Good store. Facility appeared reasonably clean and well maintained. Competitive price on fuel. Lots of easily accessible pumps.

Prices a bit high but its well kept clean and fresh. Im still 5 starring tho becouse of the free atm and freshness! I never seen potatoes at a gas station or rip it drinks for $1.57 but still.

First very bad experience at this particular Kwik Trip. The manager was behind the counter, taking care of my purchases. I had already touched the “Tornado” that I tried to purchase, but was little short (about .32 cents). Instead of just handing it to me, & waiting a minute for me to search for the change still due, this manager grabbed it angrily & tossed it in the garbage! Unreal!I wanted to put $10 in gas in, but the pump only allowed me to put 85 cents in. 🤔 When I went back in, the same manager couldn’t explain why but told me that it would automatically be returned to my card. (Which it has not yet.) I left this “convenience store/gas station” hungry & on E. Ironic...The manager’s behavior was unprofessional & childish. I haven’t been back since.

No one was wearing a mask inside. The employees seemed unfazed. If this is something that matters to you, I’d suggest using a different gas station.

I hate to give any Kwik Trip less than 5 stars but the gas pumps here are ridiculously slow. Ive been told this is because the filters get clogged up and only the fuel provider can change them. If this is the case it needs to be done more often or there should be an investigation as to why the fuel is so dirty that the filters regularly clog and slow the pumps.

Love Kwik trip! Good food, great deals and the best service! Raven is the best... makes my day stopping in and saying hello to her! Glad to see she is back.

Quick pumps, clean lot, appropriate convenience items. Only 87 octane or 88 high ethanol fuel. No high octane top tier fuel.

I was in there yesterday around noon and I sat in what I thought was a line for 10 minutes because there was only one cashier working register finally this guy comes in and helps I go to get rung out and he tells I have to get in the back of the line which was around the corner I wasnt upset about getting in the right line its about how rude he was when he told me I had to go to the end of line I will not be back there again he needs to learn customer service

All roller bites burnt grabbed a pretty crispy egg roll wich said egg roll an it was a bean an rice type eggroll asked when fresh would come out an cashier completly ignored me i love qwiktripbutnvr again it is rush hour theirfor fresh food nope not this place 3 ppl walked out with me comaining about how they were even charged for burnt food

Is good place for milk bread bananas coffee donuts and hot food best Kwik Trip ever.

This is an excellent location of the Kwik Trip store lineup for the Janesville area. It is a very convenient location with all the bells and whistles you would expect, except for a car wash. The easiest way in and out may be from behind the store by using the roundabout exit near Panda Express.

The people are nice there. They have good food on the hot spot. And good snacks too.

Johana and Andy they didn’t allow us to buy cigarettes with our foreign ids being from Mexico on vacation it makes no sense to ask for a U.S. I.D. Even when a passport was shown to them they denied it

Food is stocked regularly. Very friendly staff. Milk, butter, onions, potatoes, bananas, and a few other low priced basics. Insufficient parking.

Ive never felt more like a criminal. I had a gift card to use and but they wouldnt authorize the pump because my motorcycle doesnt have a front plate. So much for a Kwick Trip, every stop will take multiple trips inside.

Eh. Its a gas station. But like all Kwik Trips, they have a heck of a good snack/deli section.

The last Kwik Trip before you get to Illinois great place to fill up with gas you dont have to pay Illinois gas prices always stop here every chance I get on my way through the state move the cheese curds the milk in the bag is the best also if you go after 6 Donuts are half price

Amazing experience as always food is great how can you beat two normal hot dogs plus a 32 oz drink for $2 plus tax gas prices are good especially if you sign up for text alerts monday coffee is cheap and great paul and everyone there is amazing

Stopped in while passing through Janesville. Justin Bieber was playing on the PA/radio. Needless to say I will not be returning. Would give 0/5 rating if I could.

I try to avoid this Kwik Trip in the mornings as there is one very rude worker there. An older woman with dark hair and glasses that makes a point to be very arrogant and just remarkably unfriendly.... in the stress of the mornings I think she has no place in customer service.

Kwik Trip is always a nice spot to stop and grab a donut and coffee. Hope their construction is done soon.
