They were very flexible and delivered exactly what we envisioned for our car dealership.

Came to General Sign with an urgent (three day) requirement to remove two large signs from Gander Mountain, which were purchased during their closing sale, and deliver them to a storage warehouse.Randy came and reviewed the job very quickly. I offered him a blank check to get the work done (it was a large sign and a big project). I offered to pay his staff overtime to work on a weekend which he was not agreeable to, despite me saying money is no object in completing the task. An hour after being led to believe he would be able to help, I called back and he withdrew from the project, stating he hadnt even measured the doors when on site and couldnt be certain the signs would come out in one piece.Impressed at how quickly they came to assist but overall wasnt happy with losing a third of my deadline waiting to know if they could commit. Randys phone manners were also poor. I had to repeat and reiterate many points and was regularly interrupted.
